Upea miljöö. Hyvä sijainti. Erinomaisen hyvä sänky ja poreamme plussaa! Ravintolassa hyvä palvelu. Spa:ssa laadukkaat hoidot.
Respassa sai odotella asiakaspalvelijaa muutaman minuutin. Kylpyhuone pientä fiksausta vailla. Ammeen korkki ei pysynyt kiinni ja sisustus on jo parhaat päivänsä nähnyt.
Comfy room and bed
Miserable staff. Bathroom smelt badly of sewage. No housekeeping during 3-night stay.
Todella ystävällinen palvelu, siisti ja monipuolinen aamiainen
Hyvä aamiainen. Sauna plussaa
Location is great. Just at the edge of old town on a transit line. The building is fantastic. The rooms are good+ but I can see they may need some refurbishment (not modernisation) in a few years.
There's nothing I would say I didn't like.
We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Von Stackelberg Hotel in Tallinn – it truly exceeded all expectations.
From the moment we arrived, the experience was first class. We were greeted warmly by the front-of-house team, and despite arriving four to five hours before check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to be told our room was already ready. That level of service set the tone for the entire stay.
We stayed for three nights and were able to fully enjoy everything the hotel had to offer, including the spa facilities, which were excellent and very reasonably priced. It really added an extra level of relaxation to our trip.
Our room (301 – the Zen suite) was perfect. Located on the top floor, it was incredibly quiet, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The bed was extremely comfortable, the blackout blinds were excellent, and we had a peaceful, relaxing night’s sleep. It really felt like a proper retreat.
The hotel itself is charming, quaint, and full of character – a truly unique place. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional, and welcoming.
After a walking tour of Tallinn, we returned in the evening and enjoyed a meal at the Otto restaurant, which had been kindly arranged for us by reception. The dining experience was outstanding – three courses of exceptional food, fantastic service from the staff, and a lovely atmosphere with great music. It was a real highlight of our trip.
Breakfast each morning was just as impressive. The buffet had an incredible selection – from continental options like meats, cheeses, breads, yoghurts, and fresh fruit, to a full cooked breakfast with bacon, sausages, eggs, and more. There was also unlimited coffee, tea, and juices. The quality and variety were superb.
We also loved the lounge area – a perfect place to unwind with a drink after a day exploring the city.
Overall, the hospitality at the Von Stackelberg Hotel is genuinely five-star. The service, comfort, food, and atmosphere were all exceptional, and we felt incredibly well looked after throughout our stay.
We wouldn’t hesitate to return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tallinn.
El desayuno excelente y la habitación también.
Llegamos a las 15 hs y nos dijeron que la habitación nos la entregaban enseguida. La espera fue larga, hasta que decidimos salir para no perder la tarde.
