Es war eine reine Katastrophe

Cons:

Ich kam an, das Zimmer war unfassbar dreckig. Löcher in den Lacken der Decken, überall Haare auf dem Kissen. Extrem starke Flecken auf dem Bett wir wünschen ein anderes Zimmer. Dieses war genauso. Als wir uns nochmal beschwerten, bekamen wir ein drittes Zimmer. Auch dieses war so. Wir sagten, wir wollen nicht übernachten und den Aufenthalt stornieren. Das Hotel meinte, es erstattet uns den Preis. Nach 5 Tagen hat es aber booking nur 50% der Erstattung angeboten. Wir haben keine Nacht und nicht mal eine Stunde dort verbracht und uns umgehend nach Ankunft innerhalb der ersten 15 min beschwert. Dann 50% der Summe zu behalten ist anstandslos. Jeder Stern für dieses Hotel ist einer zu viel

Мы искали отель с парковкой, поэтому нам этот отель очень походил. мы сразу поехали на подземный паркинг и оставили машину. С паркинга удобно на лифте сразу в номер добираться. Это большой отель. Хорошее расположение около метро. По городу мы передвигали общественным транспортом.
Номер хороший.
Цена соответствовала качеству.
Был сейф и чайчаник, вода в холодильнике.

Pros:

Frühstück reichhaltig,Personal sehr freundlich,Zimmer ausreichend mit Klima und Bad,eigener Wasserkocher mit Kaffee und Tee,Bett bequem,sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Restaurant geschlossen, letzter Tag zwei Aufzüge defekt.

Gut erreichbare moderne Zimmer
Pros:

Die moderne Ausstattung hat uns positiv überrascht. Der Wasserkocher ist mir gleich sehr positiv aufgefallen. Auch die Badewanne mit ihren verschiedenen Funktionen war toll. Die Vorhänge haben guten Schlaf ermöglicht (wir sind sehr spät angekommen). Dass die Lage mit einem tollen Spielplatz für Kinder in der Nähe super ist, haben wir erst relativ spät herausbekommen.

Cons:

Die U-Bahn-Haltestelle Alte Heide war doch nicht so ganz fußläufig (besonders nicht in der Hitze). Es fehlte ein kleiner Kühlschrank (zur Kühlung bei dieser Hitze).
