This is one of the finest hotels we have ever stayed in. The entrance was understated, but once you entered, everything changed. The staff and food were excellent and the location was perfect for us.

The best hotel in Rome! Impeccable hospitality, end to end. The hotel manager is just terrific, making sure the guests are having the best time and stay possible. She cares about every detail. The staff is most welcoming, attending to every need and request. The ambience and location is second to none. Highly recommended.

We stayed for 2 nights and were very happy with the service in every department. From the gentleman who checked us in, the housekeeper and the food staff. The room was immaculate, beautiful and quiet. The location is also wonderful with 2 great restaurants right across the street. In short, I highly recommend this hotel and will be sure to stay again.

The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and tastefully decorated, combining comfort with refined Italian style. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to ensure a relaxing stay. The location is simply unbeatable, within easy walking distance of major attractions, yet peaceful and quiet at the same time.

What truly made our experience special was the exceptional service. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with recommendations and assistance, making us feel at home throughout our stay.

We stayed two nights in January. The hotel is beautiful. Our room was very comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The concierge, Inna, was especially helpful and wonderful in her delicious restaurant recommendations for different areas of Rome. Highly recommend, we will definitely be back!

We had a three generation family trip to Rome for Christmas. Our stay at Palazzo Ripetta was beyond our expectation. The lighted facade was magical as was the staff. Rooms lovely, food amazing, location outstanding. Satisfying the needs of 28 year olds to 85 year olds was not an easy task, yet everyone from concierge to kitchen to servers made that happen. I have wonderful memories. Thank you Pallazzo Ripetta!

My husband and I just spent 8 days at Palazzo Ripetta with our 27- and 28-year-old children and my parents. Our stay was extraordinary. From the moment we arrived until our reluctant departure, the staff made us feel right at home.
We especially thank Saskia, the concierge, and her exceptional team for their dedication. They went beyond standard hospitality. When my daughter became sick during our stay, Saskia arranged for a doctor to visit us without hesitation. On Christmas Eve, when we desperately needed last-minute car service, Saskia and her team worked their magic and ensured we had a fantastic driver for the night. Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine care for our family's well-being transformed what could have been stressful moments into seamless experiences.
We loved all aspects of the hotel. The bellmen were attentive and gracious, always greeting us with warm smiles. The bartenders made an excellent cocktail and recommended some great wines. The front desk staff handled our requests efficiently and kindly, and the waitstaff provided impeccable service, making breakfast a pleasure.
We found Palazzo Ripetta to be more than a beautiful hotel in a great Roman location – it's a place where the staff's genuine hospitality creates an atmosphere that feels like a home away from home. We left Rome with wonderful memories, thanks in large part to our lovely stay at Palazzo Ripetta. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and look forward to returning.

The hotel itself is stunning. One particularly inspired touch was the decision to have the entire building fully illuminated with Christmas decorations a genuinely brilliant idea. The festive lighting transformed the palazzo into something magical and unforgettable, creating an atmosphere that perfectly captured the spirit of Rome during the holiday season.
What truly elevates Palazzo Ripetta to a world-class level is the people behind it. Every single member of staff contributed to making our stay seamless, warm, and memorable.
A special mention to Roberta, who supported us throughout our stay with exceptional care, professionalism, and attention to detail she ensured everything flowed effortlessly from beginning to end.
Equally outstanding were the breakfast team, whose energy and kindness set the perfect tone each morning; the chef, for delivering outstanding food of remarkable quality and creativity; the reception and concierge teams, always attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help..
We would like to extend a special thank you to the two doormen who went above and beyond in helping us find a taxi a task that initially seemed impossible. They escorted us to the other side of the square and stayed with us, assisting until we finally had to jump into the underground to catch our train. Their kindness, dedication, and genuine care made a potentially stressful situation not only manageable but memorable, and we are truly grateful to them.
We are also deeply grateful to the hotel for allowing us to be part of the New Year’s Eve celebration, despite it being fully booked. This gesture perfectly reflects the hotel’s spirit of hospitality. The evening was exceptional beautifully organised, full of atmosphere, and paired with truly excellent food that we loved from start to finish.
Overall, we fell in love with the entire experience. Palazzo Ripetta is not just a hotel it is a destination in itself, where elegance, warmth, and genuine hospitality come together flawlessly.

Staying at Palazzo Ripetta is an extraordinary experience. Upon arrival unto the gorgeous lobby we were escorted into the bar area and served a complimentary welcome drink. Roberta, a conceirge joined us in the bar to seamlessly check us in. She was very friendly, professional, welcoming and helpful. We booked the stay with Amex Platinum Travel and Roberta told us we were being upgraded to a very special suite . Suite 306 is tastefully decorated with a sumptuous bathroom. AND it has a 2 nd level full sauna, shower and lovely lounge chairs!
The location is wonderful with many attractions within walking distance.
We were truly sorry we only got to experience this magnificent hotel for 1 day/ night.
We will definitely return to stay here again in Rome. It is a very special property.

A special mention must be made of Roberta on the concierge desk who gave us a wonderful tour of the history of the building and the artefacts in it and Francesco on the front desk who was always smiling and very helpful.
