En la habitación no funcionaba una luz. El extractor baño iba a ratos
Las Almuadas eran muy duras y grandes súper incómodas

Staying for a total of 28 days.
The food has been wonderful and a credit to the chef and kitchen staff. The chef even makes wonderful fries.
A special mention to two members of staff
Serdar who is very friendly and helpful. Always a smile on his face.
Yagmur a lovely lady who has been extremely helpful with advice for shopping trips and even finding a Turkish song I liked. She always says hello and is a credit to the hotel. Having worked in a 5* hotel/private members club I know it's the service staff who make an impact upon guests. Yagmur certainly deserves a pay rise or even promotion.
She's certainly a wonderful member of staff.
I should mention all the staff have been very friendly from cleaning staff to service staff.
A hotel is based upon its staff and great credit should be given to them all.

Cons:

Unfortunately the same music plays on a loop every day without changing. After two weeks of hearing the same songs 9 times a day it's due for a new music play list.

Never book a hotel at the end of the season with dinner included—especially in Turkey—and be aware of other limitations

I booked a hotel with breakfast and dinner included. On the first day, we had a proper dinner with several choices, but on the second and third days, only one fixed dish was offered—no coffee or even tea. When my family, including our 4-year-old grandson, arrived, we found the meals very disappointing. We had actually chosen the “lunch included” version mainly because of our grandson, but after the first lunch we decided to cancel and eat outside, as it was quite unpleasant, especially for a child, with no choice at all. Why do they sell a “dinner included” option if they can’t provide proper meals, just because there are few guests? The children’s swimming pool was unusable — it was dirty and had no water in it. Best regards

Genel anlamıyla iyi bir hizmet aldık. Bir küçük sorun olarak, odada su olmadığını bildirdiğim. Kattaki house keeping odasından alabileceğimizi söylediler. O odaya gitmemizi önermeleri yerine görevli birinin odaya su getirmesinin daha doğru olduğunu düşünüyorum. O odayı bulamadık ve odada su olmadan geceyi tamamladık.

Pros:

Clairement , cet hôtel est une arnaque totale : les photos sont trompeuses et masquent la réalité. En fait , juste à côté de la piscine, et donc de l’hôtel, il passe un périphérique à circulation incessante ( comparable au périphérique parisien) .
Par conséquent le bruit ininterrompu empêche l’utilisation de la piscine, et la nuit il est impossible de dormir.
Ce périphérique ne peut pas être traversé à pied , il faut le longer jusqu'à une passerelle qui permet d’accéder à l’autre côté, et donc à la plage qui est à environ une demi heure de marche.
Contrairement au descriptif, il n’y a pas de vue sur la mer .
Donc vacances sans piscine ( sauf si le bruit des voitures ne vous gêne pas), et pas de mer ( sauf si la marche à pied ....) ; évidemment pas de navette .
Pour ce qui est de la nourriture : catastrophique, petit dejeuner ou repas du soir . Pas de choix , et cuisine très quelconque , voire immangeable..
Bref, tout est à eviter .pour notre part nous avons quitté l’hôtel le lendemain matin à la première heure, et attendons le remboursement via Hotels.com .
Nous avons séjourné à SU Hôtel, situé de l’autre côté de ce périphérique, en direction de la plage d’Antalya . Aucune comparaison possible . Cuisine variée et excellente , belle piscine et plage privée. Tout pour passer de bonnes vacances agréables.
