Śniadanie przeciętne, ale cena zdecydowanie za wysoka. 75 zł kosztowało. Zimne napoje oceniam bardzo kiepsko.

Cons:

W pokoju była butelka czerwonego wina. Skusiłem się, wypiłem pół kieliszka. Niestety był to paskudny w smaku sikacz. Za pół kieliszka tego płynu musiałem zapłacić 69 zł. To był rozbój w biały dzień...

Pokój był czysty i w dobrej lokalizacji

Cons:

Kupiłem rodzicom prezent na święta w postaci vouchera do restauracji hotelu diament o wartości 500 zł, przy zakupie vouchera w katowicach dopytywałem oraz dzwoniłem 2 razy dla pewności do hotelu w Wrocławiu czy można napewno skorzystać z vouchera w Wrocławiu zapewniano mnie że nie ma z tym problemu. Na miejscu oczywiście obsługa powiedziała rodzicom że nie mogą wykorzystać voucheru w restauracji i co najwyżej mogą 1 noc noclegu opłacić z niego i reszta czyli jakies 250 zł przepada jako niewykorzystana. Jest to zwykle naciąganie klienta i nie zamierzam raczej juz korzystać z uslug sieci hoteli Diament.

The breakfast was good but the diner wasn't. Items on the menu was not available on either night. Drought beer not available, bottled beer was warm.
