It was convenient and clean. Parking was convenient.
Let me tell you a tale of two Hilton Garden Inns, one near SEATAC and the other in Twin Falls. 2 weeks ago, on our way to Athens, Greece, my daughter and I had our flights cancelled (among other crazy things that happened). I arranged to stay at the HGI at SEATAC. When we arrived there, the staff was friendly, professional, kind, and sympathetic to our plight. I walked away from that experience with great regard for Hilton as a company.
Then, 2 nights ago my husband and I arrived at the HGI Twin Falls. The staff was unprofessional. They held on-going conversations at the front desk while they were checking us in. They made us do things repeatedly. The technology at the front desk wasn't working so they gave us a back up key. It didn't work and we had to go back down to the counter. They asked me to give my name repeatedly. Then, they made me wait at least 10 minutes while a front desk night auditor signed onto the computer, all this to get a room key. Let me be clear- they were aware of this issue BEFORE we arrived and they could've logged onto the other computer instead of running us around.
The lobby had tote bags, baseball caps, and other items for sale hanging off the shelves. It looked tasty and made this hotel look low class and shabby.
The bed was hard. The sheets were rough.
I am a Hilton Honors member and have been since the early 2000s. I stay at Hiltons all over the world and the company is my 1st choice of place to stay. When I arrived at this hotel, they told me that I couldn't obtain points for the stay because I purchased it through a 3rd party. It's ridiculous! I chose this hotel, which was more expensive than those around it because it was a Hilton. I will rethink this in the future.
Breakfast was good and the room/bed was comfortable.

Other guess not been considered of others and other guess living messes all over the main entrance.
Very friendly staff. I liked the lounge area with the fireplace. My husband and I enjoyed a glass of wine during happy hour sitting by the fire.

The room above had a child jumping off the bed on the floor and running around at night
Location
Breakfast wasn’t included, smelled like curry throughout the 1st floor
The front desk is great to work with. Same as the hostess Sarah. She's amazing.
Takes to much money on stays to become a silver member
This was a great place to stay for a quick over night on our way to Boise. The food that we ordered in the restaurant was good and the pool and hot tub were nice to relax in after driving for a few hours. The bed and pillows were comfy and the room was clean, quiet and nice. We would stay here again.
The room was clean and comfortable
