Although the stay in my room was comfortable. The staff was not very accommodating and cared less about their customers
Pros:

The price was suitable for what I wanted to spend.
Room was a nice comfortable size

Cons:

There was a tour bus that stayed the same night. I arrived at breakfast and there was no barely any food left. The staff that was supposed to be there was not around. So I had to eat scraps of food. Finally someone came I asked for some fruit she said let me check. She walked past the eating area fast with two bananas for her daughter.

Clean, comfortable, & great breakfast spread!
Pros:

We booked this hotel on our way to PCB, and it did not disappoint. We checked in around 3am, and received great customer service.

The rooms were spacious, and clean. The air worked amazing, and the beds were comfortable. The room fit our family of 6 perfectly(Queen suite with two queens with a sofa bed).

The breakfast offered a great spread, offering biscuits & gravy, egg slices, sausage patties, and the normal waffles, cereal, and assortment of breads and pastries.

Very impressed with the price point and offerings. We will be staying here again in the future when we travel to PCB.

Cons:

Nothing, it was an enjoyable stay.

Other than the uncomfortable mattress, the hotel was well worth the cost and I would recommend it to

Mattress was used to the extent you rolled into the center of the bed, no matter what. I asked for a room or mattress change. No mattress was available (not unexpected) and they were booked so I stayed from the 15th to the 21st and had to just sleep in the middle of the king sized bed. I wear a CPAP machine at night and luckily the hose reached, but limited my movement. All in all, the staff were very attentive and helpful.

Needs improvement
Pros:

Staff very friendly and helpful. Iron was pouring water out of it when we tried to use it they allowed up to swap it for a different one.

Cons:

Mildew stained caulking around top of tub floors improperly swept mirror never cleaned at all. Bed super lumpy and hard we got almost no sleep
