Excellent facilities as per a 5 star hotel. Food options really nice. Room lovely.

Really was let down by exceptionally poor breakfast service (consisently over 4 mornings accross 2 stays) with severe lack of staff meaning guests had to "hunt" down a staff member for eggs or coffees but still 10% tip included on bills. Several times the only interaction with staff was to recieve the bill to sign. Hotel is strangely set up with inconcenient lift banks 1 to get to level 4 then a walk to access next lifts to rooms. Got very tired of the siwtch every time.

Amazing Hotel in Central Santiago
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location in central Santiago in a high-end business and residential area. Many restaurants were on the same street too and in the lower level of the hotel. Check in was fairly easy (please note this W Hotel only accepts credit cards-not debit).

The room was exceptional and a huge suite with dining room, two bathrooms, large living room and enormous bedroom. The only drawback was the shower and tub were open without privacy which could pose a problem for non-couples staying in the room. Room service was also excellent and fast even though limited on items to choose. The room also had a great view of the park below and the snow-capped mountains in the distance. The room was extremely clean too. Laundry service also excellent and returned the same day.

The rooftop bar was a happening place with a DJ and great bartenders and amazing cocktails. The breakfast buffet also ample and eggs cooked to order to your liking. Coffee was bitter though on every day.

The concierge Ana was world class and assisted us with tour drivers and transportation and any other needs via WhatsApp messaging. Everyone was friendly at the hotel.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone in Santiago for business or vacation. I certainly would return.

Buena infraestructura, servicio en decadencia. No vale lo que cuesta.
Pros:

La infraestructura es muy buena. Estuve en una habitación grande con terraza, buenas vistas y amenities. Muy bien ubicado.

Cons:

El personal muy poco atento para un hotel de este nivel, decepcionante. El desayuno pobre, ha decaído mucho versus el pasado. En resumen mantienen la infraestructura buena pero han perdido mucha calidad en el servicio, da la sensación de que están economizando.
