Jessica on reception was awesome!

Room dirty. Dead roaches on the floor. One small trash can. One couch. Lights with no light bulbs. No clock. No phone!!! They called our room a suite!!! Never will stay here again and will tell others to not stay. Mad this cost me $150 for one night.

Clean room, friendly staff they let us check in early. Very accommodating and our room was really nice. Also a great value.

Property and hotel were great just a one-way entrance off the highway was the only issue didn’t likehaving to go around the block to enter

Great location for eating out and some minor shopping

I do not post hotel reviews often. We stayed here en route and seemed like a perfectly fine hotel for a family to stay - just to sleep. It was a nightmare. Literal blood smeared on an interior room door. Broken door. Toothpaste smeared on shower curtain. Hair on the bed. Holes and stains all over all the walls. Yellow stain in the bathroom floor. Management wouldn't do anything about it. Hotels.com is supposed to be making it right but mgmt on site did not care. Also, there was pouring rain and come to find out the manager had their car under the carport so only guest at a time could use the carport at a time. And before the rain began when we pulled up there was a group of people grilling in the parking lot under the windows which the grill had flamed up for whatever reason so flames and smoke were billowing out just feet from the building. I probably am leaving out more points of concern but this

Looks good enough from the outside, you have to ring a bell at the front desk to get any service at all. Room had minimal furniture and my shower faucet ran and dripped 24/7. Food was cheap and premade. Best thing was the community coffee. They got that right. I checked out early and went to another hotel.

Terrible. Room had trash in it fro. Previuos people staying. They gave us a broom to clean our own room. They had to remove and replace the AC units which left the room exposed to the texas heat. Bathroom door would not close and was broken in two. We paid and then they charged us again. We have a service dog and they still chrged us for the dog even when we showed the paperwork to prove he is a service dog. Went outside and the grass was full of dog crap and we could not stay at pool due to the smell.

The property was fine

Overall it was a nice stay. Bed was extremely comfortable. Room and hotel seemed clean. Didn’t like that used and wet towels had to stay in bathroom for several days. Bathtub/shower needs to be updated.

We stayed 6 nights and found ourselves COVERED in bedbugs I had an allergic reaction had to go to urgent care. Tossed out thousands of dollars worth of personal property and going on 5 days without a refund or any communication from the hotel.

Seen a roach, breakfast horrible, pool not great

Do not stay at this hotel! There is severe mold in the rooms, bathrooms, hallways and the owner is aware of the mold but has not fixed the problem .

We had a hard time finding the place on google maps. We called the staffing was helpful with directions. Check in and room were nice. The breakfast buffet was terrible. All the food was reused from the previous days. I stepped into the kitchen. Smells of rotting trash

This was a very poor experience. We had a wedding to go to and no one was at the desk we kept ringing the bell and 15 minutes later we were helped… room was very dirty and showers are disgusting.

Place is clean and the staff was great the room was perfect will be back if in town again..

Not a good experience. The bed seemed clean but to be sure, nothing else. I believe there was plumbing issues and a slight smell in the lobby. The room didn’t have a surface that felt clean. The bathroom floor was giving way (3rd floor) around the tub. Tub was disgusting inside and full of human hair. I found a roach (pictured) in the hall. Ice machine on our floor looked like it hadn’t worked in years. Went to gym and one treadmill didn’t work and the other one was a death trap while in use. DEFINITELY NOT THE QUALITY THAT WE ARE USED TO SEEING FROM LA QUINTA INN.

Nothing will never stay there again
