Beautiful design spacious rooms, luxury facilities nice cafe good gym ocean views

Location

The staff were incredibly polite and made me very comfortable during my stay. It was also very nice that 7/11 was right downstairs.

We stayed for 10 nights in March and over all is good.
Great location next to the beach and shops.
Staff all good and very friendly but have never been to any hotel in the far east that doesn't offer awesome welcome drink (whoever check in was fine and they did check us in early)

The facility is awesome, big and clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. The service was top notch and the breakfast buffet wonderful

I stayed in the tower close to the beach. It has very nice infinity pool on 4th floor. Hotel staff was nice and location was Great. My room was confortable and had a nice sea view. Overall very pleasant stay.

I had a truly wonderful experience at Holiday Inn Pattaya that I would love to share.

Yesterday evening, I visited a beachfront ice cream café in front of the hotel. Unfortunately, I accidentally left my Louis Vuitton pochette on the chair, which contained my Chanel wallet, car keys, and credit cards. I only realized about 10 minutes later while walking back to my hotel.

I immediately contacted Holiday Inn Pattaya, and to my surprise, the staff responded very quickly. Within a short time, they informed me that a staff member from the café had safely kept my bag.

Everything was returned to me completely intact. I was honestly very impressed and deeply grateful. This kind of honesty and professionalism is truly rare and speaks volumes about the quality of both the café staff and the hotel team.
I went back to personally thank the staff member, and I truly appreciate their kindness and integrity. They turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a heartwarming experience.

I will definitely remember this and highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The Holiday Inn, Pattaya is very comfortable to stay. Enjoyed the variety of food offered for breakfast, even had Vegemite. We also enjoyed the flat white coffee in the coffee shop. The infinity swimming pool is fantastic, water cool & relaxing, great veiw overlooking the beach, big enough not to get crowded & food service there excellent.

Spacious lobby and attentive, polite staff.
Nice swimming pool offering fantastic sunset views.
Very comfy beds and pillows.
Very good breakfasts with variety of things. Egg station service-no waiting, they would bring it to your table.

Fantastic family-friendly hotel with excellent accessibility

We had a wonderful stay here and would happily return.

Location:
The hotel is in a fantastic location near the quieter end of the beach, which makes it ideal for families. The beach is right across the road, and it’s still close enough to plenty of restaurants, bars, and shopping centres.

Atmosphere:
The atmosphere is perfect for families – relaxed, welcoming, and very comfortable. Although it’s very family-friendly, the hotel still feels like a five-star property. It’s beautifully decorated throughout and has a really polished, high-quality feel.

Rooms:
The rooms were beautiful and very spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax during our stay.

Value:
Overall, we felt it offered great value for what you get. Breakfast was excellent – it was open for long hours, served in two locations, and had a wide range of good quality food.

Cleanliness:
Everything was extremely clean throughout the hotel. The housekeeping staff were great and always left plenty of bottled water in the room, which was a really nice touch.

Noise level:
Very quiet – we didn’t experience any noise issues at all.

Service:
The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, especially when our flight was delayed. They really went above and beyond to assist us, even though we had to go back and ask them for help multiple times. Their patience and professionalism were greatly appreciated.

Amenities:
The amenities were excellent. Two things in particular stood out:

First, we were travelling with a gentleman in a wheelchair and this is honestly one of the best accessible hotel setups we’ve ever encountered. The room and bathroom were extremely well designed. The shower was an easy roll-in style with a seat, which made it very practical, and the bathroom sink was positioned at a great height for someone using a wheelchair. Accessibility throughout the hotel was excellent.

Second, the kids facilities were fantastic. I should also mention that initially my partner and son weren’t planning to come on the trip with me. However, after watching some YouTube videos of the kids club and pool facilities, I was so impressed that there was no way I could not bring them along. I’m very glad we did. The kids club was amazing. Our son is only two, so we paid a very reasonable rate for one-on-one care, which worked perfectly for us. A special mention to Ay, who looked after our son. He is quite shy and can be a little anxious, and normally doesn’t like being separated from his mum and dad, but she made him feel completely comfortable. She was incredibly kind and patient with him and did such a wonderful job — she was so, so good.

Another highlight was the gym, which is honestly the best gym setup I’ve experienced in a hotel, particularly the gym in our tower. It had a Smith machine, cable machines, decent free weights, solid benches, and a good range of cardio machines. A lot of hotels make the mistake of filling gyms with old or not very functional equipment, but everything here was new, high quality, and very well maintained. The cable machines in particular gave the opportunity to do a huge variety of exercises, which was great. The whole gym area was also immaculate.

Overall, this is a fantastic hotel for families, with excellent accessibility, beautiful design throughout, great facilities, and very friendly staff.

I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Good location for a more peace stay at pattaya Beach Road. Very clean and housekeeping are generous on bottled water and amenities refill.
