Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’accueil chaleureux et la gentillesse du personnel. Un immense merci à Omar, Oumaima et Ridoine, qui ont été absolument adorables avec nous et ont été très attentionnés.

Nous remercions également les femmes de ménage, toujours souriantes, gentilles et très professionnelles. Une équipe vraiment agréable qui a largement contribué à rendre nos trois nuits très agréables.

Cons:

Honnêtement, nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous n’avons pas grand-chose à reprocher à l’établissement. Tout s’est très bien passé et nous avons surtout retenu la gentillesse et l’attention de toute l’équipe.

Séjour absolument parfait à l’Oscar Hotel de Ouarzazate ! Tout était au rendez-vous : l’hôtel, la propreté, le confort, l’accueil et le service. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous recommandons vraiment cet établissement.

Je tiens surtout à remercier Omar, qui a été exceptionnel du début à la fin. Il a été d’une gentillesse, d’une disponibilité et d’un professionnalisme remarquables. Toujours souriant, serviable et attentif à nos besoins, il a vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable.

Un grand merci à Omar pour son accueil et son professionnalisme. C’est exactement ce genre de personne qui fait toute la différence dans un hôtel.

Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Very good breakfast and surprisingly good dinner. Rooms and hotel generally bit outdated, but clean. Very polite personal, especially receptionist. Rare possibility to charge EV. They also changed date of our arrival without any penalty.
