Clean and good breakfast available
This is the nicest courtyard that we have ever stayed at. We had a room with a balcony and a view of the mountains and courtyard trees. The room was spotless and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It felt very safe and there are a ton of restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay again.
I think rates are just to high since covid.
Checked in June 18,2026 around 11:30pm. The night auditors (ladies without name tags) assisted me. I used my associate rate to book. Upon checking in, I had to reverify that I was an employee, when that is not the correct process of checking in someone using the discount. Only verification needed is a government issued ID, as I am already verified with my Bonvoy account. Olus i had mobile key for one of my rooms. I shouldn't have had to reverify everything when it's in .y information. Checking in should have been less than 5 minutes, but turned into 16 minutes in a late night from driving 16 hours from the east coast.
I like having a large bathroom with an area where I can put my makeup on in the bathroom, where the light is good.
I like having overhead lights - the room always seemed dark to me. We did open our blinds all the way up which helped a lot.
Also, we stayed on the ground floor and went in the back entrance. At night, it was very dark. It would've helped to have a light on the outside of the building that came on when we went in that way.
Very friendly desk personal
Starbucks in the hotel
Very rude could not get coffee until 630am
Location was good
Room wasn't as clean as it should have been
Breakfast wasnt adequate
Certain tv Channels weren't available
Nosey throughout the night
Nice concept of hospitality, stylish venue, no fare from the city centre with two/three restourant less than 10 minutes walk
They charge us extra $8 of parking
Great location. Always spotless.
What’s to not like?
The fire pit was nice but the cushions were dirty… had bird poop on them.
The walls were SUPER THIN - I could hear someone snoring in the room next door. Plus someone had a large dog that was barking. The pillows were flat & not a comfortable bed.
Clean, safe, close to everything, had a wonderful fire pit.
The beds and pillows are awful. The beds are hard and small. There are only 3 pillows on the bed and each pillow has absolutely no loft. Your head goes right through to the mattress.
