- 1 child (8 years old and younger) may stay free of charge in existing beds in Superior Rooms, older children pay normal fee. Children cannot be accommodated in Executive Rooms.

La ubicacion, instalaciones y la atencion del personal
La relacion precio calidad del Restautant,poca oferta gastronomica, precios muy sobre el promedio y la comida promedio.
He estado en inmurables veces hospedado en el hotel y al menos yo no se que exista un programa de fidelizacion u obtener algun beneficio , al menos conocerte como frecuente
Location
First, we did not have access to an early check-in, we arrive at 13:00hrs and had to wait until 15:00, which may be fine as the normal check in is 15:00hrs
Second, we requested a late check out, from 12:00hrs (current check out) to 16:00hrs as our plane was leaving at 18:00hrs, the assistant said it was not possible unless we pay CLP$45.000 only for 4 hours, as there was not option we had to do so.
Third, this is the first and last time that we book this hotel, too much money for low value.

Poca preparación a la hora del desayuno ante gran demanda de pasajeros.
Gritos de niños y portazos desde temprano donde no permitían dormir
Mucho niño en la piscina gritando y salpicando agua
La cercanía al mar, el bufete con mucha fruta, variedad de panes, rico café, muy completo.
La piscina al aire libre y temperada ideal para un buen relax.
Publicar en la página "traslado" lo que da a entender que lo ofrecen y no es así.

Ubicación excelente, desayuno muy bueno y el restaurante tambien.
Que no pude pagar la reserva por la pagina y al llegar se habia hecho mal, por tanto tuvimos que pagar mucho mas al llegar y la comunicacion entre la app y el hotel muy mala y con nostros aun peor.

El check in fue muy lento, incluso siendo que reservé hace semanas y solo se puede ingresar a las 15:00 hrs
