Günstige Unterkunft für den Berlin Tripp
Pros:

Ruhige, dennoch zentrale Lage, sehr günstiger Preis, Personal war nett. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Restaurants, Einkauf und Verkehrsanbindung fußläufig gut erreichbar. Frühstück OK. Größere Zimmer sind mit Bad. Historischer Aufzug als Sehenswürdigkeit.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung war schlicht und in die Jahre gekommen. Für den Preis aber in Ordnung. Innen ist das Haus teilweise hellhörig. WC je nach Zimmer auf dem Flur, recht eng und teilweise weit vom Zimmer entfernt. Nicht behindertengerecht, Aufzug ungeeignet. Viele Treppen.

Mit dem Preis war das schon OK!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut. Das Zimmer war ordentlich sauber, obwohl das Hotel sehr alt war.

Cons:

Die Tür der Duschkabine war sehr alt und ließ sich nicht richtig schließen, deshalb war es etwas undicht. Ich hatte ein Zimmer auf der hinteren Seite, aber auf der Vorderseite waren die Leute sehr laut und die Türen wurden ständig auf- und zugemacht, was immer komische Geräusche verursacht hat. Ich musste Ohrenstöpsel benutzen, damit ich einschlafen konnte. Das Frühstückbrötchen hätte ich gerne ein Mehrkornbrötchen gehabt.

The 18th-century elevator isn't fully functional. I saw that it was working, most of the time it was closed during my two-day stay.

Achtung: sehr unflexibel bei einer Stornierung - 5 min nach Fehlbuchung
Cons:

Ich habe nicht im Hotel übernachtet, daher kann ich zu den üblichen Kriterien weder positives noch negatives beitragen.
Verärgert hat mich, dass das Hotel völlig unflexibel bei einer offensichtlichen Fehlbuchung im Datum reagiert hat.
Obwohl ich das bereits 5 min nach Buchung angemerkt habe um eine Stornierung verweigert, trotz mehrmaligem nachfragen. Es fielen dennoch 100% der Buchungskosten als Stornierunggebühr an.
Selbst die Bahn kennt das Prinzip der kostenlosen Sofortstornierung innerhalb von 120 min bei einer Fehlbuchung.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt für eine kurze Reise
Pros:

Der Check-In bei später Anreise ist sehr gut organisiert und verständlich erklärt. Es hat alles auf Anhieb wie erwartet funktioniert. Die Lage und Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist sehr gut, das Zimmer ruhig, sauber und gut ausgestattet, u.a. mit einem kleinen Kühlschrank.

The worst hotel i have ever stayedat.

Booking.com must drop this junk property from their site.

This is a very old property, that is no problem, the problem is the very OLD, UNSTABLE , UNCOMFORTABLE BED,with a pillow that was made from stuffing pillow case WITH AN OLD SHEET!!!!!

I LIKE TO GET A REFUND FROM THIS PROPERTY.

THIS IS NOT AN OLD HOTEL. THIS IS A JOKE PLAYED ON GUESTS AND BOOKING.COM.
