A different energy and it delivers. The rooftop views instantly elevate the stay, especially facing the mountains or skyline.
Reception was spot on, Benjamin was welcoming, efficient, and detailed, setting the tone from the start.
And then dinner… a standout Nikkei moment at Karai by Mitsuharu. I’ve been to Maido and didn’t even realize at first I’d walked into the same culinary universe. Makes sense now.
Modern, lively, and a bit more dynamic, in the best way.

This hotel goes above and beyond for its guests. From the moment I checked in the staff were welcoming, helpful, and extremely kind! Camila Castellano from the front desk went above and beyond! She made my stay memorable with the surprise korok scavenger hunt! (If you are a legend of Zelda fan- you already know!) I cannot wait to come again!
La ubicación es excepcional, en Isidora Goyenechea en pleno Barrio de El Golf. El desayuno está bastante bien y la atención del personal en general es muy buena. El tamaño de las habitaciones es amplio. El gimnasio Bio Ritmo (antes denominado O2 Fit) es excepcional y puede usarse como huésped del Hotel. El personal de limpieza, que muchas veces pasa "desapercibido" en los reviews, es muy eficiente, amable y simpático.
El Hotel está bastante viejo y necesita una remodelación desde hace años (la última vez que me alojé hace unos años me quedé con la misma sensación y esperaba que hubiera habido alguna mejora). Comparado con otros W como el de Miami Beach o el de Bogotá, está muy abandonado y tiene una onda muy anticuada para la vibra habitual de la filosofía W. El personal tiende a suplirlo con su amabilidad, pero la decoración, las moquetas, las paredes estropeadas, los baños... necesitan una profunda actualización desde hace años.
The entire staff at the W are so amazing and friendly! I am especially grateful to Paula and Camila, who make every visit feel like I am coming home. The facilities are very nice, the restaurants are excellent, and the rooftop view is beautiful, but it is the people that really make W Santiago a place you want to visit again and again!
