Satisfactory Place to Stay
Pros:

This location was very good for walking the downtown historic district of Savannah. The price of the room went up considerably for the weekend, make sure you compare pricing of the other nearby hotels. Room was clean and quiet, had restaurants that were close by. Room did have an oddity -- the tv was in front of the couch, but could not be seen from the bed, because of a tall "frame" that went around the desk, so we couldn't lie on the bed and watch tv! Never had that issue before.

Cons:

Check in was disappointing and left a bad feeling. Rooms were not ready and having been told there was no guarantees they would be even by 4pm, we did not think it was an appropriate response to request we pay $10 per piece of luggage for storage.
Once our rooms were ready, we enjoyed the overnight. Great location, spacious clean rooms and the breakfast included had varied options.

Pros:

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious and loved the lounging chairs. No wait on elevators!! Loved the option of having valet parking!

Great stay for family of 5 to explore the city!
Pros:

The hotel was perfect for our family of 5! The location was great for walking around the city and felt safe. The staff were professional and courteous. The hotel felt clean and the breakfast was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again!

Good stay overall with great service, just needs some improvement in housekeeping.
Pros:

The staff was great—very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and the location is really convenient. The rooms are comfortable too.

Cons:

Housekeeping could be better. We found medication from a previous guest under the bed, which was concerning. Also, supplies weren’t always restocked (we ran out of toilet paper one day and the shampoo/body wash were never refilled), and we didn’t get enough towels for the number of guests.

Affordable and Great Hotel
Pros:

Great location, the staff are professional and friendly, and our room was clean and spacious. The only negative is the 10$ per bag charge to leave bags in storage with the hotel. Aside from this our stay was great and would definitely return when we are back in Savannah

Great stay in a wonderful location!
Pros:

Location, comfy beds, super clean and nice bathroom (was a huge plus to have the toilet separately from the bath), and the extra futon was very useful to house our kids!

Cons:

Breakfast was generally good, but a little light on the hot food (only 2 hot options outside of waffles), and not replenished very fast as lots of people cleaned it all out.
