Acorde para estar pocos días
Pros:

Las habitaciones son amplias y la recepción muy atenta. Destaco al personal que asiste durante el desayuno, muy atentos. La cama cómoda y muy buena ducha.

Cons:

No tiene una limpieza descable. Está limpio, pero no da esa sensación pulcra. Mi habitación era bastante vieja, muy noventosa. Los teléfonos a recepción no funcionaban, por lo que para el roomservice, tuve que bajar a solicitar el menú.

No hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes, towels.

Fab doorman & omelette, poor reception.. refurbished room better value but expensive if not welcome!
Pros:

Relatives had older room. Mine was new and perfect. Most staff lovely (esp. doorman in turban!). Breakfast was good even when electricity out. They made Masala omelettes to request, very tasty. Building work ongoing but that wasn't a disturbance. Refurbished room was luxurious. Comfy bed, lovely hot shower. Good self-catering facilities which I didn't need on this occasion but would if I brought the family to Mumbai which I hope to do later this year. Fridge for keeping water bottles cold was very welcome. Couldn't fault the room and cleanliness.

Cons:

Check in lady not even civil or pleasant despite us being bright, happy and smiley. Stopped trying with her after a couple of days and arranged to move hotels. Not even helpful with a happy query regarding the hairdryer. Found a much cheaper place with more welcome reception and moved to it instead of staying whole week. Rooms not as fancy there but I didn't need the self catering on this occasion and beds were equally comfy with good shower and similar location. I'd love to go back but too expensive to not feel welcome. Sad not to say goodbye to the doorman with a wonderful character and vibrancy (different people there when I left and the younger reception lady was smiley and efficient but too late by then I'd resolved not to extend for the full week)- the one doorman was worthy of the top hotels in the world!

Pros:

Excellent breakfast, room service and staff who were all very courteous and helpful.

Check in and check out was great.

Though there was upgrades being done it was being carried out without disruption to guets

Cons:

Everything was as expected.

What could be looked at is that we noticed mosquitoes coming through the aircon vents. Maybe there should be a fine filter to prevent these insects from coming in
