Baño, en general faltaba mantenimiento
La atención Restaurante
No pueden arreglar el salón de evento para un Matrimonio un día miércoles. Yo estaba en el 9no piso y no pude dormir. La música y la bulla se escuchaba muy fuerte hasta pasada las 3 de la mañana. Me quedé en ese hotel por que vine a trabajar y siempre me gustó. Antes estaba el sombrero el restaurante y a las 12 AM todo se silenciaba. Deben cambiar eso.

es un hotel bueno, pero las instalaciones estan viejas, el techo el baño tiene hongos debido que no le hacen la debida mantención

Ein zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel aber trotzdem absolut empfehlenswert. Sehr freundliches und entgegen kommendes Personal, super Frühstück, bei dem es an nichts fehlt und eine unglaubliche Aussicht auf dem Balkon (12. Etage). Das Bett war klasse und entgegen einiger Aussagen war es nachts auch ruhig. Habe sehr gut geschlafen und 6 tolle Tage in Iquique sowie im Terrado Suites verbracht.
Zwei kleine Sachen gibt es aus meiner Sicht jedoch zu bemängeln...
1. Als starker Kaffee-Trinker habe ich mich über die Nespresso Maschine in meiner Suite gefreut. 2 Kapseln umsonst, OK. Auch wenn man zusätzliche bezahlen muss. Aber nicht für 2.000 Pesos/Kapsel (keine Originale). Original Nespresso Kapseln kosten zwischen 450 und 550Pesos. Das ist viel zu teuer und man ist förmlich gezwungen, zum Supermarkt zu gehen und sich seine Kapseln dort für 426Pesos/Kapsel zu kaufen.
2. Wieso gibt es im Bad keine WC-Bürste? Für die Reinigung der Toilettenschüssel nach Gebrauch ist der Gast selbst verantwortlich.

La habitaciones tiene una preciosa vista al mar, su ubicación es privilegiada el restaurante de buen nivel y el desayuno adecuado. El persona de recepción muy amable y dispuesto a colaborar
Los balcones no están del todo limpio con restos de secas de aves. El rededor de la piscina también .. se entiende por la ubicación pero me tocó ver que se regaba el piso pero no vi usar elementos desinfectantes que creo necesario.
Instalaciones, desayuno y por supuesto amabilidad del personal en especial la niña del estacionamiento.

Lo que más nos fgustó fue la ubicación con una vista privilegiada al mar y a la playa de Cavancha, además del sector de la piscina y las reposeras para tomar el sol.
También almorcé un día en el restaurante del hotel y todo estuvo buenísimo, igual que el desayuno, variado y con productos de buena calidad.
Que el ruido del bar-restaurante ubicado al lado (El Chiringuito), fuera tan fuerte hasta tarde.
el tema del estacionamiento ya que nuestro vehiculo quedo en la calle y al momento de arrendar una pieza era con estacionamiento incluido
