Important information:

The Bay Tower renovation is scheduled to kick off on 1 Nov 2023. The lobby and Flow Café at the Bay Tower will temporarily close starting from 7 Jan 2024. Pros:

Alles was man braucht in gewohnt tollem Holiday Inn Status. Zentral. Außergewöhnliches Kinder-Land.

Cons:

Sehr groß. Dadurch hatte die Restaurants eher Foodhall Charakter.

Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Hospitality
Pros:

We had an amazing stay at Holiday Inn Pattaya and would highly recommend it. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had excellent facilities. Its location is perfect—within walking distance of Pattaya Beach, Terminal 21, many shops, and a great selection of restaurants all around.

The food was excellent, and every member of the staff was warm, friendly, and helpful. A special thank you to Bew, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He recommended wonderful places to visit, arranged our transport, and helped organize tours, making everything completely stress-free. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made a huge difference to our holiday.

Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Pattaya.
