Pros:

The Staff of the hotel were warm and friendly. Each day they helped me find different places to visit, and welcomed me when I returned to the hotel. The location is excellent and near Bollywood, fancy shopping and more traditional street shopping. The breakfast was delicious and fun to explore the Indian and British dishes -- plus lovely fruit and cereal choices too!

Cons:

There is construction going on now as the hotel renovates its room. If you are looking to go to this hotel in the next few months (Q2 or Q3 2026), and need to work in your room during the day (work stops in the evening), then I would call the hotel directly to see if construction has finished. Otherwise, no reservations! This is a wonderful, clean, delightful hotel with a great staff, a nice breakfast, strong WiFi and a very safe and warm place for solo travelers!

Nice place under annoying reconstruction
Pros:

All was mostly good.

Cons:

There were a reconstruction happening on the floor above. Drilling started 10.00 am everyday and level of noise was unbearable to stay in the room. I was not warned about it before check in. And stuff, including management, was reluctant to do anything about it. I was also told that it will be totally fine, if I’ll leave a low score with bad review.

Excellent service with a smile 😃
Pros:

I was mildly surprised by the quality of service and general services of this hotel. Its a little treasure of a place in the middle of Mumbai's hustle and bustle ...location was excellent for shopping, the airport and general needs.
The staff were friendly especially the Sikh doorman who was very helpful today a d the helpful Receptionist was very wellcoming
