Pros:

I liked the friendly staff and the fact that I didn't hear any neighbors when in the room.

Cons:

I didn't like that I found a bug on the bed. (Not a bed bug but still) And also, the room was extremely small considering I paid over $200 for one night.

From what I can see the Hampton Suites was one of the nicest--or nicest place to stay in Fairmont.
Pros:

Great location for our travels. Good breakfast. Excellent fitness room.

Rooms were small.

Pros:

My husband said the hotel was lovely and the man behind the desk listened to his concerns. His suggestion was not to use the booking sites.

Cons:

You canceled my reservation at 3 p.m. the day he was supposed to check in. I had to book quickly again before he got there and it cost me an extra $100. I am more upset with BOOKING.COM

THE ONLY REASON WE STAYED THERE WAS SO WE DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY TO GO OUT FOR BREAKFAST. WHEN WE WENT TO GO EAT THEY WERE OUT OF SCRAMBLED EGGS AND BACON OR SAUSAGE AND ALL THAT WAS AVALIBLE WAS BISCUITS AND GRAVY. AFTER 10-15 MINUTES THEY STILL HADN'T FILLED THE PAN, WHATEVER. (I THINK THE ROOM WAS $267 OR SOMETYHING, WIIL BE MORE CAREFULL WHEN BOOKING NEXT TIME)
