Best in class.
Pros:

Service was good. Banquet staff was on point and very helpful!!! The sales team was fast responding and offered solutions to every situation I could imagine. Worth every penny.

Great Vacation in Houston!

Zach was awesome!!—Energy Corridor Check in was corrected right away.Parking was a bit confusing.GOOD for cleanliness.GREAT for room feel. Price for the service we received was of great value!Great atmosphere.The cook on July 14th was awesome also.Noise was non disturbing.

More than a 5 star stay!
Pros:

The experience I had during my stay at this property was worth more than 5 stars! When I arrived, I was greeted by the amazing Yolanda. She immediately made me feel as if I was staying with family. She made sure that my room was perfectly suited to my needs and found a room for me that was better than what was originally booked. She made me feel as if I was the most important guest staying with her. I was there with a group of longtime friends - a reunion. As my group gathered in the foyer before going to dinner, Yolanda, came and greeted us and told us to let her know if we needed anything during our stay. After dinner we returned to the hotel which had a wonderful area for us to relax and enjoy our visit. Breakfast the next morning was amazing with a broad array of wonderful food. I can't recommend this hotel enough!
