Important information:

The Bay Tower renovation is scheduled to kick off on 1 Nov 2023. The lobby and Flow Café at the Bay Tower will temporarily close starting from 7 Jan 2024. 服務員是赤腳打掃
真的很乾淨
不管是空間還是床 還是附近機能 海灘距離(但海灘很噁不建議游泳)

Near perfection!
Pros:

Very children friendly. The baby play area was super useful. Location is perfect, you can go for a walk on the beach which is right in front of the hotel.

Cons:

The baby play area opens at 9. However babies wake ip much earlier than that :)

Location-wise, it’s perfect — a 5-minute walk to Terminal 21 and the outlet, a 5-minute tuk-tuk ride to Central Pattaya, and just a 1-minute walk to the beach.

The staff are also friendly and professional, and I really enjoyed the warm smiles and welcoming attitude from everyone.

Cons:

I wouldn’t say I was dissatisfied, but I do think the quality of the buffet breakfast could be better. Don’t get me wrong, there’s a good variety of options, but I was expecting a little more in terms of quality. I’d honestly be happy with fewer choices if it meant better-quality food overall.
