Excellent location

I would like to contact you guys in regards to my stay. My name is Ulexis Jet Velunta, I booked my stay from February 3 to February 10 and I have stayed i. Room 410. I have booked my stay at this hotel I have not been satisfied with my stay here. It came to a point that I have to leave and check out early because this hotel is just so bad. First I come to the room with a leaking bidet. When I slept for my first night. I was told that my room is a non smoking room. I woke up smelling cigarette inside my room. The whole hotel smells like an ashtray. The 4th floor where I stated smelled like cigarettes. I have talked to someone from the front desk and they told me someone will take a look at it. No one came. The next day. Same thing, I smell cigarettes early in the morning. I tried my best to enjoy my stay but when I saw small cockroaches in my bathroom. I needed to go. I am really very unhappy with my stay here to a point that I needed to move to a different hotel. I know that I wouldn't be able to get a refund for the unused nights. But I really needed to get out there. I have reached out to the hotel as well.

25/10/2024 I went there this was my second time I went and the service I get worst from the reception first there ac not working room number 212 second we were calling for restaurant because we don't know the number and telephone was not working room so we called reception one time they received and than second time I call 10 calls bt he didn't receive he ignore when I went to reception for complain he said ohh it's online booking so wt if online booking??? Like this training u guys giving to your staff sorry to say bt it's worst I'm not going to come back again and I'll tell to everyone not to go

Old hotel needs kore cleaning, staff in evening needs more customers service traning.

Worse place to go with friends or family. No any things good. Customer service is very bad. Treating to customers same like a dogs. there is a club call chandini, even don't have menu. Bounces are beating the customers without any hesitation.very bad

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This shabby, seedy, dirty hotel has rude staff who will try to rip you off at every turn, rooms which reek of cigarettes and a nightclub which will keep you awake until 3am. Truly horrible. Under no circumstances book online: you will be locked into a price far above the walk up rate.

The Ac is not managable

Decent hotel in a central location

Too noisy because of two night clubs. Every night they party and make noise until 4 am.

Stained bed sheets, exsesive noise, wet ceiling with water dripping down on my bed. After being refused to change room twice, Expedia was kind enough to contact on my behalf and make the room change happen, after 3 nights of torture.

Has bed bugs, you’ll be waking up with rashes.

Near to the metro station and shops.
It was good for me as location clean and prices.

I stay in this hotel its a nice place close to everything you need, I would like to thanks to Miss Vivian and Manoj to take care of us while staying, to Manoj thank yo so much we enjoy the food,, this hotel is very food to the people who wants to save.

hotel is 30 years old infrastructure, and so noisy. also they are scamming the guests. unconditionally they charge you double.

the hotel reservation team is just scamming nothing more they know. JUSST MONEY!

Excellent location, great staff but needs updating rooms dirty walls, old curtains, toilet shaving lighting are all not working.

Customer service is Bad. I don’t think the Hotel is qualified for a 3 Star status.
