L'emplacement à quelques pas de la vieille ville. La cour intérieure de l'hotel et son exterieur.
Très bon petit dejeuner. Efficacité et ponctualité des transferts aeroport hotel et vice versa organisés par l'établissement.
Chambre petite. Pas de climatisation alors qu'elle est mentionnée dans le voucher. Le canapé lit promis ( chambre 3 adulte) s'est transformé en lit pliable. Refus de faire le ménage de la chambre ( 3 nuits) sous prétexte de nouvelle "normes ecologiques"et mauvaise volonté du personnel à ce niveau lors de notre demande ... Salle de bain très petite, mal agencée, un petit banc est nécessaire pour accéder à la baignoire pour prendre une douche. Tablette lavabo ridiculement petite et écoulement lavabo quasi bouché et sans bonde.

The high price doesn't include the access to the spa. I had given for granted that such a high price for one night would give me access to the spa.
Also, room was close to the road and I could hear the traffic loud.
Finally, when I entered the room there were a few flies flying around, which should not happen I believe.
Muy lindo hotel en una ubicación perfecta. Fuera del casco histórico pero frente a las murallas . Buen desayuno pero hay que ir temprano, en hora pico ( 9am) es caótico
No tenía frigobar y la limpieza la hacían con previo aviso del día anterior. Detalle este que nadie nos dijo al registrarnos. Llegamos cansados. Nuestra habitación sin limpiar y sin toallas limpias.
