Location.
Room size is big enough to lay out luggage.
Excellent breakfast spread.
Staff are super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Bath tub was dated and emitted an odour.
There's only 1 pillow given.
The tissue paper given is so thin like all Japanese toilet rolls.
