Beautiful building, but still not impressed for what i paid for.
Pros:

The lobby and balcony were beautiful. The bartender Kate in the evening was awesome. Super friendly and made delicious drinks!

Cons:

Prior to arriving, i was emailed that the pool was down. I emailed back asking if I could recieve a dicount due to not being able to provide all accommodations and recieved no feedback at all. Lobby host when I checked in was not accommodating as well. Everytime i asked about something it seemed to be an inconvenience. Bedding was basic hotel. The lobby ac was broken. It was stuffy and warm in there. Website says the breakfast was $5 a person. When I viewed it when checking in. It was a order menu all different pricing which is fine. But then the next morning when going to the lobby I asked about ordering breakfast and the same host was there. And he proceeded to tell me who ever runs the breakfast did not come in. There were carpet stains all down the hallway to the room. Its as if the building maintenance is lacking and some service can definitely be improved.

Flew up to Kansas City to drive a friend back to Southern Arkansas and stayed here until we left and it was amazing!
Pros:

I loved the location within walking distance to almost everything!! Our room was great clean and cold ready for us!! Definitely would stay again!!

We enjoy this location and stay here often when visiting KC.
Pros:

We absolutely love the location. Rooms are very quiet. We always feel safe when we stay here. Parking is easy and there is a lot to do within walking distance!

Cons:

The mattress cover had stains on them. The maid service knocked several times before check-out even though we had our do not disturb sign on the handle and it was more than an hour before check out.
