Great value
Pros:

Appreciated very friendly and caring personnel and unbeatable location. Thanks to the big size of hotel, there is a flexibility in room selection. In my option, overall - very good value

Непогане співвідношення ціна/якість для готелю в серці Києва. Є кращі номери, але ціна відповідна.
Pros:

Сніданок чудовий, досить багато страв на вибір. Більші тарілки та стакани були б зручнішими у використанні)

Cons:

Частина номерів (стандарт та економ) потребують реновації, подекуди досить сильно скрипить підлога.

Локація дуже хороша.

Cons:

На ранок не було гарячої води, на моє прохання сказали пришлють людину яка виправить ситуацію, але так ніхто і не прийшов. Коли виїжджали , знову сказала про воду, у відповідь нічого. За такі гроші хотілося б щоб була гаряча вода, це не розкіш зараз.

Pros:

Гарне розташування. Зупинилась на 1 ніч, бо безпечно, є бомбосховище в приміщенні.

Cons:

Відсутність чайника в номері, приходилось спускатись вниз до кулера за теплою водою.

Супер, спасибо за надежное укрытие, и за чистую постель для ребенка в укрытии.
Pros:

Укрытие супер! Минус 3 этажа под землю! Очень безопасный отель. Завтрак отличный. Мы всегда останавливаемся в этом отеле.
