Nice hotel, friendly staff, good location but poor sleep due to constant noise
Pros:

Location and the bistro was lovely.

Cons:

The room was small and there was a constant fan noise across our floor through the night which made it hard to sleep.

عربات التنظيف كانت دائما امام الغرف وليست داخل غرف الصيانه

أصوات عاملات التنظيف كانت مرتفعه في الممرات مما يزعج الضيوف

غلايات الماء لم تكن نظيفه

كرت دخول الغرف كان يحتاج برمجه دائما

كان هناك شيء خارج عن ارادة الفندق حيث انكسر الانبوب الرئيسي للمياه عن كل المدينه و بالتالي انقطعت المياه لمدة ثلاثة أيام عن دورات المياه وكان ذلك مزعج جدا ان تبقى في فندق بدون مياه لمدة ثلاثة أيام ..
حاولت ادارة الفندق التصرف فورا و قامت بتوفير عبوات مياه 5 لتر و ١٠ لتر لكل غرفه .. الى ان تم حل الإشكالية

I like the scenery and the restaurant, too notch

The showers water flow was a bit weak but that’s due to the bathroom design. Otherwise everything was great.

Hotel fantastico, quasi di fronte al Waterfront. Assolutamente da non perdere!

Hotel fantastico, quasi davanti al Waterfront, pieno di negozi e ristoranti. Camere belle, ampie, pulite e silenziose, dotate di ogni comfort. Ci siamo trovate così bene che al termine del nostro viaggio, sulla strada di ritorno verso Capetown, abbiamo deciso di cambiare la penultima notte e di tornare al The Rex, l'abbiamo adorato! Ristorante top! Fanno anche la pizza con il forno a legna! Colazione super!

Enjoybale Stay
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful. I like the stand down service they do(preparing the room in the evening). The hotel is in a great area. The staff was very helpful. The drinks specials are a great.
