We had the loveliest honeymoon at Boardwalk! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed so warmly by Genesis - she kindly passed along honeymoon gifts from our loved ones, even remembering our family nicknames! Her hospitality and charm set the tone for a truly wonderful stay. The property is absolutely stunning - you feel completely transported and relaxed. The food at the Coco Cafe was delicious, and when we went off the property, the staff graciously gave us directions, helped us make reservations, and called taxis. We only wish we could have stayed longer and can’t wait to be back! Don’t hesitate to book your stay here.

Lush. Tropical. Magical. We loved our time here. Seven days went by way too fast. Our casita was private, quiet, well stocked, comfortable. Coco Cafe offered good food and drinks. The staff? Accommodating, friendly, warm. Care was taken by Diana who kept our casita in good order All the front desk folks were knowledgable and helpful but Genesis in particular was memorable for her warmth, kindness and terrific personality. The grounds staff was professional and everyone greeted us wherever we went. We took the chi-chi bus and walked the 5 minutes to the beach too. In the later afternoon, we favored the tranquility pool, a little oasis. The grounds are landscaped in such a way that you never really feel as if too many people are around. It's just great. We plan to return.

A lovely oasis on the island. Located in a great area, quiet and just off the main road with a 5 minute walk / or chi-chi ride to the beach. Wonderful service, comfortable casitas, fantastic food and drinks. Beautiful, just beautiful

Very private, lush gardens around casitas, pool area very private, quaint, location, staff, private beach with huts for sun protection, chairs provided to take to other beaches. Breakfast was delicious.

Staying at Boardwalk was a wonderful way to spend the week. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Every detail and design is spot on. The casita (307) was clean, quiet, brightly lit and well though out. We had chilled water and iced tea provided daily in the cool retro designed kitchenette. Located a mere five minute walk from Palm Beach, our waterfront palapas were reserved daily. We are already planning a return trip!

From the second we stepped foot into the lobby we were welcomed by the staff who made us feel at home.

All the staff were amazing but Genesis stood out for going above and beyond to make us feel special!! We were there for our babymoon and Genesis treated us like family!! Nothing but good things to say about her and our experience at the Boardwalk.

We also loved the pool area which is open 24hrs and the Coco Cafe which served delicious food. We especially enjoyed the breakfast.

The room was extremely clean and smelled amazing. It was also sound proof which helped with sleep!

Overall we give a 10/10 and would def do it again!!!!

We stayed here as a family and enjoyed the calm, well-kept setting. The garden-style layout gave the place a peaceful feel, and it never felt crowded.

Our room was comfortable and clean, and the overall atmosphere was quiet, which worked well for spending time together. The location made it easy to get to the beach and nearby spots without much effort.

A good option for families looking for a relaxed stay rather than a large, busy resort.

Truly incredible experience. We booked a last minute stay because our flights were cancelled, and in a frenzy Boardwalk’s staff was incredibly accommodating, helpful, and genuinely cared about us and our situation, even though we were new guests. Specifically Arianne, Genesis, and Valery made our unplanned extended stay much more pleasant and memorable. Besides the fantastic team of staff at Boardwalk, their grounds are truly nothing I’ve ever seen before. It is like you are walking through a beautifully curated jungle to your room (which is called a “casita”), that is like a mini home. Full kitchen, gorgeous and clean bedroom and bathroom, and a full patio with a hammock, dining table, and your own charcoal grill. This is like no where I’ve ever stayed before, in the best way. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough, you will be so glad you stayed here!

Boardwalk is a beautiful, lush resort with wonderfully warm and attentive staff. The property is beautifully maintained with exceptional attention to detail. It is truly a slice of paradise in Aruba!

The property is conveniently located and the all-inclusive package is excellent, with surprisingly high-quality food for a buffet. The diving facilities at the hotel are a real bonus, making it easy and enjoyable to get underwater without any hassle.

We just arrived home from this trip. I cannot express how lovely the casitas, the property and the staff were. Exceptional. The hotel is a one minute shuttle ride to their private coveted chaises on the beach or a five minute walk, don’t let that deter you from booking. The property is intimate and beautifully landscaped. Our casita had a big patio, a large main room with a living area a dining area and a kitchen. We are frequent and high end travelers and we loved this place.

Everything from the staff to the room was perfect had a wonderful and we will return.

