We were here for a wedding with other friends and family staying in the hotel. Ismail and Zasha went out of their way to accommodate and make sure we had everything we wanted. All the staff were cheerful and helpful. They made a nice atmosphere in the hotel.
Yolanda & Ismail are fantastic employees and were very accommodating! This is by far the best embassy suites I have stayed at and would highly recommend - Thanks again to Ismail!!!!!

The morning cook (older black male) was rude to me, and had an attitude by slamming the pots down

No surprise as it’s just on freeway frontage but nothing around (shops etc). To be expected as all the hotels out here are like that

My family and I, extended family included, have stayed at several Embassy Suites and I have to say this location has been our favorite, by far! The customer service from Yousef, Zasha and Jocelyn was incredible, each of them helped me and my 78 year young mother to the point we felt like they were friends. We’ve always enjoyed the staff at ALL Hiltons but there was something special about the treatment and care we received for the 3 nights and 4 day stay. The entire restaurant staff was also very friendly and treated us like regulars. The accommodations, the cleanliness, the layout of the hotel were all equally impressive and we will be traveling to Houston quite a bit over the next several weeks, months and year dealing with some rather stressful family circumstances and will be staying here, with people who take care of us when we came in worn out at the end of our long days.

We stayed at Embassy Suites by Hilton Houston Energy Corridor this weekend and had an absolutely fantastic experience.
From the moment we arrived, the young gentleman who checked us in was incredibly welcoming and polite. He made us feel right at home right away. I also want to give a special shoutout to the breakfast chef, an African American gentleman who was so kind, friendly, and clearly took pride in what he does. He even gave my daughter some cookies and she thought that was the most amazing thing ever! The food was incredible and truly made our mornings better.
You can never go wrong staying at this location. We were in town for a wedding, and although the Katy area is closer to my family, I chose to stay here because this hotel holds a lot of sentimental value for me. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years, especially growing up when my dad and I would come here for lunch during the week. It was great to be back and now share it with my wife and daughter.
We stayed on the top floor and had an amazing view overlooking I 10 toward downtown Houston, which was a great bonus. Our room was slightly warmer than I prefer, but that was minor compared to how great everything else was.
Overall, I couldn’t have been happier with our stay. My wife, who had never stayed here before, and my daughter both had a wonderful time. The kindness and welcoming attitude from every employee truly does not go unnoticed.
Five stars all the way. Thank you to the entire team and we look forward to staying here again in the future.
Our experience started off rocky due to the technical difficulties the hotel experienced right when we were checking in. Other than that we had great stay! Dyon was great at helping us out when we were in need. The rooms were spacious and offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay away from home.My family and I enjoyed the hotel amenities, the food a d the overall atmosphere of the hotel.
