Pros:

Gostei do conforto do quarto, da limpeza e do atendimento dos funcionários. Este hotel tem um pequeno-almoço fantástico, não falta nada.

Cons:

Não gostei da temperatura da água da piscina no SPA, estava gelada. Se a piscina não estava em condições de ser usada, teriam que comunicar isso aos clientes, ou então fechar temporariamente, enquanto o problema não estivesse resolvido.

Cons:

Falta de conforto. Colchão com molas completamente partidas (quarto 604). Lobby sujo, falta de aconchego, e muito frio dentro do hotel, cheiro de comida constante no lobby do hotel.

Pros:

Gostei da simpatia do staff sempre atenciosos, a nível de restaurante também era tudo muito bom.

Cons:

Haver estacionamento, mas um pouco desvalorizado, e para sair do estacionamento não há muitas indicações, para que consigamos sair.

Super séjour, à renouveler au plus tôt ;)
Pros:

Personnel très accueillant et sympathique, avec la gentillesse de parler en français pour nous aider ;) la restauration est très bonne également (repas au restaurant le soir) ; le métro est à 8 minutes à pieds, et le centre ville à 15/20 de métro, donc parfait. Les chambres sont très agréables et silencieuses. Nos massages, réalisés par un jeune homme, étaient supers.

Cons:

Le spa est sympathique mais les enfants y sont autorisés , ce qui rend hélas l’endroit très bruyant et pas reposant.