Our review is based on many years of travel throughout the Caribbean. We are in our mid 60s.
THE GOOD:
- The grounds are gorgeous and very well maintained. We felt like we were in a tropical oasis.
- The location is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and away from the busy/crowded area of Palm Beach. It is close to restaurants - some walkable and many a short drive (we rented a car). It is a short drive to Super Foods grocery store.
- The private beach area with easily reserved (free) palapas and comfy lounges.
- Very clean and well maintained cottage type casitas with a kitchenette. We had most breakfasts and lunches in our casita.
- Coolers provided in your casita which we used to bring drinks/lunch to the beach.
- Beach chairs can be loaned for trips to other beaches.
- A quaint/romantic restaurant on property.
- Daily Happy Hour around the pool.
- A standout employee name Julen. He went out of his way speak with us daily. He has a great personality and is a true asset to this hotel!
THE NOT SO GOOD (disappointments):
- We expected a higher level of attentiveness and personalization from a "Two Michelin Key Hotel". Unfortunately the customer service felt average overall. Few staff members interacted with us or made us feel like valued guests. Genesis at the front reception area was not very welcoming or friendly.
- Our casita (201) did not have an electrical outlet in the bathroom which felt inconvenient and unsafe, especially for a hotel of this caliber. The staff acknowledged this was inconvenient, but rather than offer another casita, they gave us an extension cord to run from the bedroom to the bathroom.
- While the armoires were visually appealing, they were impractical. The hangers were too wide, forcing us to angle them to get the doors closed, and they could only accommodate shorter items like dress shirts and pants. My wife had to hang her dresses from a shelf in the bedroom.
- If you are a sun lover, the lounges around the pool are shaded throughout most of the day. It was often difficult to find a lounge around the pool, especially in the afternoon.
- The beach shuttle was spotty. We found it more convenient to walk to and from the beach rather than wait for the shuttle.
- The beach area and shuttle service closed before sunset, with loungers stored and locked up. This was disappointing. We would have appreciated the option to enjoy a glass/bottle of wine while watching the sunset. Perhaps this could be considered for future guests.

Feels like a little oasis off the beaten path but still close enough to the action that you can get anywhere. Loved the pool and short walk to the beach.

This place is truly a gem. I never really liked large buildings that take away from the aesthetics of the island. Makes me feel like Im still in New York.
The cafe on the property was great. Jullien was THE BEST server that we had. So sweet, friendly and accommodating.! The restaurant food is ok to good. No major wows or flavorful dishes that were memorable. Eating out was more preferred for the people I was with.
Location is very quiet which is nice so if your looking for music and vibes this is Not the place. Very clean grounds and location isnt far from the airport.

My only real issue was the arrival. Unfortunately you get 1 chance to make a first impression and the Young lady Genesis, at the front desk was just not welcoming or friendly. We felt as if we were bothering her. If you prime yourself on being a 5 star hotel you should know what personalities belong in the front and which ones need to be elsewhere far from guest. Also there is no one to help with the bags upon arrival. That was surprising for a hotel like this. House keeping could have been better. I can tell they didnt mop or maybe even sweep when we had the rooms cleaned. I saw the same things on the floor when i left and returned. The food platter was left in the room for 2 days even after I asked to have it discarded. 3-4 stars for house keeping.
It is almost worth what the nightly rate is. Ive had greater for less.
The birthday card and complimentary tray of fruits and cheeses were nice. Very cute touch. Overall I did love the stay, the colors of the place... a few staff that stood out.
Just a few things could be corrected for 5 star review.

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. A hidden away gem and secret garden with close access to the beach between the Ritz and Marriott. We were so happy we didn’t choose a big high rise.

The staff was friendly and attentive, the food and drinks excellent, and the overall vibe perfection! Loved the pools, hammocks, and everything. Would highly recommend!!

My cousin and I stayed here in August and absolutely loved it. The property feels like a hidden tropical oasis, colorful, peaceful, and full of charm. Our casita was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed, including a hammock and cozy outdoor space.
The location is perfect: just steps from a quiet, uncrowded section of Palm Beach with reserved palapas and great service. We were close to everything but still felt tucked away from the big-resort chaos.
The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and every part of the hotel felt thoughtful and relaxing. Boardwalk made our girls’ trip unforgettable. We’re already planning our return for next year!
