L'hotel est sur classé pour ce qui concerne les chambres de base. Le petite déjeuner est sompteux.

La qualité de la literie, la douceur des draps et l'excellent petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Chambre très petite et sombre au premier étage coté parking. Bruit de soufflerie dans la cour. Salle de bain exigue et douche peu facile à utiliser. Tapis plein dans la chambre.

A wonderful building badly let down by facilities & staff, worthy of 2/3 stars max

Lovely old building that was 4star at some stage.
Public rooms excellent decor.
Good location.

Cons:

Toilet dirty
Shower very low power
Staff all young, poorly dressed & barely helpful. No sign of any senior management.
Safe wouldn’t work & not repaired.
Breakfast poor & stale at 9.30am , staff started noisily clearing up at 9.50, before finish time of 10am.
We paid extra for river view but trees blocked the view.

Great overnight stay in a lovely city
Pros:

Location was great, by the river, close to bars and restaurants. . Easy access to the canal.

Cons:

The river room was not probably worth the money as the trees blocked the river so not worth spending the extra money.

C'est un hôtel qui a dû et pourrait être charmant. Un petit coup de jeune est indispensable ;-)

Cons:

Sur photos, l'hôtel est classique, en vrai, il est vieillot. Nous avons été surpris par le manque de propreté des zones communes (on dirait qu'elles ne sont pas entretenues depuis des semaines). Dans notre chambre, le tapis laisse également à désirer, les fenêtres étaient vraiment sales, toiles d'araignées au plafond et poussière sur les chevets. Salle de bain ok

Pros:

Il parcheggio comodo privato all’interno della struttura. La posizione lungo fiume ottima. Segnalo la gentilezza della ragazza della reception che si è prima impegnata per cercare di risolvere un problema del telecomando e poi ci ha concesso di non pagare parcheggio una notte.

Cons:

Le camere sono un po’ datate. I cuscini da migliorare.
