Joia escondida no Porto para quem procura relaxar antes de viajar ou depois de um dia de trabalho.
Pros:

Hotel Excelente! Equipa de funcionários 5 estrelas, atenciosos, prestáveis e prontos a fazer de tudo para nos sentirmos confortáveis e apreciados.
Hotel tem um pequeno SPA excelente!
Uma jóia escondida. Será certamente o meu hotel de referencia para ficar no Porto, a trabalho. Perto do Hospital de São João, perto do Aeroporto. Excelente

buen desayuno, y buena atención por parte del personal

Cons:

spa mejorable, reservamos y nos encontramos que había niñ@s en él. Lo que se supone es para relajarse, nos sirvió para estresarnos más. Nosotros también tenemos hijas y sabemos lo que hay, pero hay sitios en los que no pueden estar. Un spa no es una piscina. Muy mal por parte de una madre que aún por encima estuvo todo el rato haciendo fotos y grabando.

Pros:

Pequeno almoço razoavel. O jantar foi muito bom, decidimos jantar no hotel e surpreendeu-nos a qualidade e o valor que pagamos não foi nenhuma fortuna como temos ideia de ser nos hotéis e mais em 4 estrelas. Recomendo a jantarem no restaurante.

Cons:

O spa ser com taxa adicional assim como o estacionamento e não estar mencionado na reserva: SPA....com taxa adicional.... deveria estar explicito e não está.

Pros:

Mainly very good. I was only disappointed by the extra cost to use the spa which was the obligatory purchase of a swimming cap and slippers - not worth it for a quick dip at the end of the day. I just wanted a sauna really.

No requirement for purchasing slippers and a swimming cap for the spa

Wonderful hotel in Porto
Pros:

The room was very comfortable. The staff were all very nice. The restaurant and breakfast were top notch. Everything was delicious and presented beautifully and very economical.

Cons:

The only thing we didn’t like was the bathtub/shower set-up. It was high to climb into and had no glass or curtain barrier to the rest of the bathroom.
