Nice stay with some areas to improve.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The bed was really comfortable, the room and towels were clean, and everything was well equipped. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices. The property is also in a beautiful location, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. Overall, a lovely and comfortable stay — we’d definitely come back again!

Cons:

There were a few things that could be improved. The shower/toilet area had an unpleasant smell during our stay. It would also be better if the toilet came with a bidet spray, as this would be more convenient for guests. Additional towels would be appreciated, especially for longer stays. Lastly, the shampoo and shower gel should be topped up regularly to ensure there is enough for all guests.

Ho soggiornato presso Hilton Hotel e posso dire senza esitazione che è stato uno dei migliori hotel 5 stelle in cui sia mai stata.
Eccellente in tutto, davvero.
​Camera curata in ogni minimo dettaglio con gusto e lusso discreto. La stanza era molto spaziosa, silenziosissima, profumatissima e con un letto incredibilmente comodo. Il personale è il vero punto di forza. Gentilissimo, discreto, sempre presente ma mai invadente. Professionisti veri che ti fanno sentire coccolata dal check-in al check-out. Si vede che amano quello che fanno.
​Colazione spettacolare, ricchissima, con prodotti di altissima qualità. Cena indimenticabile.
Non vedo l'ora di tornare. Consigliatissimo al 100%, vale ogni euro. Complimenti a tutto lo staff!

Pros:

Hôtel tres propre. Restaurant au top. Éclairage a revoir. La dernière rénovation ne date pas d'hier mais c'était fait a la perfection. Climatisation tres efficace. Petit-déjeuner au top... éviter la belle terrasse extérieure, la rue est tout proche et ça roule ! Douches au top. Piscines au top et ouverte jusqu'à 22h.

Cons:

La seule remarque le personnel au petit déjeuner doit se détendre. Il vous guette de que vous enlevé la main de l'assiette il sont déjà la même sans finir de mâcher. Avec politesse mais un peu dérangeant.

Amazing staff and I can prove it
Pros:

First time at the Hilton Bandung and I'm having an amazing time. I am sitting in the lounge and have to commend the whole staff for their excellence. In the lounge Lily, Artha and Fefen continue making my day with their kindness and attention to detail. They truly make you feel special and taken care of in every single interaction.

Downstairs at reception I want to commend Ryan and Ayu who did an amazing job managing the guests during an unexpected power blackout. The whole neighborhood went down, so it was not a Hilton issue. But they literally mobilized all staff to assist guests, invite them to drinks and engage them in super interesting conversation while we were all waiting for the power to come back on. In the end, we asked if we could just take the stairs and staff even went with us (11 floors in my case) to make sure all went well. Even the head chef Chef Ade offered to accompany me upstairs but the good man had better things to do, I am sure. But having everyone so invested in your well being made you feel not like a guest but like family.

Well well done Hilton Bandung!!!

Bandung a 5 stelle
Pros:

L’Hilton Bandung è in una posizione ottima, a soli 5-10 minuti di auto da Braga, la principale zona centrale. Fin dall’arrivo si percepisce il livello della struttura: accoglienza molto curata da parte di concierge e reception, ambienti eleganti e ben mantenuti, con dettagli che fanno davvero la differenza, come la cascata d’acqua e la musica classica nelle aree comuni.

Le camere sono moderne, confortevoli e molto pulite. Abbiamo provato anche il ristorante italiano e ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Ottima la zona piscina, particolarmente adatta alle famiglie grazie anche all’area giochi per bambini 0-12 anni, comodamente situata vicino alla piscina.

La colazione è davvero eccellente, con un’ampia scelta sia di cucina locale sia internazionale, tutto di ottima qualità. Nel weekend viene inoltre allestita un’area esterna dedicata ai bambini, permettendo ai genitori di fare colazione con maggiore tranquillità mentre loro giocano.

Infine super apprezzata la comunicazione tramite whatsapp con la reception; ad esempio, ci hanno riservato un ristorante, oppure ci consegnavano asciugamani e acqua dietro necessità.

Personnel vraiment au top (un grand merci a Lisna pour avoir permis aux enfants de nourrir les poissons de l'hôtel 😀).
Chambre très confortable, très bonne literie.
Petit déjeuner très complet pour tous les goûts.
Grande piscine pas trop profonde, au top pour les enfants.

Le petit chef event
Pros:

Went to Hilton Bandung and book the Le Petit Chef & Family dinner event. It was mesmerizing. Kuddos to Abby as master host, Refa as server, chef Nur and chef Angga.

They really did a fantastic job making this an out of world experience.

Het aardige personeel.

Cons:

De druk van de regendouche kon beter.
Weinig aandacht voor hergebruiken van de handdoeken ivm het milieu en daarmee samenhangend te weinig haakjes om de handdoeken apart op te hangen om zo nog te weten van wie welke handdoek is. Wij zaten in een suite voor 4 personen.
