Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly. The room and all of the facilities were clean and easy to access. We did not swim in the pool so we can't comment on that. The breakfast was very good!

Mind blowing
Pros:

This was one of my faite hotel in Ponton Beach Illinois best Western plus, they have a great customer service. Front Desk staff was really helpful and Housekeeper was really amazing. Their breakfast is really outstanding and delicious. I would definitely come back here and stay again to this hotel.

I'll stay there again if I'm in the area.
Pros:

Didn't make it to breakfast, but the room was clean and accessible. Police station directly across from the hotel. Friendly staff at the front desk.

Rooms were clean. Water pressure was good.

Cons:

Rooms were clean. Front desk staff was nice. Housekeeping was not. I asked if I could empty my trash in their bag and was told "No" as they walked away. I asked where I could empty it and they said "A bag."
On the first morning I used the elevator and the doors wouldn't open. I had to wait on another person to press the call button for the elevator to move. I used the stairs the rest of my stay.

Great Stay however, I would not stay during local competitions and the elevator needs servicing.
Pros:

The housekeeping lady was very helpful and the front staff was kind. Breakfast and the woman in charge of the breakfast area was good. I gave a rating of 7 because of the housekeeping lady and the friendly staff.

Cons:

We had two great nights. However, the last night was pretty bad and we did not get any rest. Too much noise, slamming doors and the traffic in the hallways. We also received prank calls to our room. The elevator needs to be serviced and stopped working at one point.

Great place to stay
Pros:

It was clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. Comfortable beds and great pillows.

Cons:

The only negative was the lobby was heavily perfumed, much like strong incense. I only mention it because I tend to get migraines from strong scents. The room was perfumed but not as strongly.
