Pros:

Sauber, bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten.

Cons:

Schlecht eingestellter Fernseher. Fast keine Sender. Das Frühstück Büffet war ein Lacher. Nur das Billigste vom Billigen. Servicekraft unfreundlich. Ab 9:20 gab es keinen Kaffee mehr und wurde nicht nachgefüllt. Ok was kann man für den Preis verlangen.

Comfortable
Pros:

The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming, the location is great, and the breakfast has a variety offer to choose from. All in all, it was a comfortable stay for a few nights.

Cons:

Bit run down, my only issue was poor sound isolation

Die Lage ist gut, Zimmer zweckmäßig und sauber . Freundliches Personal

Cons:

Aufzug ging am ersten Abend nicht.
Lärmende Personen im Zimmer nebenan und das noch nach 23 Uhr

Pros:

В целом мне понравилось проживание. Персонал очень вежливый, всегда были готовы выслушать мою проблему. Расположение хорошее, рядом есть станция метро У. Есть супермаркеты и кафе. Район спокойный тихий. С лифтом я разобрался в первый же день. Просто надо следовать инструкции. Номер был маловат но в самый раз для одного человека. Есть все необходимое. Холодильник, стол,стул. Телевизор к сожалению не смог посмотреть все каналы были на немецком. Завтрак был хорошим. Все необходимое есть. За свои деньги очень хорошо. Минусы были незначительны для меня.

Cons:

Самый главный минус это вай фай, очень нестабильный и периодически не работал. Лечится перезапуском роутера. Матрас на кровати все время съезжал набок из за этого проваливаешься. Еще нет прикроватной тумбочки или полки чтобы положить телефон. Пришлось ложить на пол.

Für Durchreisende zu empfehlen. Durchschnittliches Hotel.
Pros:

Wie immer sehr freundlicher Empfang. Zimmer 303 war zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Da ich immer wieder in diesem Hotel übernachte, verweise ich auf meine anderen Bewertungen. Ich durfte etwas früher einchecken. Vielen Dank.

Cons:

Die Dielen knarren ziemlich laut. Leider wird wohl oft auf den Zimmern geraucht. Jedenfalls roch es nachts ziemlich stark nach Zigarettenrauch auf dem Flur. Es war ziemlich kalt in dem Zimmer. Heizung ging nur ab und zu mal.

Cómodo y práctico
Pros:

Es un piso de un antiguo edificio de departamentos remodelado para hotel pensión. Está en un segundo piso y tiene un pequeño ascensor antiguo para 2 personas. Sirven un muy buen desayuno, con todo lo necesario, lo justo. Sin frutas. A 100m hay parada de metro. Muy buena ubicación para moverse por todo Berlín.

Cons:

Quizá le falte un poco de mantenimiento. Pero en general está muy bien.

Asukoht hea, kes soovib Charlottenburgi kandis ööbida...Kurdamm lähedal. Transpordi peatused lähedal. Maja vanaaegne. Toad avarad ja kõrgete lagedega. Imeline vanaaegne lift viib ülalkorrustele. Hommikusöök hinnas (alates kella 8 st) Voodid mugavad. Toas minikülmik. Puhas. Vastuvõtus lubati kotid/pakid hoiule jätta...saabusime varem

Üldiselt vajaks maja sisustus kosmeetilist värskendust ;) Aknaraamid jubedas seisus. Vaibad trepil kulunud.
