Please note that parking must be reserved in advance. The maximum vehicle height that can be accommodated is 75 in.

Hotel services include: beds made on arrival, bath linen and cleaning (except kitchen area).

Rental service includes: weekly change of bath linen, weekly cleaning and end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen area).

Please note that for stays of less than 7 nights, daily cleaning is included in the price.

Please note that for stays of 7 to 17 nights, cleaning once a week is included in the price. Towels are also changed once a week. Additional fresh towels can be requested at the 24-hour reception desk for an additional fee.

Bon hôtel mais nuit compliquée
Pros:

Bon emplacement et accueil parfait. Personnel à l'écoute et extrêmement disponible

Cons:

Nuit très difficile due à un groupe de jeunes étudiants qui a préféré faire la fête plutôt que de dormir. Le peu d’insonorisation de l'hôtel et le bruit généré à chaque étage ont perturbé le séjour des clients. Merci au réceptionniste malgré tout pour son action répétée !

Le coin kitchenette avec micro-ondes, évier, plaques, couverts et vaisselle
La chambre plutôt spacieuse
Les toilettes séparées de la salle de bain

Pas de programme pour économiser l'eau du lavage de serviettes (changées tous les jours)

Très bon petit déjeuner pour une chambre qui sentait la cigarette

Cons:

Confort moyen l’accès est au 1 er et la réception n’entend pas l’appel pour les arrivées tardives. Pour les parkings ça va même si une voiture était mal garée heureusement il y avait un autre endroit.

Situation, bien equipé

Cons:

La porte des escaliers fermée alors que les ascenseurs etaient pris d assaut par un grand groupe. De plus en cas d urgence cette porte fermée à clef pourrait gener l évacuation.

Good location right in the centre of Chambéry which has beautiful architecture. Staff were very friendly and the room was well equipped.

Great location in the center of Chambery. Spacious family rooms with a lot of amenities. Super friendly and helpful staff. Recommended for the family stay with kids.

Cons:

The face towels or napkins were missing. Would be good to have basic wipes or clothes in the room
to make the kitchen and dining table after use.

L'hôtel est trés bien situé en proximité du centre ville, 5 min à pied et des arrêts de bus. Le personnel est très aimable. La chambre était bien et en plus il y avait un petit coin cuisine. Je recommande. En plus - disponibilité gratuite d'une machine pour se servir un café ou une autre boisson chaude .
