We visited the restaurant for dinner and had a wonderful time. The location is highly convenient, the food tasted delicious, and the restaurant staff were incredibly friendly. After our meal, we walked through the hotel lobby, which is spacious and beautifully designed. We met CAP at the front desk counter, who was exceptionally nice and welcoming. He proactively shared clear details about the hotel's clearly and amenities. Even after we mentioned that we were not hotel guests, his high standard of service never changed. He even offered to sign us up for the hotel membership, which gives a 20% discount on food and beverages plus special member rates. Highly. we will return as the h hotel guest soon

It’s one of the best kids’ clubs in Pattaya — highly recommended and suitable for children of all ages. There are two kids’ club zones, and the rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff take great care of the children and are extremely friendly, especially P’Hop, who played with my child for hours.

Very impressed with the service at the Executive Club Lounge. Ms. Indy and the club lounge team always take great care of the guests with warm, attentive, and friendly service. The staff remember me and make me feel very comfortable and relaxed, even though I'm not visit very often. Every time I come back I alway receive such a warm welcome.

Executive tower is good for business peolple me. The lounge on the top floor is always good for sittings for work sometime when i don't go to office, and the breakfast was not crowded.

The atmosphere and hospitality here truly feel like coming home, and this is one of the reasons why we always want to return whenever we visit Pattaya.

I had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Pattaya, and what truly made the experience stand out was the excellent service from the staff.

A special mention to Natty at the executive lounge. She was incredibly welcoming and professional, always attentive and making sure guests felt comfortable and well looked after. Natty, Indy, Money, Gina and Itt’s hospitality added a special touch to my relaxing evenings and stay at this hotel.

I also would like to thank Oilly at breakfast, who took such great care of me every morning and even helping me with some Thai words. She was attentive, friendly, and always made sure we had everything we needed. Her warm service really made our mornings enjoyable.

Thank you staff for going above and beyond — they are a real credit to the hotel. Looking forward to coming back again!

The executive-side breakfast restaurant is excellent with a beautiful sea view. Nong Aom provided attentive service, was always cheerful, and communicated well.

We decided to return to Holiday Inn Pattaya, a place we’ve enjoyed visiting for many years and once again, it did not disappoint.
The hotel lobby has been beautifully refurbished, with a fresh and modern design that creates a great first impression. Prior to arrival, we received a thoughtful call from Khun Nattaporn, who ensured all our special requests were noted a few days in advance. She also communicated with us via WhatsApp, which made everything very convenient and efficient.
We booked two rooms for a birthday celebration and were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to the Bay Tower. It’s truly beyond our expectations. A special thank you to Khun Arisara (RDM) for making our stay so memorable. Her attention to detail and care really stood out.
Check-in and check-out were handled smoothly by Khun May and Khun Poppi, who were both professional and attentive. All of our preferences were perfectly arranged without any issues.
We had a wonderful time relaxing by the pool over both days,it was definitely one of the highlights of our stay.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Pattaya, especially IHG members. The birthday amenities were a lovely touch and made us feel genuinely cared for. Once again, heartfelt thanks to Khun Arisara and the entire team for their excellent service and high standards.
