Happy with parking
Pros:

Very easy to get to from the airport and park. Good value. Room clean. We didn't have bfast as we were rushing to our another destination. Good parking option too.

Cons:

Colazione da rivedere! Pane secco e alle 9:20 non c’erano più Gipfel e Nutella (staff dovrebbe passare più di frequente ). Inoltre il ceck-in è alle 14:00; quello anticipato costa 50.- in più… noi siamo arrivati alle 13:00 e non ci hanno dato la camera anche se con molta probabilità era pronta da un pezzo (troppo fiscali).

Cons:

Colazione assolutamente bocciata! Non è la prima volta che soggiorno al somerau…anzi è da 1 anno è cambiato il responsabile della colazione. Oltre ad essere maleducato che se prendi un pezzo di pane da mangiare in strada mentre esci e vai agli appuntamenti ti ricorda che non puoi farlo ( alla faccia della cordialità…e che la colazione costa chf20…magari pensa di perdere dei soldi) sono arrivato a colazione alle ore 09:30 il buffet era praticamente vuoto! Inammissibile, sino alle 10 e orario di colazione e deve sempre essere fornito! Ricordo 0 chf! Ho fatto notare che non vi fosse più pane e ghipfel… il pane è arrivato tagliato da lui…di solito si lascia la pagnotta sul carrello con i tovaglioli per tagliarlo, i ghipfel non erano freschi! Probabilmente del giorno prima. Solitamente a colazione al sommerau bevo sempre un ovomaltina, solitamente vi è ovomaltina caprina e suchard…vi era solo il cacao. Avete paura di perdere dei soldi ad andare all aldi di fronte a comprare delle bustine? Purtroppo la colpa è del nuovo responsabile delle colazioni,ma…la direzione dell hiotel deve controllare. Per la cronaca ho preso una stanza matrimoniale, costo pernottamento con colazione chf 150…non bruscolini mi aspettavo di meglio!
