Freundliches Personal in einem kleinen gemütlichen Hotel, in dem man alles hat, was man braucht.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral - kurzer Weg zum Bahnhof - zur Promenade - den Schiffsanlegern und der größere Supermarkt ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar.
Das Zimmer war funktionell - Klimaanlage befriedigend - Bad ebenfalls befriedigend.
Beim Frühstück hätten wir uns eine größere Auswahl an Brötchen gewünscht. Das das gemischte Obst wohl aus der Dose war, ist auch ein wenig unverständlich, wenn man die Obstauswahl im Supermarkt sieht.

Sehr, sehr freundliches Personal!!!!

Pros:

As a ex hotelier the feeling that the Azalea owners wanted the very best for guests and I think have succeeded. Decor and condition of the hotel is very good. Lovely spacious ensuite with plenty of hot water and excellent shower.
Buffet breakfast and service of top quality.
Overall value is excellent.

Posizione centralissima e comoda al porto dove ci si imbarca x le isole. Splendida terrazza vista lago al 4 piano dell'hotel. Colazione abbastanza buona. Staff gentile.

Hotel accogliente e in ottima posizione, con parcheggio e staff molto gentile. Vicinissimo al lungolago e all'imbarco battelli. Stanza spaziosa e molto pulita. Colazione ok. Ottimo il balconcino cin vista lago.

Cons:

Il caffè/cappuccino della colazione da cancellare ma ci è stato offerto quello del bar dell'hotel!

Très bien, bon emplacement proche du lac et de l'embarcadère. Idéal pour toutes les visites y compris les Iles Borromées. Chambre confortable, parking sur place 5 €/jour. Bon petit déjeuner, terrasse jardin et piscine si vous en avez envie. Bref, super !

Pros:

Hotel molto carino e in una posizione strategica. E' vicino al centro, ad una bella passeggiata lungolago e all'imbarcadero. Il personale è gentile, professionale. La colazione è essenziale ma tutto buono, sia dolce che salato. La piscina è piccolina ma si sta bene, un angolo di relax dopo una giornata in giro. Ambienti e camera super puliti. Garage a disposizione ( a pagamento ovviamente) per moto e auto. Al 4° piano c'è una terrazzata panoramica sul lago che è mozzafiato. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel! Ci tornerei sicuramente!
