Smart looking hotel but need to improve service
Pros:

Great location and the bedroom was lovely - comfortable and modern

Cons:

Bar/lounge was closed
Staff were few in the restaurant so service was slow - hotel Manager stepped in to help and she was extremely helpful
Breakfast was mediocre - pale undercooked sausages
The coffee machine only did black americano but there was no notice on it saying this as it showed a full range which wasn’t available

Amazing Location, Awesome Staff and facilities, please sort out the Breakfast!
Pros:

It was a stunning hotel and nothing was too much trouble. The staff were polite and helpful, it was an amazing chance to spend a night inside Twickenham Stadium!

Cons:

The breakfast facilities were, I felt, a little disappointing. One of the coffee machines was broken and the other was only producing black Americano. The food, whilst very nice, was not quickly replaced and I have paid less for a better breakfast. It did not spoil the stay, but it still lingers on 2 days after the event.

A perfect stay for any rugby fan
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Perfect venue. Clean large room. Excellent breakfast. Excellent tea and coffee facilities in the room including bottled water.

Cons:

The plug in the sink didn’t work so couldn’t empty the sink.

Pros:

The drains smelt eggy in the shower and the toilet. The spa facilities where unavailable and when i asked to access the spa on a different day as i only booked for the spa access we were denied and told there was nothing they could do.

Spoilt stay!
Pros:

What a most wonderful stay. The room was fabulous! So very spacious! I felt definitely spoilt! The bed was lovely, the shower was great, the coffee and biscuits were divine! I do love when a biscuit is added to the coffee and tea facilities. <3
The hotel was very clean and smelt lovely throughout! Even with the shy winter sun, the view was lovely as well! I do recommend it.

Lovely hotel
Pros:

I had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Red Twickenham last Wednesday night. Fabulous hotel, friendly staff, lovely room and a very comfortable bed. I ate in The Huddle both for dinner and breakfast and I couldn’t fault it. The honey display at breakfast was particularly impressive! Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Comfortable and Convenient
Pros:

A refreshed facility which was comfortable and convenient for the event we attended in Twickenham.

The Huddle has been revamped, with a new team. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful.

Good value for money, will be using again in the future
