Beautiful property
I tried calling 3 times prior to booking and then prior to arriving to ask which room to book for smoking. I looked at questions in the app and saw a hotel staff member had suggested delux for smoking so I booked that. I then messaged the property twice asking about smoking room and never received a reply. When I went to check in the woman told me that I would need the premium room for smoking and the cost would be double my original cost. I looked for the same day in the app and the room she told me I needed was 99 dollars, 25 dollars more than the room I had booked. I told her I would happily pay that extra but paying 140 dollars from 72 dollars was too much especially since I could see that room available for 99 dollars.
I spoke with someone else on the phone and after one and a half hours; they downgraded my room to a lesser room for my original cost and refused to give me the premium room even if I paid that 99 price. I never asked for anything free and only refused to pay 142 for the room I could clearly see for 99 dollars. I sent them screenshots of everything from my phone calls and messages to the cost on booking.com for the room they wanted 142 at 99 dollars.
I have worked in customer service for most of my life and have no idea why they refused to just do what was obviously the right thing to do and I will never stay in here again because they were just trying to screw me out of an extra 50 dollars and for what ?? The room was available and the cost via booking.com was 99 which I clearly agreed to pay but they refused and only said that on their computer the cost was double my original 72 dollar room.
Location was good. Breakfast was good.
No sundries or snack shop.

There is ghost in room 614. My wife and I saw a black figure standing outside the toilet. This happened after the alarm clock also went off on its own at 2am.
Luckily the staff changed the room for us the very next day.

Several weddings on the weekend so was surrounded by a lot of glamour. Which after a day of volcanic mud baths was a bit of a contrast.
Location was great, easy to find, close by the Mall, ,excellent for short trip in Bandung

The hotel with the biggest room size, the room was great, super comfortable and clean.. The location is in the heart of Bandung, near to the Bandung Station and Paskal food market.. Thank you so much for the warmest welcome pak David Jonathan, pak Yusuf and Rania.. Definitely will be back in this beautiful hotel 🩷
Visited to Hilton Bandung only for breakfast this time and it exceeded my expectations. The Chinese food was a highlight of the breakfast, surprisingly good and full of flavor. Kudos to the chef for delivering such an enjoyable breakfast experience.
Excellent service by Tashya. She was very helpful, attentive, and always smiling, which made breakfast even more enjoyable. Truly a great start to the day, thank you Tasha!
As a small suggestion, it would be great if all team members could be more humble and proactive in assisting guests. I noticed a moment where a guest opened the door themselves while a hostess passed by without offering help, which slightly changed my impression. Especially considering this is a 5-star hotel. A more welcoming and attentive greeter during breakfast would definitely elevate the overall guest experience.
We had breakfast at Hilton Bandung and overall it was a GREAT experience!! The food was enjoyable, especially the Chinese cuisine, which is definitely the highlight 😆
Special shoutout to our waitress, her name is Tasha, who was very welcoming, friendly, and attentive!! ✨ Tasha really made us feel comfortable and taken care of during our meal <3
Just a small suggestion for other waitresses, if greeting guests isn’t possible, at least a smile would be appreciated! :) Still a pleasant & enjoyable breakfast experience though!
