Pros:

A central hotel right in the middle of Knysna. Good value for money. Close to Thessen Island and Plettenberg Bay. The breakfast was quite tasty and our room was clean and had everything we needed.

Cons:

The elevator was sub-optimal at times and we had to take the stairs.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel with a great location, comfortable rooms, and an excellent breakfast. The parking is secure and covered, which is very convenient.

Cons:

The bathroom could use some improvements, since there is no shower enclosure, it tends to get quite wet during showers. Also, there is only a glass partition between the bedroom and the bathroom, which may not offer enough privacy.
