Great location, lovely apartment, lack of aircon let it down.
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff, well equipped and clean apartment.

Cons:

We visited during a heatwave. The property had no air conditioning and the windows only opened a couple of inches. One bedroom had no opening windows at all. Duvets were extremely thick. They had provided a couple of fans but these weren’t sufficient. All doors weee fire doors so we had to use tables and fans to prop open the doors to get some air circulating. A shame as it would have been excellent.

Exceptionally high bath, difficult to step out from the shower.
More sockets needed… I couldn’t do my hair in front of a mirror.

Pros:

Accommodation was in a great location, easy to find and super convenient parking. Apartment was clean and well equipped. Staff friendly, check in/out easy. We spent very little time here as were visiting for a gig, but would be a great place for a city break.

Good location, but no sleep and very uncomfortable
Pros:

Good location, and secure parking

Cons:

The heat in the room was unbearable, our children had room across hall which was not as bad and we ended up after absolutely no sleep going into their room. We spoke to reception and they could only offer us a fan, but it did nothing. There was no air con, the windows only open slightly and our room was just horrific. I appreciate it was warm time but the room was not suitable to be occupied in those conditions, and not really any concern from reception. As I said it was warm, however the room opposite was ok and you could actually sit and be ok, our apartment should in that sort of heat not be used.

Wasn’t the best
Pros:

It was big and spacious and had a little courtyard

Cons:

I paid £40 extra for my medical assistant dog because apparently it has to be deep cleaned afterwards. My boy drinks his water and sometimes water will drip , so got my baby wipes out and I discovered that the floor was filthy 🤦‍♀️ so decided to wash all of the floors and they were black 🤦‍♀️ I didn’t want him lying on them or eating food from his bowl on the floor . When his ball went under the couch I had to move it a bit and there were chocolate wrappers , sweet wrappers and human hair 🤦‍♀️ it was filthy . I noticed more and more and no air con it was so hot we left a day early.

Great location & room, let down by poor customer care.
Pros:

Great location & lovely rooms. Plenty of room with everything you need , comfortable beds!

Cons:

The bathroom bin had not been empty and was full of the previous guests contents, not something we wanted to see or be around. On our way out to our evening plans I went and let the front desk know said no housekeeping was present so they gave us a spare bin bag to change ourselves! Did not even get an apology - I thought this was poor due to the fact we spent £160 for one night.
