Fijn verblijf gehad, dank aan het team!
Pros:

We zijn enorm verwend door het personeel. De kamer was versierd vanwege mijn verjaardag. Met elkaar proberen zij een top service te bieden en dat werd door ons gevoeld. De betrokkenheid en zorg was oprecht. Zelfs na de uitcheck toen de Grab niet kwam opdagen en we haast hadden om naar het station te komen, heeft de concierge ons persoonlijk gebracht. Terima kasih 🙏🏼

Pros:

I stay couple of times in Hilton Bandung. The staff was great and helpful. Last time I stayed here, my daughter lost her earrings. I asked for help to search together with me. We couldn't find it at that time. Then I checked out. But the staff promised me to keep searching. In the afternoon I got a call from Hilton and said they found the earring. And will send it to my house. We are very happy and the day after the earring arrived in our home. Thank you and appreciate the service they gave. Well done!

Pros:

The rooms were very large, beds were comfortable. We ate at both restaurants and the food was wonderful. Pool area was fantastic with lots of seating options. Staff were fantastic.

Warm Welcome and Excellent Service Throughout My Stay
Pros:

I stayed at Hilton Bandung for one night, and it was a very pleasant experience from start to finish.
The check-in process was smooth and efficient, handled warmly by Ms. Gita, who welcomed me with a big smile. As this was my first time visiting Bandung, her explanation about the city and nearby areas was extremely helpful. She also gave me the cute little HilBie, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch.
I would also like to recognize the Front Office team, led by the amazing Front Office Manager, Mr. Ryan, who arranged the welcome amenities—a generous and unexpected surprise that truly exceeded my expectations. Behind the scenes, special thanks as well to Mr. Fajar and the reservations team, who ensured that my reservation was well managed prior to my arrival.
The hotel ambiance is calming and welcoming, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. My room was spacious, clean, and well prepared, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The Wi‑Fi was fast and reliable, which I appreciated.
As a Hilton Honors member, I enjoyed the usual benefits of staying at a Hilton property, and this hotel went even further. A special thank you to the lovely room attendants, Navaldy and Rizky, for the adorable towel animals, which added a personal and memorable touch. Most importantly, the bathroom was spotless and smelled fresh, reflecting excellent housekeeping standards.
The swimming pool, located on the 6th floor, is spacious and well maintained, with clear and clean water. The hotel’s location is very convenient, offering easy access to the surrounding area, plenty of local food options nearby, and only about a 15–20 minute walk to Braga Street and the train station.
The check-out process was just as smooth, and the front desk team remained warm and hospitable throughout—I only wish I had noted her name to thank her personally.

Overall, it was a wonderful stay:).

Comfortable and great!
Pros:

Great swimming pool, gym and sauna! We even played table tennis and spent a very nice time in the hotel.
Good location because it is right next to the bandung station (walkable distance) though I wouldnt recommend you walk because the streets are not that clean. Staff were friendly and helpful!
