The rooms are always very well presented and very comfortable, the staff are friendly and helpful.

Pros:

I’ve stayed at the Radisson RED London Twickenham multiple times, and every time it’s perfect. From being greeted by the lovely staff on arrival who are always chatty and smiling, to staying in a comfortable and spotless room, ordering easy room service and checking out, it’s all fab. The warm and welcoming atmosphere really makes a difference.

I’ve stayed for both business and leisure, including an international match, and it’s perfect for both occasions. The location couldn’t be better, with the merch shop, entry gates and the local town all right on your doorstep. We were lucky to grab a room around a week and a half before the match, as it’s usually quite booked up for big games, and we were so glad we did.

very friendly staff food was good and location perfect (as at the rugby game). We would stay again.
Pros:

friendly attentive staff. checking that everything was ok at different occasions during our stay.
rooms were a generous size and comfortable bed.

Cons:

pool opening times were from 09:00 would have been nice to use the facility, but times of our arrival and departure meant we couldn't use these.

Disappointing, terrible service in The Huddle, will not be coming back
Pros:

Room was relatively clean but not what we had selected. Bathroom was nicely furnished. Comfy enough bed. Very disappointing to not get the pitch view room which he had chosen months in advance.

Cons:

The service in the evening for a pre dinner drink was apalling. The service for breakfast the next morning somehow even worse. Food quality was awful and impossible to get a waiter's attention.

Poor service in the restaurant
Pros:

Open spaces. Good size room. Reasonable price

Cons:

We had very poor service in the restaurant twice. When I complained in writing after the second time, I had no response! I also told the receptionist when I checked out but he was disinterested.
We had to ask for a travel cot three times before it arrived in our room.
Generally the staff seemed undertrained.
