Reservation of 5 to 9 rooms :

30% of the total amount is required at the time of reservation. The balance must be paid 1 month before the arrival date. Both of these elements are imperative to guarantee the reservation in its entirety. Failure to receive the required payment will result in automatic cancelation of the booking by the hotel.

Cancelation terms:

In case of partial cancelation of the stay, the customer must notify the hotel upon arrival. For certain tariff offers, special cancelation conditions that modify these general conditions may apply.

Total conditions:

• Group cancelation 31 days before the arrival date: 0% of the stay is due.
• Group cancelation between 31 and 14 days before the arrival date: 80% of the stay is due.
• Group cancelation between 14 days and the day of arrival: 100% of the stay is due.

Partial conditions:

• Cancelation of 20% of the rooms without charge up to 14 days before the arrival date.
• Cancelation of 1 to 2 rooms without charge between 13 and 2 days before the arrival date.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

I would not recommend this place. The room was very small, and the bathroom was extremely small and not very clean. The shelves where personal items could be placed were dusty and had not been cleaned properly. There was no hand soap or basic toiletries provided, except for one shower shampoo and toilet paper. To wash your hands, you had to use the shower shampoo, which was very inconvenient. The bathroom door also did not close properly.
The TV was a smart TV, but it could not connect to the Wi-Fi, making it unusable.
During check-in, we were asked to leave a €50 deposit as a guarantee, even though this rule was not written anywhere and was not mentioned on Booking when we made the reservation. When we objected, they told us it was fine and that we did not need to pay it. This felt unprofessional and like an attempt at abuse

Mir wurden 200 € abgezogen als Depot welches ich anscheinend nach dem Aufenthalt wieder bekommen würde. Ich habe nicht zurück bekommen es waren 200€ für nichts. Ich habe das Hotel kontaktiert und sie meinten sie hätten mit das Geld überwisen und wenn es nicht angekommen ist sollte ich mit meiner Bank sprechen. Als ich einen Beweis wollte haben sie mir nie mehr wieder geantwortet.

Very warming and welcoming. Staff very helpful and pleasant and the location is amaizing for getting around Paris easily
Pros:

It was very clean, quiet and had a great view, there are two entrances to the metro, one being an overground station and one being a underground station. There are also many bus stops around and lots of local places to eat. The staff were very friendly and supportive with directions, travel advice and extra needs, the room was exactly as advertised on the booking website. When arriving there was a beautiful small birthday set up from the staff which was lovely and started of my trip with a smile. I would definitely stay again and recommend as a cheap but expensive feeling place to stay
