The staff in the Bellbridge house hotel are amazing, We were staying as a couple attending a wedding and ran into a few small problems with our accommodation. The staff went above and beyond to make sure all was rectified. Special mention to Josh, he is a credit to the place. I highly recommend a stay here

Everything was removed by the time we arrived down at 11.05 for breakfast. Would have loved to appreciate the breakfast after paying for 1 night. Obviously we should have gone down earlier but had a late night wedding so didn’t get in until 4am and just got to use the bed for a few hours. 7 hours in the bed and that was the only time we got to use the facility. We did receive a free coffee when we got down. It clearly was a busy weekend as there were several weddings.
As we had booked a few months earlier we emailed to get there on time for the 2 o clock wedding. Room wasn’t ready and we had to change in to wedding clothes. The staff said room wasn’t ready until 4. We waited for a bit and eventually got a room to change. Unfortunately we didn’t make the ceremony on time but got to the end of it. We had a 2 and a half hour drive so we didn’t want to be in wedding outfits as we drove.

Tolle Lage, schnell am Strand, nettes Personal, sauber und tolles Frühstück.
Das Fenster konnte am Tag nicht geöffnet werden, da die Abluft der Küche davor war. Diese wurde aber ca. gegen 21 Uhr ausgeschaltet, ruhiges schlafen war also möglich.
