Important information:

The Bay Tower renovation is scheduled to kick off on 1 Nov 2023. The lobby and Flow Café at the Bay Tower will temporarily close starting from 7 Jan 2024. While these areas are undergoing renovation, please rest assured that our check-in and reception services will remain fully operational and available to serve you during your stay in the Bay Tower. The Executive Tower is separate from the Bay Tower; all facilities will remain fully operational without any disturbance caused by the renovation.
The Kids Club and Swimming Pool at Bay Tower are temporarily closed from 23 July 2024.

Séjour agréable grâce à un emplacement idéal, prix à revoir
Pros:

À seulement cinq minutes à pied de la plage, l’établissement bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal. De nombreux restaurants proposant une cuisine variée, plusieurs salons de massage ainsi que des taxis sont accessibles à quelques pas, offrant un cadre pratique et agréable pour profiter pleinement du séjour.

Cons:

Lors de notre réservation, il n’a été indiqué à aucun moment que la chambre attribuée se situerait dans la seconde tour, à l’arrière de l’établissement. Cette information est pourtant déterminante dans le choix d’un hébergement, notamment lorsqu’elle a une incidence directe sur la qualité de la vue et de l’expérience du séjour.

Par ailleurs, le tarif acquitté demeure particulièrement élevé au regard de la prestation réellement fournie. La chambre ne bénéficiait pas d’une véritable vue sur la mer, contrairement à ce que nous pouvions légitimement attendre au vu de la présentation de l’établissement et du prix payé.

doporučuji utěsnit vchodové dveře do pokoje. V noci vniká do pokoje příliš mnoho světla z chodby. Bydlel jsem na pokoji 708 a 2507. Problém byl tam i tam.

Location and the pool

Cons:

They market the kids play area which is so basic and children above 5 years are allowed for jungle gym
My child is 3 years old and was not allowed to use the jungle gym and was asked to do pretend play and a small slide.
No logic no sense that a 3 year old would enjoy such baby games ..
It’s marketting the kids club but kids below 5 are allowed toys and and an area which is good for one year olds and activities like trampoline slide are only reserved for children above 5
A dangerous slide in the splash area is allowed across all age groups when in reality it is very very dangerous and shouldn’t be allowed for children below 5 years ..
The kids club is false marketting and fake posing please don’t fall for it

* Executive Tower with a wonderful infinity pool, never crowded, great place to relax

*Executive Lounge, great sunset views, lovely staff, nice food, great white wine

*Tea Tree Spa, great staff, well trained and so relaxing treatments - I highly recommend the package incl. 30 min body scrub and 1 h aroma massage

* The Collective - Bar and Restaurant, great staff like Khun Omsing, fantastic Pizza, nice Thai beer,
chilling atmosphere watching beach road life
