Lo mejor del hotel es su ubicación mirando a Playa Cavancha, eso lo hace muy especial.

No fue la habitación que se reservo atraves de las fotos de booking, la tuvimos que cambiar pagando extra el recepcionista indico que no siempre son las habitaciones de las fotos,aparte que no fue muy cordial ,no otorgó solución alguna o alternativa,el desayuno un caos, y la reposición de los alimentos se tardaron bastante

El personal de recepción muy mal, me estaba atendiendo se puso a atender a otra persona no me entregó información de desayuno, pésima atención al ingreso
La ubicación del hotel es privilegiada considerando su vista al mar, al igual que el sector terraza, piscina y comedor. La atención del personal excelente, preocupados y siempre tomando a bien los comentarios o cuando se les pedía cambiar algo.
En el sector del desayuno hay que tener cuidado con los pájaros y gaviotas que buscan comida y se suben a tus platos, incluso al buffet de desayuno, lo cual lo hace antihigiénico.
