Please note that parking must be reserved in advance. The maximum vehicle height that can be accommodated is 75 in.

Hotel services include: beds made on arrival, bath linen and cleaning (except kitchen area).

Rental service includes: weekly change of bath linen, weekly cleaning and end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen area).

Please note that for stays of less than 7 nights, daily cleaning is included in the price.

Please note that for stays of 7 to 17 nights, cleaning once a week is included in the price. Towels are also changed once a week. Additional fresh towels can be requested at the 24-hour reception desk for an additional fee.

Ein gut geführtes, nettes Hotel mit einer ruhigen und einer weniger ruhigen Seite (zur Strasse hin).
Pros:

Die 1 - 2 Fragen, die ich im Vorfeld hatte, wurden in sehr höflichen E-Mails und sofort beantwortet. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zum Glück hatte ich um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten. Daraufhin bekam ich ein Zimmer im 5. Stück auf der Innenseite zum Hof. Auf der Seite zur Strasse befindet sich Charlies Pub mit Tischen und Bänken auf dem Trottoir. Da lassen es junge Menschen und Besucher aus Gruppenreisen im Hotel bis spät in die Nacht so richtig krachen. Auf der Seite zur Strasse hin ist es extrem laut.

Cons:

Als ich mit dem Auto nach langer Autofahrt ankam und im Hotel einchecken wollte, war kein Platz direkt vor dem Hotel frei. Ich bin eine weitere Runde durch Chambéry gefahren und habe dabei die Orientierung verloren. Später an der Rezeption hat man mir öffentliche Parkräume erklärt. Der nähere Parkplatz war besetzt. Ich habe am Eingang gewartet, bis ein Auto rausgefahren ist, um einen letzten Parkplatz zu bekommen. Wenn man dann zufuss in die Stadt gehen möchte, ist die zentralen Lage genial.
