La pieza es bastante grande y la ubicación es buena

Cons:

Para ser de un precio elevado y otra categoría que “venden”, no coinciden.
El hotel es viejo, las instalaciones estan sin pintar o sucias. La piscina terrible toda descascarada y sucia.

La piscina Temperada estaba en mantenimiento y no la pudimos utilizar, que era uno de los enganches principales para elegir el hotel.

El dia que llegue me asignaron una habitacion y estaba ocupada, tuve que bajar a recepcion e indicar lo que habia sucedido, solo de respuesta me dijieron que raro y de ahi me dieron otra habitacion

Excelente experiencia, como siempre.
Pros:

Limpieza, vista, ubicación, nivel de servicio, muy buen desayuno, buen restaurant.

Cons:

Fines de semana, durante las noches, se escucha ruido desde playa y sectores cercanos.

Un excelente opción para hospedarse en Iquique.
Pros:

La habitación era amplia y cómoda, con una vista al mar preciosa. La ubicación era perfecta para moverse a pie, ya que en la península de Cavancha está lleno de restaurantes y además está cerca de las playas Cavancha y Playa Brava, por si uno quiere ir caminando.

Cons:

El aislamiento del ruido externo no era bueno. En la noche se escuchaba música de restaurantes o de pubs cercanos, a pesar de tener las ventanas cerradas. Además se escuchaban ruidos de adentro del hotel, como portazos y un golpe cada cierto tiempo, que parecía ser el ascensor cuando llegaba a la parte superior. El estacionamiento era pequeño, por lo que casi todo el tiempo nuestro auto quedó estacionado en la calle.

La ubicación y vista son excelentes

Cons:

Dificultad para estacionar, la mantención de las habitaciones fue inferior a las experiencias anteriores (luz de terraza no funcionaba, ampolletas quemadas en el baño)
