Important information:

The Bay Tower renovation is scheduled to kick off on 1 Nov 2023. The lobby and Flow Café at the Bay Tower will temporarily close starting from 7 Jan 2024. While these areas are undergoing renovation, please rest assured that our check-in and reception services will remain fully operational and available to serve you during your stay in the Bay Tower. The Executive Tower is separate from the Bay Tower; all facilities will remain fully operational without any disturbance caused by the renovation.

Memorable stay
Pros:

We decided to return to Holiday Inn Pattaya, a place we’ve enjoyed visiting for many years and once again, it did not disappoint.
The hotel lobby has been beautifully refurbished, with a fresh and modern design that creates a great first impression. Prior to arrival, we received a thoughtful call from Khun Nattaporn, who ensured all our special requests were noted a few days in advance. She also communicated with us via WhatsApp, which made everything very convenient and efficient.
We booked two rooms for a birthday celebration and were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to the Bay Tower. It’s truly beyond our expectations. A special thank you to Khun Arisara (RDM) for making our stay so memorable. Her attention to detail and care really stood out.
Check-in and check-out were handled smoothly by Khun May and Khun Poppi, who were both professional and attentive. All of our preferences were perfectly arranged without any issues.
We had a wonderful time relaxing by the pool over both days,it was definitely one of the highlights of our stay.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Pattaya, especially IHG members. The birthday amenities were a lovely touch and made us feel genuinely cared for. Once again, heartfelt thanks to Khun Arisara and the entire team for their excellent service and high standards.

I had a wonderful stay at Holiday inn Pattaya Resort. I would like to sincerely thanks the Reception team, especially Khim , Ploy , for the warm welcome and preparing a room so I could check in early 😊 really appreciate,
A special thanks as well to Bellman Keng for assistant with my luggage’s and making I arrival smooth and comfortable.
I also appreciate the housekeeper Leang who take care of room no 2509 , room was very clean , the bed was soft and comfortable. Love the sea view from the room - it made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely come back again 😊:)

Club lounge
Pros:

Club lounge have a good vibe to stay during the cocktail hour 17:30-19:30. The service here is gorgeous especially Khun Money and Khun Indy ( lounge manager) even though the variety of food is not much but the attentiveness of staff is decent. Highly recommend to come and try the club lounge here.

Lovely hotel and staff
Pros:

Our room at the executive tower had an outstanding Vue over looking the beach which is located in the quieter part of Pattaya. Room was nice and clean. Nice hotel with excellent staff who always go out there way to help you. Breakfast was OK. Breakfast staff and reception staff was the thing that made the say special. Recommend for couples and family's.
