Great Hotel, staff would use some friendliness and be a bit more service drivin.

Great hotel in a great location
Pros:

Everything was immaculate, the location was great. It is walking distance to river street and all shops.

Cons:

Not very much public parking in area.

So glad to have a spacious room
Pros:

After my room was cancelled at another Marriott property, we finally found a hotel with a room. The room had two beds AND a couch with a trundle--- the toilet had its own room and sink with the bathtub and another sink in a separate area. Everything was clean and there was a solid, standard breakfast included. We were too tired to use the outdoor rooftop pool, but it looked lovely.

Great location! Clean facilities except the pool needed to be cleaned.
The valet guys were great. Could use some extra help on busy mornings.

Location. So closs to the trolley. cleanliness of the room. The breakfast buffet was very good too. Grits, Waffles, bagels, toast, oh, coffee, oatmeal, bacon, sausage. The staff was amazing. The concierge she was so sweet. Very full of information. She also sent us a sweet gift for our 5 year anniversary!

Cons:

paying for parking 40.00 a day, but it's Savannah. Paid parking everywhere lol.

Awesome get away
Pros:

The staff, the cleanliness and the location are top notch. The “continental” breakfast is the best I’ve ever had at any hotel.

Cons:

The only thing I can nitpick is the elevators, they’re very slow.
