It’s very clean, location is too close to everything that you need. Almost 3-5mins walk from the coach station. I’m suprised as well they have clothes iron inside the room. Lovely place to stay. We will definitely be back there once we go back to Exeter.

Clean and location
Be a bit a flexible when a customer asked for a late check out , cannot just say charge £20 , if timid request not good then offer a better timing . As least for me as I stayed there for 6night can’t you allow an hour or 2 extra ?
