The location is great. The size of the room is just fine. The food is good.
I had booked my stay through booking.com well in advance. Whilst checking in the attendant at the reception told me that there was no booking in my name. After showing her a few messages she found it. This was unprofessional on their part.
My special day was made extra special, Ms. Dhanya welcomed us with a very beautiful smile and arranged a delicious cake and it was a surprise for us as we had return from out.
Wonderful person Mr. Basappa who took care in most excellent manner.
Alok, Bishnu and Dilip rendered us excellent service.
Lastly, highlight of our stay pool attendant Mr. Nalini Kanth took care of my children n made them feel safe.

Service, food, location staff; everything exceeded my expectations. No hesitation in recommending this place. I had gone for the CIPLE Portuguese language exam, and the hotel was a easy 15 minutes walk from CAMÕES (which is just opposite the Panjim ferry terminal - heart of the city)
It was a very pleasant stay. A clean hotel in a great central location. Nice breakfast. All of the staff were very friendly especially dhanya very helpful, professional thank you so much dear for all your efforts and support god bless you . Breakfast was enjoyable . Just stayed for 2 nights with family and it was wonderful. The rooms were clean and spacious and the quality of food in all restaurants is first rate. But what sets the Vivanta apart from others is the service - just exceptional. Both Shantam and Nirmit, who took care of us at breakfast and dinner, looked after our every special request (even made my protein smoothie for breakfast and dinner) and made us feel right at home. Will definitely come back again when we are back in Panjim !!!
