Great proximity to everything and close to the airport

Cons:

It was under construction when I was there but that did not affect the quality of service I received, just took away the nice ambiance it had.

Pros:

The folks working there were very pleasant.

Cons:

The hotel itself is in a state of disrepair, many broken fixtures in the room and shower. The toilet was dirty and there was hair on the toilet seat and sink. It's Erie folks, the price should reflect that.
