On the whole we were happy with our stay.
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable room. The breakfast was the highlight. Close to all amenities.

Cons:

Not the best view. Our room was facing another building that was too close by and so had to keep the curtains closed all the time.

Pros:

Excellent dining staff. I had extensive medical treatment and the dining staff ensured that I was catered for. Notably Khalid, Naresh, and Sanjay. The doorman Satarji welcomed us every time we left or came back.
The location for my needs was most convenient. Cleanliness and presentation was outstanding despite renovation works going on.
Highly recommended.

Cons:

It was a little pricey. The front desk staff was not as friendly as the rest of the staff and not as efficient

An excellent hotel in an excellent location in one of the most trendy parts of Mumbai.
Pros:

Grand Residency is located on a corner of fairly quiet roads in Bandra. Despite this, it's in the midst of an excellent area for shopping, restaurants and bars. Many such locations can be easily reached on foot, or by taxi / auto rickshaw. There's also a very good bookshop two streets / five minutes walk away.
Within the hotel, there's a pleasant dining area on the ground floor, adjacent to reception. The buffet breakfast had a good range of choice.
Rooms are a generous size with good A/C. There was scaffold and net shroud over the exterior when I stayed, so it's difficult to say how much natural light gets in. The rooms have net and black-out curtains, so you won't be disturbed by exterior light at night. I was given a free upgrade on my room, which included a kitchenette area, which was well-appointed with modern appliances. The staff were very helpful and I would definitely recommend this as a very good place to stay in Mumbai. This hotel was recommended to me and I fully endorse it as such to others.

Good rooms but they need to air out their rooms.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is great and the renovated rooms look good. The fridge, micro wave, washing machine, TV and induction stove are great.

Cons:

We have stayed in Grand 3 times. Both times that we have stayed in Grand recently, since they have started their renovation, our rooms smelt of mold.
The first time we stayed there, it didn't.
They need air purifiers.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The customer service was exceptional, with every staff member demonstrating professionalism, attentiveness, and a willingness to assist whenever needed. The facilities were well-maintained, clean, and provided a comfortable experience throughout my stay.

What stood out most was the hotel’s balanced approach to hospitality and security. As a tourist visiting Mumbai, I appreciated that the hotel was welcoming and accommodating without being overly restrictive, while still maintaining appropriate safety measures for guests. Horrible, not worth the money
Pros:

The barthroom was good and the breakfast was ok

Cons:

The property is under construction and it was not mentioned during the booking. The room was with connected door to another room and we could here everything from the other room and so there were no privacy. The gym is absolutely a no go and to go to the gym you have to cross a room which was totally under construction, absolutely horrible. The stuff would like to discuss all that things with there supervisor but they didn’t do anything. There were really ignorant about this
