Pleasant and helpful staff.
Nice room.
Excellent breakfast.
Parking was simple and convenient.
Didn’t like is the not the phrase at stake. Our room was at the busy street side so opening the window was not always pleasant.
Rear side of the hotel might have been better. We stayed 4 nights not to forget.
The breakfast buffet was amazing and well worth the cost.
Very welcoming staff, lovely comfy, clean room.
Doors not particularly soundproof so got quite loud with people in the halls, opening and closing doors etc.
Staff were very accommodating and pleasant. Room clean and spacious with comfortable bedding. I had a really good night sleep. Breakfast was reasonable (no complaints). Would stay again and def recommend.
Good location and bed was comfortable. Lots of gluten free food at breakfast and soya almond and oat milk available. Vegan sausages can be cooked.
Long queues at reception even though I’d checked in online. Then key didn’t work. Shower didn’t have handheld head. Bathroom was small and dated. The bar can only make coffee with cows milk.
Great choice for breakfast. Staff were helpful & friendly. Room was a decent size and the bed was comfortable.
Bathroom was a little small.
The safe did not work, but we didn’t need it. The temperature was a little difficult to control.
comfortable and quiet bedroom

Clean
I was given a ground-floor room where I had to keep the curtains closed all the time because people from the street could see inside. Access to the room was through the entire restaurant, which felt quite uncomfortable. The room layout itself was strange and impractical.
I asked for a different room, but unfortunately there wasn’t one available in the same standard. Overall, I didn’t feel comfortable during my stay. There was also a hair in the shower, which was not acceptable. On top of that, it was very noisy.
I’m disappointed with the experience
