Reservation of 5 to 9 rooms :
30% of the total amount is required at the time of reservation. The balance must be paid 1 month before the arrival date. Both of these elements are imperative to guarantee the reservation in its entirety. Failure to receive the required payment will result in automatic cancelation of the booking by the hotel.
Cancelation terms:
In case of partial cancelation of the stay, the customer must notify the hotel upon arrival. For certain tariff offers, special cancelation conditions that modify these general conditions may apply.
Total conditions:
• Group cancelation 31 days before the arrival date: 0% of the stay is due.
• Group cancelation between 31 and 14 days before the arrival date: 80% of the stay is due.
• Group cancelation between 14 days and the day of arrival: 100% of the stay is due.
Partial conditions:
• Cancelation of 20% of the rooms without charge up to 14 days before the arrival date.
• Cancelation of 1 to 2 rooms without charge between 13 and 2 days before the arrival date.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Juste une remarque mais c’est juste un conseil "marketing": la différence entre le petit déjeuner classique et l’autre ne vaut pas la différence de prix. C’est juste un peu surprenant pour le client. Mettre un seul tarif moyen+ et offrir tout serait mieux reçu… Mais c’est quand même bon!
Le positionnement de l’hôtel à proximité des stations de métro.
Le petit déjeuner, pas grand choix de nourriture… pas de chocolat chaud, bien dommage ! Tout le monde ne boit pas du thé ou du café.
On était sous les toits, donc on a eu chaud les deux nuits.
Был замечательный персонал, который всегда был готов помочь. Номера чистые и красивые, замечательными балконами и хорошими кондиционерами. Если отойти на 10 м от отеля, уже видны главные достопримечательности Парижа. Каждый день делаю уборку, кладут кофе, в общем замечательное место
