Our day was wonderful my parents hate hotels, but they love this one
Pros:

The property was nice and clean! I love the little restaurant they had next-door. They close early during the weekday, but it was definitely nice and it was very close to everything. We walked everywhere. Definitely will say again.

overall the stay was pleasant and enjoyable.
Pros:

breakfast, room and location were all up to standards.

Cons:

only had towels and coffee refilled and clean once in six days. they were supposed to change and refill every other. we did go to desk twice to have them do these things but no housekeeping staff came.

Great family stay
Pros:

The room was clean and well stocked with amenities. The full breakfast bar was awesome plus all the employees were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Valet parking was very efficient, but a parking garage is next-door as another option for parking.

Cons:

The only drawback to this hotel for me was that it is pretty far from the river, which made for a lot of walking to get there. If you are not real interested in river views and activities, I would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful hotel. Would recommend.
Pros:

This hotel was beautiful and clean! I was truly impressed. The staff was great including the valet guys.

Cons:

If I had any compliant it would be the layout of the bathroom. The toilet with a small sink had their own little room. At first I thought I would like that but it did become inconvenient.

Pros:

My family stayed at the hotel and informed me that the breakfast was much more robust than they had expected. All five family members were comfortable in the two-queen suite guestroom.

Cons:

We were surprised to hear that the hotel had a system outage, which prevented the hotel in assigning guests to their rooms. We had to wait almost an hour for a guestroom assignment. In the process, a guestroom was assigned in error, as another guest was already assigned to the room. Fortunately, the manager on that June 30 evening was able to check the room in person to confirm that the new assignment was for a room that was truly available.

Would not stay here again, did not meet our expectations
