To stay in the hotel with animals, you must have a veterinary passport with all the necessary vaccines. There is a Bomb shelter in the basement of the hotel with free access 24 hours a day. Vaut le détour !!
Pros:

Emplacement central! Sur la place de l'indépendance, tout près de tout. Le bâtiment de style soviétique vaut le détour. Bonne literie. Abri antiaérien très profond ( pas testé), la sono de l'hôtel diffuse les alertes. Personnel accueillant

Cons:

Il faisait froid dans la chambre, et comme les rideaux sont devant les radiateurs, ils chauffent les fenêtres et pas la chambre 😀. Déco de l'hôtel mérite un coup de jeune. Pas de minibar, mais 2 TV dans la chambre ( qui ne fonctionnent pas 🤣)

Чудовий вид з вікна та ресторану, зручне місцезнаходження, великий хол на рецепції, чисто
Pros:

Розташування, сніданок, в номері були усі дрібнички необхідні для мандрівника, який у дорогу їх може не брати - туалетні набори, щітки для взуття, одягу.

Cons:

Дещо застаріла сантехніка, не переключався душ в ванні, незручна подушка.

Pros:

Wir kommen jedes mal zu diesem Hotel. Die Lage ist super, die Aussicht wenn man ein Zimmer zur Stadtseite hat absolut unschlagbar. Preis ist auch absolut in Ordnung.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist etwas abwohnt und könnte mal wieder saniert werden. Die Preise sind jedoch auch entsprechend moderat angesetzt und daher passt die Preis-Leistung. Die Reception ist immer etwas mager besetzt und man wartet manchmal recht lange.
