Couldn't recommend it more!
Pros:

We loved our stay at Cove! The staff were incredibly friendly, as we always find with this hotel group. The location couldn't have been better for what we had planned. Everything was practically on the doorstep, or at most a 10 minute walk away. We requested a high-floor and had our request accepted (we were placed on the 9th floor) and had incredible views of the city's skyline. We would without a doubt stay here again!

Cons:

Nothing really - the extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work as it should, but we let the staff know and they had someone come and look at it.

Pros:

Ubicación. Es cómodo el depto

Cons:

Que no nos atendieron al ingreso, no funcionaba el timbre, tampoco contestaban teléfono. S3 nos acercó al rato personal de seguridad y así pudimos entrar pero perdimos más de media hora

Great stay very central spacious clean
Pros:

The location is amazing right in the middle of Liverpool ten minutes walk to Matthew Street very central in Liverpool One the shopping area so very quiet at night good clean rooms and we popped out to the local shop five minutes away for essentials Beers 🥖 and cheese 🧀 the living and kitchen area was great although we only stayed one night good having a fridge and sitting area away from the bedroom they do provide shower gels and towels all around very good a little expensive just for the two of us but that’s Liverpool on a Saturday night ! Maria

Cons:

Because we have had a heatwave it was very warm but a big fan was provided I would have given a 10 if it had air conditioning

Great accommodation
Pros:

Quiet rooms despite being in heart of the city. Comfy bed. Good shower.

Cons:

It was a bit hot and window arrangement meant couldn't really cool the place. At least there was a good fan.

Excellent apartment in central location, will definitely return!
Pros:

Central location of the apartments, really spacious, clean and comfortable. We were also unexpectedly upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment which meant our teenagers age 13 and 18 had a room each. Fans were provided which were useful during the hot weather. Kitchen had everything you would need including washing up supplies and tea towels.

Cons:

Only wish we could have stayed longer!

Facilities and location were great, room clean and well maintained, the weather was extremely hot and no air con so almost unbearable, that was out of control of the team, there was a fan which was great but only moved the hot air round

Cons:

No Air-con for the handful of days of hot waether we have

Perfect location
Pros:

Perfect location, friendly service offering a clean and spacious apartment. Perfect location being situated in the city centre with plenty of food options nearby and a variety of high street shops explore. Parking is located underneath the building with a lift that takes you to each floor, so if the weather is poor you don’t have to get wet. Amazing views across the Mersey river from the higher floors. We would definitely book again.

Great central location but not the best
Pros:

The selling point of Cove Paradise is the central location in Liverpool ONE.

The downside (on a Summer Saturday night with an England World Cup match and an Anfield gig (which we very much enjoyed)) is the street noise on lower floors. With floor to ceiling windows in a dual aspect apt with no aircon, it just wasn't bearable heat-wise without leaving the windows open which made it a tough night's sleep, noise-wise. If you can't be guaranteed a high-up floor (there are 10 - stay from 6 upwards) and/ or an apartment facing away from the street, I wouldn't stay here again on a Summer event night (particularly if - as we did - you have to pay surge pricing). My sense was that our 'upgrade' to a two bedroom apt was perhaps a way of 'selling' a first floor apt that would otherwise not be sellable. We'd have preferred (and asked for but couldn't get) the one bedroom apt we booked but either on a higher floor or not street facing.

The apartment itself was a little odd (huge lounge area but tiny bedrooms with odd storage furniture shoe-horned in) and showing a little wear but was nice enough.

Great to stay in such a welcoming city for a terrific weekend. Just not quite the right choice of accommodation for us this time round.

Cons:

There was only 1 fan in the apartment between 3 of us so maybe there could be a fan for each bedroom as it was very hot.

The entire building has no air conditioning
Pros:

The location is great

Cons:

No air conditioning! We couldn't cool down the apartment and had a terrible night's sleep. The windows barely opened for safety reasons.

Also the kitchen was not well equipped as described there wasn't even a chopping board and the knives were useless. We were only trying to put a salad together.
