Good hotel if attending a function at tokyo big site.
Pros:

Location was close to Big Site. Lawsons in the hotel. Local delivery service for parcels available in lobby.

Rooms were a little small, but it is to be expected for the price/location

Enjoyed our stay
Pros:

Great price and location to 2 different stations. Airport Limo goes directly to hotel and they also have free bus to Disney. Lawson's in the building and staff were very friendly and helpful. self laundry available.

Cons:

No adjustable thermostat in room. There was ability to make it hotter but to turn it down we just had to turn off the thermostat since outside temperatures were in the 40-50's. Pillows were higher and firmer than I like. Showers were smaller than I am used to but good enough may feel much smaller for taller people.
