مكان إقامتي المفضل في باندونق
Pros:

تنوع خيارات الإفطار(باستثناء الخيارات العربية)
طاقم العمل جدا بشوش ويرحب دائما ويعرض مساعدته
مساحة الغرفة ممتازة وملحقاتها متكاملة ومريحة

Cons:

أكبر عيب بالنسبة لي هو عدم توفر شطاف واستبداله بالصنبور الذي يخرج من الكرسي واعتبره اختيار غير صحي
تم عرض ترقية من الموظفة (على حد زعمها) للغرفة الأعلى بخصم نصف السعر لكن الصدمة ان سعر الترقية كان مقارب لما تم دفعه لسعر الحجز الأصلي ورفضت بلباقة 😂
أتمنى تغطية العصيرات في بوفيه الإفطار لأنه يوجد حشرات طائرة تسقط داخل العصائر

Tough competition in hospitality business but Hilton Bandung maintains its excellent service quality
Pros:

My recent experience at Hilton Bandung differed significantly from my previous visit in January 2017.

Notable observations include:
• The breakfast buffet, previously a highlight of the stay, has decreased in both quality and variety. Additionally, there was no gluten-free bread available.
• Amenities in the guest room and bathroom were subpar, with the minibar offering only basic tea and coffee options.

Nevertheless, I would like to acknowledge the hotel’s outstanding cleanliness and comfortable bedding. The housekeeping staff performed exceptionally well. A particularly commendable aspect was the dedication of the Hilton Bandung team to service excellence. Upon checkout, my wife inadvertently left one of her favourite blouses behind. Ms. Konita from the Front Office promptly contacted us regarding the forgotten item and arranged its return via courier.

Despite shortcomings in room amenities and breakfast offerings, we remain satisfied with the overall quality of service provided by Hilton Bandung. We encourage Hilton Bandung to continue maintaining these high standards.

Teleurstellende kamerkwaliteit ondanks uitstekende service

De service en gastvrijheid van de medewerkers waren uitstekend en volledig Hilton-waardig. Iedereen die we ontmoetten was vriendelijk, professioneel en gastvrij.

Wat ons echter het meest verbaasde, was de staat van de kamers. Deze waren simpelweg niet Hilton-waardig, wat een enorme teleurstelling was. De kamers voelden eerder aan als die van een gemiddeld viersterrenhotel dan als een Hilton.

Wat ons nog meer schokte, was de muffe geur in de kamer. Dat is onacceptabel voor een hotel met de reputatie van Hilton. Wanneer je een Hilton-kamer binnenkomt, verwacht je een frisse en aangename geur die direct een luxe gevoel geeft, niet een muffe, vochtige lucht.

Dat is extra jammer, omdat de uitstekende medewerkers en het heerlijke ontbijt juist wel de kwaliteit uitstralen die je van Hilton mag verwachten. We hopen dan ook oprecht dat Hilton de staat van de kamers verbetert, zodat deze weer aansluiten bij de hoge standaard waar het merk om bekendstaat.

Top service, fantastisch ontbijt.

Leuk restaurant bij het zwembad met heel betaalbare pizza’s.

Ontbijt was fantastisch. Alles aanwezig, personeel doet er alles aan om het de gasten naar hun zin te maken.

Kamers lekker ruim. Goede bedden.

Great. I will definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. Staff were very attentive. We arrive slightly earlier than 3pm but our room was already ready. My request for a late check out was also entertained but with extra cost of course.

Cons:

There is a rain shower in the toilet but it was not working.
