Sehr engagiertes und hilfsbereites sowie freundliches Personal

Leider musste ich feststellen wenn wir ins Restaurant gegangen sind zum Essen waren immer die Baby Stüle verschmutzt nachdem man das zum Personal gesagt hat hat man die aber sauber gemacht.

Wir haben ein großes Zimmer bekommen wo auch jeden Tag sauber gemacht worden ist


Was mir sehr gefallen hat waren die freundlichen Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption

Hotel was 15 min walk form the beach. The hotel staff was good

Super sauber, tolles Essen,Personal sehr freundlich, angenehme Athmosphäre. Strand per Fuß erreichbar, tolle Stadt,, angemesse Preise in der Stadt. Alles Tax free.. Einfach Klasse

We were staying at this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is good, good central location, clean, good food. Very spacious rooms.
We really liked our stay there.
We had all inclusive. And food is great there. All the time smth different. Better to pay little bit more and don’t worry about the food during your stay.

útulné ubytování, slabší výhled z okna, výborná kuchyně, barman se slabší jazykovou výbavou nám brzdil konzumaci nápojů v ceně all in :-)

המלון ברמה סבירה, מתאים למשפחות עם קטנטנים. השירות של צוות המלון ברמה מעולה!

הופתענו מאוד לטובה מהחופשה. היינו 3 לילות המלון מקסים במרחק הליכה מהטיילת ומהים. אנשי הצוות מקסימים! המלון מפנק...תמורה מעולה לכסף...יום אחד היה אובר עומס במלון...הורגש מאוד באזור הבריכה וחדר האוכל אך בשאר הימים כשהתרוקן קצת היה מעולה!

Excellent hotel great staff and location, tasty food and spacious rooms

מאחר ושהיתי גם בנירוונה קלאב וגם בנירוונה סוויט אני יכול להשוות ביניהם. השהות בנירוונה קלאב היתה הרבה יותר נעימה לי מאשר בנירוונה סוויט. המים בכיור הרחצה לא התנקזו. למרות שהודעתי על כך לא קרה כלום. עד כמה שזה תלוי בי לא אוסיף לפקוד את נירוונה סוויט ואעדיף את נירוונה קלאב על כי הנאתי היתה מושלמת שם. ואשוב לשם בקרוב שוב.

שהינו 3 לילות.המלון משופץ . השירות מצוין. שפע ומגווו של אוכל טעים. התחשבות בצמחוניים.. קיבלנו חדרים נוף לאתר בנייה לכן לא הסטנו את הוילון. המלון קרוב מאוד לשדה תעופה.

There is nothing special with this hotel.

Room ok but with ongoing electricity breaks thru the day which shuts down your so much needed ac in the room.

Food average and below nothing sensational about it and it's quite tasteless-afternoon meal on Shabbat feels like it's recycled

Pool small and not a lot of space around the pool
The all-inclusive means free beer and soft drinks from the tap, popcorn,and cheap ice cream, if you want coffee or a drink you need to go to another floor to get to the bar

The staff though are really ok and try their best to make your stay comfortable
Paied nearly 12000 shekel for a 4 night stay- couple+3 children
Wouldn't stay there again-

מתאים למי שרוצה חופשה קצרה 2 לילות ולא מחפש רמה גבוהה ומסתפק במועט.

החדרים היו משופצים ומאוד טובים מבחינת ניקיון, וגודל אך עדיין משפצים במלון ולא היה כל כך נעים. המלון היה בתפוסה מלאה כשהיינו ומאוד היה רעש ולכלוך בלובי במיוחד.. במלון לדעתי צריכים להיערך לתקופות כאלו ולהקצות יותר כוח אדם לטפל בעניין הניקיון והסדר ברחבי הממלון!!
חדר האוכל טוב, אך צריך עוד לשפר ברמת האוכל ולגוון.
