Hotel, Restaurant, Bar - absolut empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Das Hotel ist toll! Hoher Komfort! Das Bett ist super-bequem und groß. Sauberkeit top!
Das Restaurant "Atmosfera" ist absolut empfehlenswert!!!! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
Von der Zugstation (Wrocław Muchobòr) erreicht man das Hotel in wenigen Minuten. Wir werden hier mit Sicherheit noch einmal übernachten.

Hotel ok, ale przez niedociągnięcia już tu nie wrócę.
Pros:

Generalnie hotel ok - czysty, z prywatnym parkingiem, w teorii dość przestronnym. Położony w dogodnej lokalizacji - z dobrym wyjazdem do centrum Wrocławia lub poza Wrocław. Śniadania całkiem smaczne, z niezłym wyborem. Pokój był przestronny i dobrze zaciemniony, łóżko wygodne.

Cons:

Podczas pobytu miała miejsce sytuacja, która nie powinna się wydarzyć. Wieczorem miałem wybrać się na zaplanowaną kolację biznesową, więc zjechałem do garażu żeby się na nią dostać. Niestety mój samochód był zastawiony przez inny, co uniemożliwiało wyjazd. Zgłosiłem to niezwłocznie na recepcji, bardzo miła Pani zaczęła szukać właściciela. Niestety po 10 minutach nie udało się Pani znaleźć włąściciela samochodu, który mnie zastawił, więc zmuszony byłem zamówić taksówkę w obawie, że spóźnię się na kolację. Po powrocie do hotelu sprawdziłem, czy mój samochód jest już odblokowany - okazało się, że faktycznie, tamtem samochód odjechał, jednak mój samochód... był już zastawiony innym samochodem! Takie sytuacje są bardzo niekomfortowe, i w gestii hotelu jest dbanie o parking i komfort gości. Tymczasem nie usłyszałem nawet zwykłego "przepraszam", o jakiejkolwiek rekompensacie nie wspominając.

Państwo w recepcji. Chcąc się zameldować dostałam informację, że pobyt nie opłacony. Mimo posiadania potwierdzenia przelewu Państwo w recepcji uznali, że nie ma takiej płatności. Dopiero po informacji, że płatność była dokonana za pomocą linku udało się odnaleźć ją odnaleźć. Stwierdzili, że na tyle rzadko ktoś płaci przez link więc tam nie szukali. W tym czasie musieliśmy stać i czekać bez możliwości wejścia. Choć błąd ewidentnie był po stronie hotelu. Obsługa w recepcji przy tym wszystkim była nieprzyjemna i nie miła.
