отель чистый, уютный, номера большие, отзывчивый персонал
Pros:

Приветливый персоанал всегда готов прийти на помощь. Удобное местоположение отеля рядом много классных кофеин и прекрасный ресторан в 100 м Brad's Grill at Qué Linda. Бронировать нресторан нужно заранее, т.к ресторан пользуется большой популярность.

Добавить завтраки.

Pros:

Très bien placé, facile à trouver et sécurisé. Personnel très sympathique

Cons:

Très bruyant en raison des travaux qui ont lieu tout autour de l’hôtel . Vue plongeante des ouvriers sur le spa, y aller après 16h00 de préférence

I would definately recommend a stay here!
Pros:

the treatment at reception was exceptional! She was such a lovely soul. I cannot thank her enough for going out of her way to make our stay memorable!

Cons:

Some of the neighbouring property was noisy. But again it was new year's eve so quite understandable

Großes Zimmer … zum packen für die Abreise sehr empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Central gelegen und einen Parkplatz im Hof.
Restaurant‘s sind fussläufig erreichbar. Auch ein Fahrstuhl ist vorhanden.

Cons:

Die Aussicht.

הצוות היה נחמד ומסור מאוד והמיקום אסטרטגי

Cons:

יש בנייה צמודה לבית המלון שעשתה לנו רעש בכל שעות היום שהיינו בחדר. הקומקום היה מלא חלודה והם החליפו לנו אותו והייתה נזילה מהמקלחת שגם אותה סידרו. לא תמיד הביאו מגבות חדשות ואחרי שאמרנו להם הם הביאו. התאכזבנו כי זה גם הירח דבש שלנו.

Unsafe area. Enquire if they have added security guards before booking!
Pros:

The rooms and the staff are very good.

Cons:

A lot of homeless people hang around outside. There is no security guards. When arriving late at night you have to put a code in at the parking entrance which isn’t well lit and can be very unsafe. Checked out the same day I checked in despite booking for 2 nights.

Pros:

The staff were friendly.

Cons:

Room 1, where we staayed is next to the communual hotel toilets. It is also the main thoroughfare between the basement parking and the hotel. The room window could not be opened as it it not secured and on the ground floor. I am sure the other rooms are a lot better - just never book room 1.
