Great hotel, above a pub and restaurant.
Pros:

A great hotel. The room was clean and had comfortable beds. I would recommend booking a room looking out to the water as the view is great. I loved that the hotel is near the Jetty and Main Street. I also liked the pub and restaurant attached to the hotel.
Theres so much to do on Phillip Island, we went on the go karts and did a tour with local way tours to see the penguins. Wish I had booked for longer.
