Pros:

Lovely hotel. Lots of free cosmetics. Breakfast buffet had soo many options. The tokyo big sight train, which is a short walk away, gets you to teamlab planets and also to Tokyo Love sign with a huge mall and lovely sights. The free shuttle to disney was great.

Pros:

バスとトイレが別だったところ
コンビニが有るところ
駅から近い
周りの環境が良い

Cons:

3時のチェックインの1時間以上前に着いた
ホテルにも周りにも喫茶店など見つけられず
高齢者を連れていたので困った

スタッフの方に行く先の道を尋ねた
必要な事は教えて下さったが
初めての所だったので迷ってしまった
忙しくしていたので繰り返し聞く事を
ためわれた

とてもよかったです
Pros:

ビッグサイトから近い

Cons:

タオルのみ交換の札を貼っていたのに交換が無かった。その後フロントに電話したらわざわざ持ってきてくれたので助かりました。

立地がかなり便利。スタッフの対応もよい。コンビニも館内にあるし、本当に、便利良かった。リムジンバスやらの乗降場所でもあるので

Lovely hotel
Pros:

Comfortable room with view. Beds excellent and comfy. Toilet was a first for me...once I got used to it was soothing. The free amenities was a bonus eg cosmetic face mask, tooth brush and paste etc

Cons:

Could not get the temp down from 75 degrees. Had fans and air filter but was no help. Way too hot for me to sleep properly.
