Reservation of 5 to 9 rooms :

30% of the total amount is required at the time of reservation. The balance must be paid 1 month before the arrival date. Cancelation terms:

In case of partial cancelation of the stay, the customer must notify the hotel upon arrival. For certain tariff offers, special cancelation conditions that modify these general conditions may apply.

Total conditions:

• Group cancelation 31 days before the arrival date: 0% of the stay is due.
• Group cancelation between 31 and 14 days before the arrival date: 80% of the stay is due.
• Group cancelation between 14 days and the day of arrival: 100% of the stay is due.

Partial conditions:

• Cancelation of 20% of the rooms without charge up to 14 days before the arrival date.
• Cancelation of 1 to 2 rooms without charge between 13 and 2 days before the arrival date.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

stay was disappointing due to non-working WiFi, unhelpful staff, no response to reimbursement reques
Pros:

The room was really pretty, and the view was amazing. We requested a top-floor room and got it, which we really appreciated.

Cons:

However, my negative review is due to the WiFi issues. One of the main reasons for booking this place was the WiFi, as I needed to do some work on my computer. Unfortunately, during our entire stay, the WiFi did not work.
When we asked about it, the staff simply said that it was currently not available, without offering any alternative solution. As a result, I had to spend quite a lot of money on mobile data.
Later, I contacted them twice about getting reimbursed for the data costs (once through the booking platform and once via email), but both times I was ignored.
Additionally, the soap bottle in the room was empty.

Hotel de qualité correcte proche Montparnasse.
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hotel est parfait. La décoration des chambres est assez stylée.

Cons:

La chambre ne comportait pas de savon au lavabo et il était impossible de se connecter au wifi du 4ème étage. Le petit déjeuner était correct sans être au niveau du prix demandé.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber der Metrostation Pasteur. Mit dieser Metro ist man in wenigen Minuten am Eiffelturm. Auch ein Supermarkt ist in der Nähe.
Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich . Wir konnten unser Gepäck an An- und Abreisetag noch in einem Raum deponieren.

very happy with my choice. i would stay there again!
Pros:

location was great. not too far from the eiffel tower and surrounding parks. transpo to and from airport was easy using the public transit.

Kind of a trap
Pros:

On the good side the hotel is super close to the subway and its small room was cute, well decorated and clean.

Cons:

Half of the blame is on me. I assumed there would be a working wifi connection and a mini fridge although the room details did not promise either.
But in 2026 and with those prices you can easily fell in assumptions especially when the aforementioned amenities are so standard that most hotels don’t even list them.

If I knew I would have booked a different hotel, so please be careful with the specific property. Low value for money score.

Le confort de la literie, le gel douche incroyable, la gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

Les murs peu isolés ou on entend les conversations des chambres voisines.
La boîte de thé palais des thes au restaurant qui contient en fait du mauvais thé citron d une autre marque ( quelle déception!)
