Stayed at the hotel during the recent ice storm in Ashevile
Pros:

I had some difficulty with a booking reservation and Dana, hotel manager, really went the extra mile on my behalf. Very welcoming staff, positive and friendly environment. They seem genuinely happy to see you and to help. Highly recommend!!

Our stay at Hilton Ashville N.C.
Pros:

Dana was a huge reason why our stay was very relaxing and made everything so accommodating. I highly recommend staying here. The staff here from check-in to the dining to the bar are so friendly. They really make you feel right at home. Josh, Ashley, Jay, and all the team here made are trip excellent. The Hotels location with all the surrounding shopping and entertainment was great. We will definitely be staying here next time we are in Ashville. 😉😊

we didn't stay for breakfast but everything was great. i hope to stay there again my next visit. i highly recommend the
Hilton hotel. the staff was very nice the room was very clean it was a great stay i wish i could have stayed longer.

Wonderful Staff, very clean hotel
Pros:

I had the wonderful pleasure of staying at this hotel with my daughter, sister and my pet. The hotel is very clean and the staff was AMAZING! Reception supervisor, Dana, is by far the absolute best, she made sure we were comfortable. Joshua was so very friendly as well. I will definitely book again with this hotel

Best hotel in Asheville
Pros:

Excellent hotel! I’ve stayed at many hotels in the Asheville area for both work and family trips, and this is by far the best! Rooms are perfect, always clean, and the shower is amazing. Beds are very comfy as are the pillows. The hotel itself is always clean and seems to be well kept. Unlike a lot of other hotels doing “remodels” and updates, nothing here seems cheap. The staff have all been very nice and helpful too. The bar is very nice too.

The location is also excellent! It’s in a very safe area called the Biltmore Town Center. There’s like 8 restaurants all within walking distance. Also a Barnes and Noble right beside it. If you don’t want the hotel coffee, make a trip to the Starbucks cafe in Barnes and Noble or there’s a drive-thru Starbucks right up the road. If there’s anything about this hotel I wasn’t a fan of, it’s the parking. It’s not horrible, but the parking deck is located on the backside of the hotel with no quick access into the hotel. You have to walk all the way around the hotel to get to the front door. But at least the deck is free. There’s also free street parking, but in the evenings it’s usually full. Still, it wouldn’t stop us from staying here every time we come to Asheville!

We will return again.
Pros:

We celebrated our anniversary there last year out of necessity due to cold weather. We went back again this year because we had such a wonderful time. Walking distance to spa, restaurants, shopping and movie theatre.

Cons:

Need to update the charging facilities for electronic gadgets in the rooms.

Our family had an amazing vacation in Asheville, and this hotel made it even better!
Pros:

From the moment we arrived, Ms. Dana Cottman at the front desk went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and truly special. She shared fantastic recommendations for nearby restaurants and shopping, and when my CPAP mask broke late at night, she saved me from a sleepless night by finding medical-grade tape to fix it-when every store was closed!

The on-site restaurant was a hit with the kids-don't miss the chicken sandwich, and the breakfast omelets are absolutely huge. This was our second stay here, and we'll definitely be back again soon. Highly recommend!

Wonderful time
Pros:

We had a wonderful time. The room was perfect. We ate both dinner and breakfast at the restaurant on site and everything was delicious. We would like to thank Joshua personally for his service and kindness to us on our stay.

Excellent Staff and nice hotel
Pros:

The Staff was excellent. I have traveled for 25 years for work and it was a great experience interacting with the staff. Professionalism was top notch. The personnel at the front desk were knowledgeable and had great attitudes. Shot out to Bob who works on the valet team! Thank you!
Great hotel, only had one small complaint.. Bar closes at 10. Would like to see that open a little longer.
