Pros:

The only positive thing about this hotel are the staff who are all amazing everything else is NOT as advertised

Cons:

Where do I start. The location of the hotel is halfway up a narrow street with significant construction going on all around the property from morning till night. This was not disclosed before check in and payment of it had been we would not have continued with our booking. There is also residential housing to the back and side which also produces a lot of noise. Homeless people sleeping outside the hotel who approach you and ask for money. The penthouse apartment is very small and badly maintained definitely not as advertised. The owner is not interested in doing anything to rectify the situation he has your money he doesn’t care. I am fighting this with Booking.com and my bank.

Que des petites bouteilles d'eau, pas de petit-déjeuner (mon erreur j'aurais du regarder), internet lent et compliqué à fonctionner, difficile d'avoir la facture en pdf

Pros:

Отличное расположение. Рядом море, рестораны, супермаркет. Номера, в целом, ок. Есть бесплатная парковка, ради чего его и брали

Cons:

Заселили на час позже, номер был не готов. Среди ночи кто-то из персонала орал во все горло и будил. Один раз отключился свет, полчаса ждали электрика. Отель не тянет на 4*, стандартные 3, и не стоит своих денег

Needs a bit of tlc in the rooms, but a great position and lovely staff.

Very central

Cons:

Vagrants hanging around the gate, and lots of building around.
It had a strong smell of damp in the room and some wood rot.
Otherwise a very good stay.

Very good choice in Sea Point
Pros:

This is a very comfortable accommodation where I spent 3 nights.
The location is very good, in the heart of Sea Point.
The room is nice and not too small, there is a small kitchenette with fridge, kettle and microwave oven, so you can have self-catering breakfast or a quick meal.
Parking is not very big but we managed to park every evening, with the help from the very kind night guard.

Excelente localização e conforto, com bom custo benefício.

a localização do hotel é excelente, com fácil acesso a mercados, bares e restaurantes a pé e a poucos minutos de uber para os principais pontos turísticos. o quarto é bem confortável e tranquilo, permitindo descanso adequado. a equipe sempre mostrou disponibilidade e atenção.

A perfect, quaint hotel!

Umgebungslärm durch unmittelbare Baustellen drum herum war tagsüber fast nicht erträglich, aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts.
Nachts war es seh ruhig.
