The room is really nice let me say that first but upon turning on the tv this is the first thing I see and I am furious!!! I understand we are still living in this day of races time but coming from a hotel and having to see something like this quite disturbing!! Will NEVER stay here again

Great staff.

Everything was great, but the only issue was we were on the 1st floor across from the ice machine right by the desk and could hear the breakfast person and the shades wouldn’t close all the way and the lighting was blasting the room which kind of kept me up. Outside of that the facility/room was very clean and staff very nice and professional

Staff. was helpful. Bathroom was filthy missing basics . TV was not working. Door entry card quit working. Outside light lit up the room even with blackout curtains. Breakfast was good.

Location and price.

The stay was fine, staff was friendly and room was clean. Only drawback was the hallways on the floor we were staying the flooring was being replaced. When we checked in the floors were sticky from old adhesives and when we checked out there were carpet strips with nails sticking up scattered all down the hallway and had to maneuver around them to get to the elevator. Other than that everything was perfect

The food and selection was very adequate, but the space provided was a bit cramped.

One the room was not finished. No carpet in the closet. Carpet was dirty. Walls were not completely painted. Curtain would not even cover the window and with a light outside the window it was like a big night light all night long. The tv worked at first then didn’t work the rest of the stay. When we got there the shower would only use steaming hot water and the next morning it was working correctly. Just overall not what you pay for.

The lady working the front desk when I arrived was outstanding. I had made a mistake on my reservation and she worked it out instead of booting me to the street. EXCELLENT customer service!!

It was clean and comfortable. The staff was nice and their laundry facilities were free....nice bonus.

Only there one night......traveling to another state. Room was nice & clean; breakfast was good. Elevator was a little noisy but otherwise hotel was fine

Clean, quiet, staff friendly and helpful

The room’s smelled like smoke. It was so bad that it was hard to breathe and it was burning my eyes. Also, the doors didn’t work. Had to walk completely around to get inside. The grounds wasn’t kept clean either. Definitely needed mowing. The hotel was quiet tho and the staff was nice however the overall quality was very poor.

We have stayed at this hotel several times enroute from FL to MO. We have two small dogs.it is totally hit and miss but this last time was our last time. There was literally mold on all the louvers of the ac unit (Not dust!) which, as you may know, can cause respiratory issues, some deadly. Then, the carpet in our room (215) was beyond filthy. Pet-friendly room, yes, but I would expect that the extra $$ charged should be used for extra cleaning….nope! I don’t think the filth was from dogs anyway. In addition, the bed comforter had dog hair from a previous guest’s stay. I don’t want to sleep with someone else’s dog! Come on, Sleep Inn, you an do better! But we will not be staying there again nor recommending it to anyone else.

Had a very good stay, staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Only issue was that the room was next to an exterior door and the ice machine, so not as quite as it could have been during early evening. However, it quited down by bedtime and didn't disrupt our sleep.
