Great place to stay, clean and convenient.
Pros:

The location was perfect. Across the road from the beach. Restaurant down stairs and shops within walking distance. Very convenient.

Cons:

Only thing we didn’t like was that there was no toaster or microwave. Also the noise was bad. Stomping on metal sounds woke us up through out our entire stay. We can only assume it was people going down the external stairs at all hours of the night.

Pros:

The location is amazing. Balconies are spacious.
The North pier restaurant bar is great. Good choice of food and drinks. Right on beach. Perfect location for kids.

Cons:

No escalator on the property. Difficult to carry luggage if your room is on the upper floors.
No wardrobe in rooms.
The property is a bit old and needs maintenance.
Stairs on property were slippery after rainfall which is a hazard.

Stay was ok just communication was terrible
Pros:

Room was ok

Cons:

Give the option to get late checkout but half an hour before checkout was told it’s not an option asked to checkout at earlier time. Front desk checked us in and didn’t even mention it

Cons:

Not happy as our checking was at 2 but got the room only around 3pm when I asked because we got a late check in can we have a late checkout we were point blankly refused. It wasn’t our fault that the room we booked weren’t ready. We were told the room will be ready at 2 when we made the booking

Location and cleanliness.

Cons:

No secure parking facility. No water in the room even after charging $300/night. On the contrary, reception asked us to buy our own. Disgusting.
