This is the third time we’ve stayed in this property during an England rugby weekend, so its super convenient
You really need to do something about the staff you employ for match days. Whilst there are many, they are so slow at responding to requests and half the time didn’t understand what we asked for. The food in the restaurants is below standard and not worth the inflated price
The staff are super friendly and helpful! The location is unbeatable with the restaurants and bars within the hotel really good too! Been here a couple times now and look forward to the next stay! Having access the gym and spa was a great addition too
Having stayed previously, it was a shame to see such a hike in the price almost double what we paid for an international game. We had pizza in the HUDDLE one night, i think there were no more than 4 other tables of 2-4 guests and we had no servers coming to our table when we wanted sauces or the bill etc we had to get up to go find them which was a shame. We ended up removing service charge due to their lack of attention. The room itself had an adjoining door which offered absolutely no sound dampening, which having a small baby was not ideal for us or even the guests in that room when the baby woke in the night. We could hear them not being overly loud but just generally having a loud conversation and joking around which when the baby was asleep was somewhat frustrating. I found it strange that we were a party of 5 in two rooms and they didn’t put us in the joining rooms as this would have saved any hassle with noise from either our baby or the louder (not boisterous) group.

Good area , good parking and rooms were clean.
Staff was rude. The fire alarm went off at 8:30am and they did not apologise at all. During check in, I asked where I can register my car and the WiFi password and the response was Abrupt. I would not stay here again due to the staff.

Perfect location for the Event attended
No sound proofing, could here everything next door were saying and vice Versa, awful pillows, really struggled to sleep, limited menu in the loft for dinner, very basic, breakfast ok, no cold storage for meats/cheese, yoghurts and fruit, some staff really difficult to understand and not understanding you, which if we were not honest could of ended up with free dinner. Having to climb into a bath for a shower and nothing to get hold of was pretty difficult, maybe something to look at especially from a health and safety aspect.

The rooms, the hotel and the facilities in general were exceptional.
The cost of the room being nearly £400 for one night was far more than I would have wanted to pay, despite the quality of the hotel, I still consider this a lot of money for 1 night in a hotel! As the rugby was on, it was busy and the atmosphere was great, but, I felt that one of the staff on the door was rude to me personally and made me feel very uncomfortable.
