Important information:

The Bay Tower renovation is scheduled to kick off on 1 Nov 2023. The lobby and Flow Café at the Bay Tower will temporarily close starting from 7 Jan 2024. While these areas are undergoing renovation, please rest assured that our check-in and reception services will remain fully operational and available to serve you during your stay in the Bay Tower. Holiday Inn Pattaya

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Holiday Inn Pattaya. The hotel itself was magnificent and the staff, outstanding. We really felt like we were in a 5-star hotel, but not the cost of the expensive hotels. The rooms were very spacious, we stayed at the Ocean View and Bay tower, which had a nice view of the beach from the balcony. Rooms were very clean and the bathroom was more than decent, well-stocked with all the amenities that you would need.

My daughters loved the kids pool, which had a slide and a fountain area. We were also able to enjoy the adult pool nearby which had the infinity pool ledge overlooking the beach, which was fantastic at sunset. The pool bar has nice choices for lunch and snacks, we had the usual fare beside the pool like pizza and chicken tenders for the kids. The buy-one-get-one-free for drinks was a welcome touch as well.

The beach is literally just crossing the road and you are there already. There are covered beach beds that you can rent and enjoy a cold coconut drink while staying at the beach, and lots of snacks that sellers can offer. You can also get a massage here as well.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic, lots of choices and even at peak hours, there was a table available for us. Waiters were very attentive to our needs and the choices were numerous.

This was a great choice for our stay in Pattaya. Location was great, price was just right. We also saw from Grab delivery bikes delivering food for midnight snacks, and there’s also a 7-11 nearby if you need something.

Shoutout to: Fah and Bella of the front desk for being so nice, they allowed us to check in early so we could enjoy the pool right away, and also offered a late checkout, which was a godsend. Natda our room attendant was able to help us with our room needs and kept it clean. The Splash and Deli Bar waiter Tong was also so helpful. Kudos also to our bellmen, Yut and Boston who were always asking us if we needed help.

Cons:

None, the only thing we didn’t like is that we wish we had stayed longer at this hotel. We will definitely stay here if we ever come back.

Luxury accommodation at a price with great ocean views in the Bay Tower
Pros:

Beautiful design spacious rooms, luxury facilities nice cafe good gym ocean views

Cons:

Hot water took a long time and often quite tepid

Love it - staff, room, food, adult drinks; all awesome.
Pros:

The staff were incredibly polite and made me very comfortable during my stay. It was also very nice that 7/11 was right downstairs.

Cons:

Love the property. One thing I didn’t like: the view of the ocean from the rooftop bar of the Executive building is somewhat blocked by the main building - kind of sucks!

Great Location
Pros:

We stayed for 10 nights in March and over all is good.
Great location next to the beach and shops.
Staff all good and very friendly but have never been to any hotel in the far east that doesn't offer awesome welcome drink (whoever check in was fine and they did check us in early)

Great place to stay in North-Pattaya
Pros:

I stayed in the tower close to the beach. It has very nice infinity pool on 4th floor. Hotel staff was nice and location was Great. My room was confortable and had a nice sea view. Overall very pleasant stay.
