Great view from front room, but if you don't want noise from venue, choose side rooms.
Pros:

Great large room with awesome view. Fantastic location. And right close to venue and restaurant. Good food.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the bathroom needs to have the standards lifted 2/10 . We have stayed here quite a few times and it's about time they spent money replacing the old, peeling, rotten toilet seat that smell and look like they come from public urinals. The shower head are old and there are no exhaust fans working in the bathrooms.

Great value for money
Pros:

Great value for money and situated on the bay near shops and restaurants. Room was very large and the bed comfy. Plenty of parking.

Cons:

Did not realise that the bar didn't do breakfast but there are plenty of alternatives close by.

Comfortable except for the nose.
Pros:

Location was excellent, the Pier is just in front of the Hotel. But we got room 301, nice room but as it’s just above the Restaurant , it’s rather noisy till late especially on weekends.

Cons:

Rooms near the 201,301 stack . Noisy restaurant patrons next door

Great location
Pros:

Room was nice, fresh and updated.
Great view and location. Comfy bed and great bathroom.

Cons:

Only disadvantage is stairs. The top level is 3 flights of stairs which i didn't realise when booking there was no lift, my fault though. Just made it hard for a person with a disability and myself fresh from knee surgery.
