Classy and great location
Pros:

Classy, grand hotel with high ceilings and beautiful decor. Rooms were spacious and well appointed, with large bathrooms. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options and a menu for cooked meals such as eggs, French toast and pancakes. The poolside bar on level 21 had spectacular views of the city, particularly at sunset. The gym was professional class.

The staff spoke good English and the concierge went out of their way to be helpful. We received a lovely gift on our last night, as well.

La habitación y el baño. Habitación: Placard pra colgar de tamaño reducido y cajones para guardar ropa escasos (solo 2).
Falta iluminación en la mesada justo donde están las conexiones para celular y computadora.
Cuarto de ducha peligrosísimo para gente mayor: Una sola canilla fija (no hay duchador de mano). No hay manijas o sportes para poder agarrarse, No hay elementos antideslizantes en el piso

Increible. Mejor hotel de LATAM.
Pros:

El mejor hotel de Santiago. Por la gente que trabaja ahi y te hace sentir como en casa, que resuelven cualquier tema a las mil maravillas, que estan siempre dispuestos. Realmente un placer cada viaje al W. No hay otra opcion para mis viajes !!

Excellent facilities as per a 5 star hotel. Food options really nice. Room lovely.

Really was let down by exceptionally poor breakfast service (consisently over 4 mornings accross 2 stays) with severe lack of staff meaning guests had to "hunt" down a staff member for eggs or coffees but still 10% tip included on bills. Several times the only interaction with staff was to recieve the bill to sign. Hotel is strangely set up with inconcenient lift banks 1 to get to level 4 then a walk to access next lifts to rooms. Got very tired of the siwtch every time.
