When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of UAH 600 per pet, per night applies. Please note that only 1 with up to 10 kg of weight can be accommodated in each room. To stay in the hotel with animals, you must have a veterinary passport with all the necessary vaccines. There is a Bomb shelter in the basement of the hotel with free access 24 hours a day. Додаткова плата 100 грн за паркування (не зазначається при бронюванні). Після бронювання написав в чат - необхідне паркувальне місце. Відповіли «не бронюють місця на парковці, парковка платна 100 грн/ніч». При заселенні увечері паркувальне місце вказав паркувальник, на запитання «чи нормально став» відповів «нормально». На рецепції при оплаті за паркування вказав номер авто та номер телефону на запит рецепції. Зранку о 8 годині виявив своє авто заблокованим з двох сторін іншими авто. Звернувся до паркувальника - не знав чиє авто мене блокує. Звернувся на рецепцію - не знали чиє авто. Звернувся до охорони - не знали чиє авто. Попросив зателефонувати керуючому - відмовили, бо дуже зайнята особа. Через годину очікування прийшов керівник охорони. Зазначив, що всі стоять нормально, а я криво і це я щось не те роблю, розмовляв хамовито і неввічливо. Більше ніж через годину прийшов водій одного з бокових авто і я зміг відчинити пасажирські двері і перелізти через салон до керма, щоб виїхати. Як наслідок - повна некомпетентність, зіпсований ранок, запізнення на більш ніж годину.

We stayed here for one night and booked two rooms for our group. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.
The first thing to note is that the hotel itself is quite dated. The interior, furniture, and general design feel like they come from an earlier era and have clearly been in use for a long time. If you are expecting a modern or newly renovated hotel, this may not be the place.
However, despite the older furnishings, everything was very well maintained and clean. The rooms, bathrooms, and common areas were all tidy and clearly looked after. You could tell that even though the hotel has not been modernized, the staff take good care of it and keep everything in good condition.
The beds were comfortable enough for a good night's sleep, and the rooms had everything necessary for a short stay.
One of the highlights of the stay was definitely the breakfast. The selection was surprisingly good, with plenty of options available, and everything we tried was fresh and tasty. It was a great way to start the day and exceeded our expectations.
Overall, while the hotel has an older style and dated interior, it makes up for it with cleanliness, proper maintenance, and a very good breakfast. For travelers who value practicality, cleanliness, and a solid breakfast over modern design, this hotel offers good value for money.
