Reservation of 5 to 9 rooms :
30% of the total amount is required at the time of reservation. The balance must be paid 1 month before the arrival date. Both of these elements are imperative to guarantee the reservation in its entirety. Failure to receive the required payment will result in automatic cancelation of the booking by the hotel.
Cancelation terms:
In case of partial cancelation of the stay, the customer must notify the hotel upon arrival. For certain tariff offers, special cancelation conditions that modify these general conditions may apply.
Total conditions:
• Group cancelation 31 days before the arrival date: 0% of the stay is due.
• Group cancelation between 31 and 14 days before the arrival date: 80% of the stay is due.
• Group cancelation between 14 days and the day of arrival: 100% of the stay is due.
Partial conditions:
• Cancelation of 20% of the rooms without charge up to 14 days before the arrival date.
• Cancelation of 1 to 2 rooms without charge between 13 and 2 days before the arrival date.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Der kleine Balkon lädt zum verweilen ein.
Der Weg in die Dusche ist sehr eng. Man quetscht sich da zwischen Waschbecken und der Tür durch ( bei dem Zimmer was ich hatte)
Der gesamte Service war sehr gut und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.
The location is excellent, with an Underground station right in front of the hotel. It’s only about a 25-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, and there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The air conditioning was absolutely amazing during the heatwave. ⭐️
A few small improvements could make the stay even better. There weren’t enough power sockets, especially next to the bed. Our room only had one, and it was by the door. It would also be great if the hotel provided a steam iron. The TV didn’t have YouTube or Netflix apps, which would have been a nice addition. Finally, I felt the breakfast was a little overpriced for the selection on offer.

Hôtel très agréable, très bien situé, non loin des Invalides, à 6 ou 7 minutes de la gare Montparnasse. Personnel très accueillant. Petit restaurant italien attenant "mille grazie", très pratique pour manger quelque chose en soirée !
