Cons:

Not a very warm.wrlelcome after travelling all night from UK.
Delayed checkin as laundry hadn't arrived. We could have gone into room and waited for towels
Leaking hot water cylinder wetting the floo.obviously gad been lije it for months as skirtinh was rotten.
Brown water from taps throughout our stay - related to leaking cylinder?
Only 1 bath towel for 2 people, 2 towels were eventually supplied but they were damp. Were they fresh?
Major building refurbishment outside our room -balcony a waste of time

Fantastisch verblijf en uitstekende locatie!
Pros:

De locatie was perfect en veel was op loopafstand. Heel fijn dat ze een parkeergarage hebben er is wel beperkt plek. De kamer was ruim en bed was uitstekend. Personeel super vriendelijk en wifi was goed.

Cons:

De badkamer was mooi, maar kon wel wat meer aandacht gebruiken.

It was comfortable but disruptive with the construction going on around the hotel.
Cons:

The reception staff are to be complimented, they are all very polite and helpful.
The room is nice and spacious, bathroom is nice, but there is so much construction going on around that it was unpleasant.
There were problems getting access to the internet which took a long time and was frustrating as I was working.
The room is furnished nicely and the kitchenet is functional with a bar fridge, microwave and washing up area.
There are no TV channels, but need to log in to your own access for DSTV and Netflix and it was easier to do on a tablet.
The view is on to the back of another building so not great.
Location for access to beach, shops and restaurants is very good, and security is good.

Im Großen und Ganzen ok, aber eben auch 120 Euro/Nacht !!!???
Pros:

Tolle Ausstattung, hat aber auch seinen Preis ! Lage ist halt "mitten im Großstadtchaos !
Aussicht auf Großbaustelle !

Cons:

Für den Preis sollte man ein kleines Fühstücksbuffet anbieten, zumal die Räumlichkeiten vorhanden sind !

Very nice stay and will book again
Pros:

The Staff were lovely, the rooms had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, it was in a great location, however, we were surrounded by building, they did stop by 5pm and they only started after 7am, we went out most days so it did not bother us , but we could not really sit outside during the day due to the noise. This of course is not the hotels fault and it should be finished soon.
