El hotel está muy limpio, es confortable, las habitaciones son amplias, el baño muy completo y multitud de enchufes para conectar ordenador, teléfono, tablet,... El personal fue muy amable en todo momento.
Creo que el desayuno de pago es un poco caro para lo que ofrecen que no es nada especial. La ubicación está algo retirada del centro pero próxima a la universidad y adecuada si se quiere tomar como punto base para visitas en la zona norte.

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel, and we'll keep considering this hotel every time we need accommodation in the area.
All staff were professional and kind. The lady at the reception was very professional helping the trainee - it made me think your hotel is a good place to work.
The food was delicious and the variety is well chosen.
Apart from the grout in the shower, everything was spotless.
I'd like to suggest 2 areas of improvement:
1) The grout in the shower could be cleaner - that would set you apart from any other hotel. Everything else was spotless though.
2)The restaurant could open earlier for breakfast - 6AM would allow people to start their day with a nice and relaxing breakfast before setting off at 7h30. In an ideal world, having breakfast available from 5AM would be the best option for anyone who needs to be somewhere else in the city by 8am.
Allocation of quiet rooms
We asked for a quite room because I had an important event and wanted to be well rested. However, we were allocated a bedroom above the main hotel entrance. Our sleep was disturbed by buses in front of the hotel.
It would have been better if we had stayed in a quieter room.
Lo escogí por el spa y cuando llegué no funcionaban los chorros, aparte que obligan a usar gorro y chanclas y no se ofrecen de cortesía. En términos generales está bien ubicado (no es el centro pero se accede bien), es tranquilo, el personal es muy atento, yo mejorara solo detalles menores.
El spa no funciona. Tiene una pequeña sala de baño turco y otra de spa pero sin los chorros, pierde encanto.
El trato fue increíble me quedaría nuevamente en este hotel.

Das Hotel ist in einer ruhigen Gegend und die Innenstadt per Taxi erreichbar. Manchmal wartet man sehr lange auf eine Taxiabholung.
Das Hotelspa war absolut widerlich. Im Dampfbad war am Boden Schimmel und sogar ein Zehennagel. Insgesamt war die Ausstattung des Hotels sehr veraltet und renovationsbedürftig, im Lift funktionierten beispielsweise die Knöpfe manchmal nicht. Die vier Sterne sind masslos übertrieben.
Quarto espaçoso e confortável
Pra usar a piscina paga. Precisa ter uma touca que está a venda no hotel. Precisa reservar horário. Precisa ter sapato adequado (não pode ser sapato de uso externo)
