Relaxter Genuss in geoflegtem Ambiente
Pros:

Aufmerksames Personal, die Lage am Strand, der Zugang zur Ostseetherme bereits eine Stunde vor dem Öffnen, ein Frühstück das keine Wünsche übrig lässt

Cons:

Noch mehr Lächeln speziell am Empfang wäre nett.

Viel zu teuer und alte Zimmer in stark abgenutzten Zustand und dreckig

Die Therme hat uns gefallen und der Ausblick vom Frühstücksbuffet

Cons:

Uns haben die Zimmer nicht gefallen. Diese waren zur Straße raus es war sehr laut. Dort war auch eine Baustelle, die sehr laut war. Die Zimmer waren alt und unrenoviert. Außerdem waren sie dreckig.Der Teppich war stark verschmutzt und die Gardinen ebenfalls. Nach Hinweis an das Personal wollte man dieses weitergeben, aber da ist nichts passiert.
Für den Preis und die Leistung eine absolute Frechheit.

A wonderful and relaxing stay with breathtaking sea views.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast selection and outstanding, helpful staff. The hotel is beautifully located directly on the beach, offering stunning views of the Bay of Lübeck. Although the property is not new and has been around for many years, it is exceptionally well maintained and spotlessly clean.
For guests who enjoy sports and wellness activities, the hotel offers thermal baths, swimming pools, saunas, and electric bike rentals. The surrounding area is breathtakingly beautiful and ideal for exploring by bike. There are dedicated cycling paths everywhere, making it both enjoyable and very safe.
The hotel is not located in the very center of town, but the town center is only about a 15-20 minute walk away. The route follows the seafront along a pleasant tree-lined promenade, making the walk an enjoyable way to get some extra exercise. For guests with limited mobility, there is a public transport stop directly in front of the hotel, providing convenient access to the town center and other attractions.

Das Frühstück war super, die Zimmergrösse sehr komfortabel, Bett sehr bequem

Cons:

Ich denke es wäre wichtig, den Style und die Farbgebung der Räumlichkeiten mal zu überarbeiten, damit dieses schöne Hotel auch weiterhin ein toller Anlaufpunkt bleibt.

Thermal spa area was not the cleanest - there was quite some sand in different areas of the pool. Limited breakfast options. Hotel is in great stand, but a little outdated, overpriced.

Cons:

Det gik et sted galt med booking. Vi havde bestilt et dobbelt zimmer med 3 sengepladser.
Det er der jo en grund til at vi gjorde. Men at der ved adkomst kun stod en person på, mig. Så vi skulle booke ekstra person ind på værelset og den tredje fik sig booket ind på et andet værelse.
Det gjorde det pludselig meget dyrer end vi håbede på og troede.
Rigtig ærgerligt.

Der freie und frühe Eintritt in die Therme ist grandios.
Pros:

Die Möglichkeit zur Nutzung der Therme vor Öffnung ist grandios.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung des Hotels ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Das Restaurant und Café sind inzwischen modernem Mobiliar gewichen, aber in den Zimmern und Fluren wirkt es wie in einem 90iger Jahre royalen Flair.
