ちょっと残念。
Cons:

ラウンジを使用できる部屋でしたがラウンジでチェックインできるのは一部の人だけ。
ヒルトンでは当たり前にチェックいんできたり、朝食もラウンジで食べる事ができたので、朝食付きプランかと思いきや、朝食なしのプランでびっくりしました。
また、部屋のバスルームがユニットの3点セットだったのにはがっかりしました。
あれではビジネスホテルと同じですよね。

お風呂に体毛が何本か貼り付いたまま。
カビ、異臭、賃貸マンション並みの声漏れ、別室の男性のクシャミが漏れ聞こえるとは？
配管を流れる音、ラウンジがもはやファミレス。荷物の預けもセルフに‥朝食時には外国人団体客の水筒へ飲み物を入れるドリンクバーの混雑、ビュッフェでお料理を取るなりその場で食べ始める行儀の悪さにウンザリ。それらを見て見ぬふりするホールスタッフにもがっかり。もう10年前くらいからの北海道滞在の常宿に利用していましたが今回が最後の利用と決めました。数年前からこうなるであろう前兆はありましたが‥残念です。

最高でした
Pros:

全てがよかったです、途中にアプリが起動しなくなったときの臨機応変な対応が素晴らしかったです。

Cons:

無いですが強いて言うならそちら都合での部屋移動だったので部屋グレードアップだけじゃなく部屋で頼んだご飯１つ無料にしてくれても…ぐらいです

Pros:

這次和家人一起出國旅遊，入住標準家庭房(四張單人床附兩間衛浴)共三晚，盥洗如廁都不用搶很方便，房間也蠻大的，還有早餐選一樓的自助餐，餐點不錯吃。

Cons:

可惜飯店沒有附設洗衣機，住比較多晚會很想要洗衣服。
