Better than a Hilton.
Pros:

Excellent room. Large double beds with still lots of space. Very modern.

Pros:

Prostorný pokoj s funkční klimatizací. V pokoji bylo ticho. Žádný ruch z venku.

Cons:

Špinavé povlaky na polštářích a chybějící WC kartáč. Vlasy v koupelně z předchozích pobytů.

Pros:

The room is of a decent size, hotel easy to navigate from rail station, hotel is clean, and the team in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner are super friendly and great at their jobs by making guests feel comfortable with their great level of service

Cons:

Some of the reception team gave an impression as if they did not want to be there particularly in the evening however everyone else was polite and friendly

Very comfy. I alse asked to view the stadium and was given an inside view and a small history of the stadium by a manager.

Cons:

The towels were dirty and not enough were supplied for all the guests. The room phone didn't work.

The staff at this hotel are just the best ! Donna and Sabrina are amazing and need a pay rise !

The room was far larger than I expected , the air conditioning worked (rare these days) and the TV was huge .

Pros:

The room was an incredible size, clean, quiet, comfortable. I loved the coffee machine - I didn't have any milk in my room, but reception were very kind and said they'd have immediately brought me some had they known.
