Overall I had a great stay and would come back again. The location was brilliant and central.
Pros:

The location was excellent right in the heart of all things fun! Great waterfront views. Friendly staff and new comfortable accommodation.

Cons:

Disturbed sleep both Saturday and Sunday nights. Noisy as pub only metres away and facing busy street.

We booked out early ...no staff in reception to tell them that the 4 power points in bathroom were not working...Had to use passage power outlet for hair dryer...

Highly recommended and have a meal as they serve throughout the day.
Pros:

We had 2 double beds and they were comfortable. There were no strong smells or fragrances. We were on the ground floor and parked near our room. The meals at the hotel were lovely and a lot of locals stopped for a catchup and outside is pet friendly. Very nicely priced and yummy. You could have a walk along the pier or beach in front. You could get a lovely view if you had a room higher up, but you have stairs to tackle.

Cons:

Nothing stood out as bad. As we’re tired and I have bad knees we requested a ground floor room because of the stairs and they were very accommodating.
