Pros:

Rustiikkinen, vanhanajan sisustus

Cons:

Rikkinäiset pistorasiat. Likainen huone ja amme, kylpyhuoneen seinissä Home pilkkuja. Ilmastointia ei saanut pienemmälle.. Oli kylmä. Asiakaspalvelija oli tyly olemukseltaan.

Lovely hotel in a great location, but service is a bit thin.
Pros:

Lovely property in a great location just west of the old town and a 10-15 minute drive all from the buzz and restaurants at Telliskivi. The rooms were of a decent size. It has a lovely courtyard, and the breakfast room, in the former wine cellar, is quite stunning. Breakfast options were good

Cons:

The bed, notwithstanding what was a good mattress “topper”, was quite soft. Our room - 115 - is to be avoided. It faces onto the road at street level and there is a man hole cover in the street that makes a loud noise whenever a car drives over it - which is often. The hotel does not offer daily room cleaning as a matter of course, you have to ask for it. And they seem a bit light on staff - one night we gave up waiting to get a drink after 25 minutes, and although we had our roomed cleaned daily it was done, on one day, at around 5pm. A bit late. In fairness the desk staff gave us a free drink to apologise.

Erittäin mukava paikka ja helppo tulla satamasta.
Pros:

Huone on miellyttävä ja rauhallinen. Hotelli on tyylikäs ja erilainen kuin nykyiset laatikkohotellit. Pihalla oli mahdollista syödä ala carte ruoka.

Keskinkertainen, vanhahtava hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla
Pros:

Aamiainen oli ok, ei mitenkään erityinen. Sisäpiha oli hyvä.

Cons:

Parkkijärjestelyt olivat hankalat, esim miten parkkialueelle pääsee ja sieltä pois, kysyttäessäkin tietoa ei saanut kuin murusina. Henkilökunta oli slaavilaisen tylyä, meidän huoneemme ei ollut valmis kolmeen mennessä ja odotimme pitkään aulassa tavaroinemme huonetta. Lopulta järjestyi toinen huone, saimme kyllä juomaliput ravintolaan mutta tylystä kohtelusta ja myöhästymisestä jäi huono fiilis tähän hotelliin. Tien toisella puolella on parempi hotelli!

Sijanti, tien toisella puolella oli kaksi yllättävän hyvää istuma/ruoka/juomapaikkaa. Lisäksi henkilökunta oli ystävällistä varsinkin baarin henkilökunta. Pidin alueen sokkeluisuudesta, joka lisäsi viihtyvyyttä ja kiinnostavuutta.

Cons:

Junior sviitti ei vastannut odotuksia, esimerkiksi sviittissä voisi olla tervetuliaisjuoma tms. Parveke olisi iso plussa, vaikka toki tiesimme ettei sitä ole.
Terassialueella olisi voinut olla pieni poreallas tms, joka nostaisi paikan profiilia huomasti. Vieressä toki park inn jonne poreilijat menevät
