Reservation of 5 to 9 rooms :

30% of the total amount is required at the time of reservation. The balance must be paid 1 month before the arrival date. Cancelation terms:

In case of partial cancelation of the stay, the customer must notify the hotel upon arrival. For certain tariff offers, special cancelation conditions that modify these general conditions may apply.

Total conditions:

• Group cancelation 31 days before the arrival date: 0% of the stay is due.
• Group cancelation between 31 and 14 days before the arrival date: 80% of the stay is due.
• Group cancelation between 14 days and the day of arrival: 100% of the stay is due.

Partial conditions:

• Cancelation of 20% of the rooms without charge up to 14 days before the arrival date.
• Cancelation of 1 to 2 rooms without charge between 13 and 2 days before the arrival date.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Pros:

エレベーター、お部屋のデザイン性が高くエスプリを感じた。スタッフはフランス語以外も気さくに話してくれて素晴らしい。一階の朝食は美味しかった。朝のお部屋からの景色がとても良かった。

Cons:

無料アメニティーはお部屋にありませんでした。
部屋の壁は薄いので隣の部屋の声は普通に聞こえる。

Pros:

Je n’avais pas de serviette dans la chambre, je m’en suis rendu compte à la sortie de la douche. En parlant de douche, il ne faut pas être épais pour rentrer dedans, il y a le lavabo d’un côté et la porte de la douche de l’autre, ça ne laisse plus qu’environ 30 cm pour passer.

Pas de clef de chambre donc obligé de se faire ouvrir la porte par le personnel / Pas de wifi donc je n'ai pas pu travailler / Fenêtre grande ouverte à notre arrivée donc temprétaure chambre à 6 degrés / Pas de chauffage à notre arrivée / Pas de couverture aprés en avoir fait la demande / A notre arrivée poubelle pleine et nauséabonde car non vidée / Prise de courant ne fonctionne pas prés du lit / Personnel gentil mais qui subit.

Pros:

L'ensemble de la chambre mais surtout le mobilier

Cons:

Le bruit constant dans la chambre. Je ne sais pas si c'était la ventilation où le fonctionnement de l ascenseur. car j'étais au pied de l'ascenseur. Le prix du petit déjeuner un peu cher. J'ai changé d'hôtel le lendemain (même categorie d hôtel) il était à 6€50.

L’emplacement idéal a 50m du métro. L’accueil professionnel 24/24, le design des chambres, cosy, confortable. La propreté.

Cons:

La taille de l’ensemble ! Salle de douche vraiment exiguë. Dommage, parce que l’équipement était plutôt complet

Cons:

Dègradation des prestations par rapport à notre dernier séjour . Par exemple : plus de savonnette pour se laver les mains dans la salle de bain , plus de bouteille d’eau dans la chambre , plus de presse quotidienne à disposition , petit déjeuner de moindre qualité , moins de choix . Sensation d’économie de bout de chandelles qui ne nous donne plus envie de revenir

Son emplacement. le lit est très confortable. Les chambres sont petites mais nous sommes à Paris. Vous pouvez prendre un petit déjeuner déjà copieux pour huit euros. Note hôtel est très bien décoré.

Cons:

porte à galandage dans la salle de bain, ce qui ne permet pas d’avoir de l’intimité.
Pas de savon sur la vasque de la salle de bain. Le seul savon (fixe!) se trouve dans la douche, derrière la porte de la douche, sauf à y rentrer, ce n’est franchement pas très pratique Vous ne pouvez donc pas y avoir accès.
