Pros:

L'accueil est parfait.
Sourire, disponibilité, gentillesse : tout y était
Beau standing.

Cons:

Trop chaud dans les chambres, mais c'est un problème connu d'un système de chauffage ancien.
On nous l'a bien expliqué.

Boutique style hotel, liked the idea of it being a rustic hotel.

Cons:

Strange Murphy bed, was charged breakfast charges without actually requesting it or eating it and had to fight to get the charges back.

Cons:

Très peu de stationnement et très bruyant! Murs non insonorisés et planché de bois qui craque beaucoup. Certaines chambres ont une vue très proche sur les autres chambres (voir photo)

Hôtel bien situé, personnel très agréable.
Chambre avec vue la rivière Saguenay
Un plus la kitchenette

Cons:

Hauteur du lit, du fait de la configuration de la chambre pouvant être transformée en salon.

Personnel inexistant ou tres desagreable
Pros:

Pros:

Très belle hotel, belle emplacement et propre

Cons:

Notre réservation était pour 3 chambres et 2 suites mais lors de notre arrivée nous avions seulement 1 suite et 4 chambres. Cela a quand même été bien mais un peu décevant quand même.

Je ne sais pas si j'y retournerai.
Pros:

Ordinaire. J ai attendu 20 minutes pour mon café. J ai pris une gaufre qui était directement dans le sirop au lieu d un petit contenant à cote

Cons:

Quand je suis arrivée, il m avait donné une chambre très laide sans garde robe, téléphone manquant. Je suis allée me plaindre et voulant me faire rembourser ils m ont donné une chambre super bien en remplacement. Mais après 6 heures de route, c est décevant d etre reçue de cette façon.

I would give him a second chance
Pros:

The hotel is very nice and clean, and they were accommodating with the check-in time.

Cons:

The air conditioning never worked; they were supposed to send someone to check it, but they never showed up. In addition, they made me return to the hotel the next day to pay for the room because, according to them, the payment hadn't gone through, even though I entered my card details when I booked through Booking.com.

Très bien pour un séjour rapide

Localisation assez centrale proche de restaurants et commerces
Propreté et confort de la chambre qui est moderne et spacieuse
Accès à la chambre rapide et efficace
Hôtel moderne et adapté pour un séjour court, c’était très bien

Cons:

Lit un peu petit pour 2 personnes, avec un enfant de 3 ans (qui avait son lit parapluie) nous avons fait lit separé pour être plus confortable

L’organisation de la chambre - métamorphosable si réunion d’affaires

Cons:

Borne de chargement difficile à faire fonctionner ainsi que la télévision et personne ne peut répondre à nos questions… car système de télécommunication bloqué par la compagnie nous a-t-on dit ! 🙁

Chambre spacieuse et propre
Pros:

L'Hotel à améliorer notre chambre pour un lit King avec vue sur la cathédrale au lieu d'un lit Queen, et ce, sans avoir a négocier avec eux.

Endroit stratégique pour aller dans les restaurants en se déplaçant à la marche.

Cons:

Tout était impeccable.
