Pros:

Lage und Zimmer mit riesiger Terrasse und Meersicht. Nette Poolanlage

Cons:

An drei aufeinanderfolgenden Nächten Party/Konzert bis 02 30 Uhr von benachbarten Restaurants. Dafür kann das Hotel nichts und das Problem scheint bekannt zu sein. Auf den angebotenen Zimmerwechsel haben wir aufgrund der schlechten Lärmisolation verzichtet.

He estado en inmurables veces hospedado en el hotel y al menos yo no se que exista un programa de fidelizacion u obtener algun beneficio , al menos conocerte como frecuente

First, we did not have access to an early check-in, we arrive at 13:00hrs and had to wait until 15:00, which may be fine as the normal check in is 15:00hrs
Second, we requested a late check out, from 12:00hrs (current check out) to 16:00hrs as our plane was leaving at 18:00hrs, the assistant said it was not possible unless we pay CLP$45.000 only for 4 hours, as there was not option we had to do so.
Third, this is the first and last time that we book this hotel, too much money for low value.
