Tudo otimo com somente UMA exceção: O "registration desk" precisa ser melhor treinado, pois quando chega um grupo de hospedes, TODOS os atendentes se dedicam a esse grupo e os demais precisam ficaar aguardando. Seria o caso de deixa 1 ou 2 funcionários livre para atender aos demais

Décevant par rapport aux prestations attendues dans un 5 étoiles
Pros:

Petit déjeuner exceptionnel. Situation à coté des télécabines.SPA très agréable dont la réservation est facile. Parking et local à ski gérés par l'hôtel avec efficacité

Cons:

Accueil décevant et personnel nonchalant peu disponible : être hébergé dans une chambre PMR alors que l'on a réservé depuis 3 mois et n'être mis dans une chambre normale qu'en insistant fortement après une nuit. Restaurant de l'hôtel cher et décevant. Refus de la réception de prendre en charge la réservation d'un restaurant dans un autre établissement. Sentiment de déranger la plupart du temps

Hotel agréable, confortable, super service

Cons:

le seul couac du séjour: le serveur du restaurant el pimiento verde n'était pas très agréable, mais c'était l'exception pour confirmer la règle que le reste du personnel était vraiment au top!
