Always wonderful I didn’t let the receptionist get to me

Cons:

The lady at the desk was very unprofessional and very rude. Made a very nasty comment because she was explaining the cost wrong and it wasn’t making sense and her exact words were. This is why I can’t do this with people when it comes time for them to pay what they owe, they always have a problem. And then tried to follow it up with telling the coworker next to her. They had to take me to the hospital the other day because I almost had a stroke. That’s why I can’t deal with this and walked off.

It was very nice outside of the smoke.
Pros:

The property was pretty and clean. The rooms were accommodating. Staff was decently pleasant and efficient. They spoke every time that I came in and out. Great business model.

Cons:

It says no smoking but I smelled smoke in the hallway and they let guest smoke directly in-front of the main entrance, which is disgusting, and forced you to inhale it while you check in. When the sliding door opens the smell fills the inside. I wish they made an area or gazebo across the lot or around the building and MANDATE that they please only smoke there. That is why I gave them an 8.

Cons:

The body lotion bottle in the restroom was refilled with handwash soap which left my family with skin issues.

War sauber und super bequemes Bett. Personal freundlich

Cons:

An einem morgen hat es mit dem Frühstück nicht alles geklappt.. keine saubere Teller und kein Toast aber an denn anderen morgen war alles super . Der Toaster funktionierte ganze zeit nicht richtig .. meistens war der Toast anschliessend schwarz wenn man nicht schnell genug war😉
