When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of UAH 600 per pet, per night applies. Please note that only 1 with up to 10 kg of weight can be accommodated in each room. To stay in the hotel with animals, you must have a veterinary passport with all the necessary vaccines. There is a Bomb shelter in the basement of the hotel with free access 24 hours a day. Even during power outages, we keep running thanks to our powerful generator.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Hotellet kan helt klart anbefales - også i krig! Gode fasiliteter, både i krig og fred ;-)
Pros:

Frokosten er helt ok. Beliggenheten er helt perfekt, midt i byen og med utsikt over Maidan-plassen.
Bomberommet i 4. underetasje er også en veldig stor fordel slik situasjonen er nå. Følte meg alltid veldig trygg, sikkerhetsvaktene passet på, spesielt etter at portforbudet trår i kraft. Hver gang jeg gikk ut for å ta en røyk på kvelden/natta, fulgte de med og sto litt på avstand for å passe på. Så egentlig ingen grunn til det, opplevde aldri noe skummelt, men det er jo en fin ting!

Cons:

Kan egentlig ikke finne noe jeg ikke likte. De behøvde kanskje ikke å bytte alle brukte håndklær hver dag, når jeg henger dem opp til tørk er jeg vant til at de ikke blir byttet, men er jo ikke så lett å si at det er negativt, egentlig.

Pros:

Все було добре, дуже привітна пані, яка працює в кімнаті для зберігання речей на першому поверсі. Дякую за приємні враження!

Cons:

О 6 ранку дуже гучно забирають сміття за вікном або щось гучно робили, що розбудило дуже рано

Old school charm with a stand out breakfast
Pros:

The hotel is vintage-style, which I like, and it's very charming. The hotel rooms are spacious, and the hotel offers a standout breakfast. The staff are helpful and kind, especially as they operate under pressure during Russia's full-scale invasion. I always felt safe.

Cons:

There was no hot water in my hotel room, and the room was cold. I completely understand the energy crisis, and I raise this not to criticise the hotel at all, but rather to advise visitors to perhaps bring some extra clothing layers. To be fair, I also visited during an unexpected cold snap.
