Very nice
Pros:

breakfast was ordinary. I usually stay at this hotel when I'm in Madison due to the location and am always pleased with the service

Pros:

Really liked the way Tori (very proactive + keen to help me in any way possible) helped me put my laundry tab onto my room tab - she found a way - after having been told by another staff member at the front desk that i would have to seek out cash myself from Caseys down the road - end of discussion...

Cons:

Didn't like room 110...Too noisy (from freeway traffic).....Also being told that i would have to find cash ($3) to do the laundry & that Fairfield Inn couldn't assist me any further... Then the laundry machine wasn't working anyway & nobody had the key to repair it on that day (Sunday)..!

Pros:

We were able to check in a little early which gave us time for a quick nap before dinner.

The pool/whirlpool area was clean and lovely; open from early to late. We really enjoyed it.

Breakfast was fine.

Odaların temizliği günlük yapılmadı. Sedece 2 gün oda temizliği yapıldı. Kahvaltı için eksilen malzemeleri yerine koymakta çok geç kalıyorlar.
