A piscina deixa um pouco a desejar. Muito cloro, poucas amenities no spa. O bar e room service tem pouca ofertas para comer durante o dia. Poucas amenities no quarto
We loved everything
Établissement beau et confortable avec un accueil chaleureux et attentionné, un super séjour que je recommande
Gostei sobretudo do espaço e conforto do quarto, que é bastante amplo e agradável. Destaco também o conforto das camas, a limpeza e algumas comodidades disponibilizadas, como a máquina de café, que acrescentam valor à estadia e tornam a experiência mais confortável.
O principal aspeto menos positivo foi a interação com os funcionários, tanto por telefone como presencialmente, que me pareceu pouco amistosa e, em alguns momentos, fria ou até rude. O facto de esta postura se ter repetido em diferentes situações e com diferentes pessoas fez-me questionar se não existirá uma questão mais estrutural na cultura de atendimento.
Também tivemos dificuldade em usufruir da piscina do SPA, devido a horários e condicionantes que, na prática, inviabilizaram a utilização por parte da minha filha, apesar de ser uma das comodidades apresentadas pelo hotel.
O episódio mais caricato aconteceu com um pedido de room service, que demorou o seu tempo a ser entregue. A entrega coincidiu com o momento em que eu estava a tomar banho e, como a minha filha não dispunha de forma de pagar, não aceitando assinatura da fatura nem a possibilidade de liquidar posteriormente na receção, a minha filha teve de entrar na casa de banho para me chamar e permitir o pagamento naquele momento.
Esta situação, somada às restantes, acabou por contribuir para a decisão de terminarmos a estadia e procurarmos outro alojamento.
Faço este comentário de forma respeitosa e construtiva. Viajo bastante e compreendo que existem experiências boas e menos boas, mas considero importante partilhar aquilo que, enquanto cliente, senti que ficou aquém do esperado.

Pas une grande piscine mais plutôt des bains chauds et sauna . (Pas trop adaptée aux femmes enceintes )
Desayuno justo, pero muy buen restaurante para la cena. Muy fácil el aparcamiento. El spa estaba en mantenimiento y no nos cobraron el acceso. Un hotel muy cómodo y silencioso
Está algo lejos de Oporto como tal, y el trayecto no es nada cómodo ni fácil pero no desmerece la estancia.
Hotel je lokalizovaný mimo centra mesta, ale pomerne rýchlo sa tam dostanete metrom, ako aj k Mostu Luisa I. Zastávka metra je neďaleko pri univerzitnej nemocnici. Do hotela sa dá pohodlne dostať autobusom aj z letiska, zastávka je pár metrov od hotela.
V deň príchodu sme na uvítanie dostali gratis pohár portského 😊Hotel je moderný, zodpovedá 4 hviezdičkám, na izbe je kávovar na kapsuly, kávu dopĺňal personál každý deň. Kúpeľna je priestranná, čistá, moderná.

Ett trevligt och gemytligt hotell trots att det är stort och ligger lite konstigt placerat. Fina och välstädade rum, trevlig personal och god mat och frukost.
Området runt hotellet är lite skabbigt. Borde också finnas fler och större laddplatser.
