Pros:

Room was well equipped

Cons:

There was no hot water for showers in the morning. When we told the receptionist, she told us cheerily that it was now fixed - not really reading the fact that that was no good to us as we were checking out without having showers.

Also the receptionist, Donna was friendly but very pushy about giving her a review and basically made us do it before she checked us in. We hadn't even seen the room. Also she had a very different demeanor the next time we met her - once her review had been done. We thought this was very unnprofessional.

Highly recommend this hotel for overall cost and high standard of service
Pros:

location was great and check in was very efficient. Excellent facilities and spacious and clean room. Free car park was also a nice bonus and quite often hotels charge.

Fabulous place, very chique decor, very clean
Pros:

Perfect for the rugby, hotel rooms were fabulous, great decor. Food in restaurants very good

Cons:

Couldn’t use swimming pool after 7pm with my teenager, think family swimming time should be extended

Horrific. Avoid

The room was nice and clean.

Cons:

The customer care. There was a party at the hotel and whilst the hotel is not solely responsible for the behaviour of guests they did little to mitigate my horrendous experience. Between 1am - 4am I could sleep due to loud shouting up and down the corridor between groups of friends staying, banging of doors, jeering, singing, drunken people knocking on my door and calling names as they forgot their rooms. Twice I called down to reception via the switchboard and whilst the receptionist came up it would resume again within 10 minutes. The lack of control of noise, loud sexual comments about women up and down the corridor and reference to drugs and who had them is concerning, unsafe and all out disgusting. For the lack of sleep, the horrific stay and behaviour the hotel offered me one hour late check out… avoid. This is an absolute cesspit and felt like love island on steroids.

Great hotel for exploring South London
Pros:

Very spacious and comfortable rooms. Well equipped with little touches that you don't always get nowadays such as facecloths, vanity packs, shower caps, complimentary water, coffee machine, good toiletries. Great shower, very comfy beds. Staff were friendly and efficient.
Great bus service from the doorstep and good transport links with easy access to the tube.
This hotel surpassed our expectations.

Some noise from the corridors, but that's hard to manage
