There were power companies in from out of state due to weather it was crazy hectic in the pm, Andrew never missed a beat taking care of everyone !!
The pool was not clean cloudy with a film on it ( wasn’t going in that and no jacizzi :( !!!
I feel if it’s not working it should state that on the website.
No shower curtain in bathroom. Toilet ran constantly. Restaurant closed for maintenance
Good morning,
I’m writing to share our disappointment with our recent stay at your location on the night of October 9th.
To begin on a positive note, the gentleman who checked us in was lovely and welcoming. We inquired about breakfast the next morning and were told it began at 6:30 AM. However, there was no mention that breakfast was not included in our stay, which led to an unexpected charge.
As we made our way to the room, we noticed the hallway carpets were heavily stained, giving the impression that there had been quite a party at some point. Unfortunately, the same condition continued into our room, where the carpeting was in such poor shape that we chose to keep our shoes on during our entire stay.
In the morning, we found the shower water pressure to be extremely low — significantly weaker than the faucet. After returning from breakfast, we also noticed a questionable spot on the floor near the fireplace wall in the lobby that resembled pet urine, which was concerning.
While we tried to make the best of it and even joked about the experience with our kids, it was not the level of cleanliness or comfort we expect, even for a brief overnight stay. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we would not stay at your location again, nor would we feel comfortable recommending it to others.

Stains on the sleeper sofa and had to ask for sheets and blanket for it. Not the cleanest.
Upon check in front desk attendant was very nice but new...i had to go back down because neither key card would work...the chair in the living area of the sweet had some pretty scary stains on it...the ice bucket had water in it and mold on the lid and rim...the shower had mold around the outside edges of it.
Room was amazing
as expected
Have stayed here in the past years and had a great experience, however it is starting to look rundown and is need of the carpets cleaned or replaced, and bathrooms doors need painted. The room was clean but could use a good deep cleaning.
The fire alarm going off around 5:30 am for no reason. They said it was a false alarm.

The stay was fine. The bed was squeeze.
Dirty
Front desk was unattended for several minutes when we arrived for check in. Hallway carpets need a good deep clean. Loose tiles in our bathroom. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Good AC. Good internet.
Great stay . Im used to lovinf in the country so the noise of nieghbors affer 2 am was bothering but what can u do lol also the room phone was unplugged. Over all great place clean and decent
